We were so nervous to start the DocBand journey, but the ladies working at Cranial Technologies in Jax made it easy and fun! Amanda and Lynn are both kind, encouraging, helpful, and organized. Lynn gave us great advice in appointments and even after hours. Shes clearly very good at what she does. We followed Lynns instructions religiously and now our babys head looks round and symmetrical after only 7 weeks and we didnt have any difficulties. Our baby wasnt even bothered by the helmet. Overall, our helmet experience was great! We will definitely recommend to any parents who are on the fence to at least get a consultation (which is free) because the process is not nearly as scary as it sounds and the staff makes it easy.

Amanda was so helpful getting me the information I needed to help my son! I was skeptical at first because I heard they were new but I’m so glad we chose this location. All the staff here are amazing! Highly recommend

It’s unfortunate that I am writing this review. But, it may help other parents. My son had Torticollis which he had developed a flat spot. I was referred by my Phyical therapist to have your company take a look at my sons head shape. The receptionist was sweet as anything. After my son had his pictures taken we were to wait to see one of your employees, which she then explained what your company does and how severe my sons flat spot was by a power point of my child’s head while saying he needs a helmet for sure. My husband and I then began asking normal questions such as “ will his head be like this forever if we don’t get a helmet”? The employee strongly said yes even at his age with rolling and all he will still have a flat spot(wrong) my son was super young at the time. Then she proceeded to explain that he will have issues getting in a helmet for sports(wrong). Totally in shock and disbelief we leave the office with concern. We told your company we want to wait to make a decision. I receive a report days later and my sons “results” were severe(wrong) in the report and were told he was mild at time of appointment. We then decided to go to an actual cranial doctor (30+ Years of experience)and the second she saw my son she said NO helmet and everything that was told to me was incorrect. My son had such a mild flat spot.Now, the reasoning for my review is not to bash helmets or the company. I know children may need them and I’m not against them by any means, anything to help children is wonderful in my book. The point of my review is the wrong information told to me, the scare tactic to get a helmet, the playing on the heart strings, the wrong information on my report compared to my sons chart etc. Any parent who may come across my review, my only suggestion is get a second opinion it doesn’t hurt. My sons head is in fact rounding out..and I’m so glad we got another opinion. If any staff at cranial technology happens to read this please have your staff be more knowledgeable and not make it such a sales pitch and not scare parents into something they may not even need..... Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful place. Amanda and Lynn are amazing. They’re both professional and caring about your baby. Lynn and Amanda take their time to make sure you understand everything and always make sure there’s a way to contact them for any help.

Going into this journey was really nerve wrecking at first, you dont know what to expect and just want to make sure youre doing everything you can for your baby. The ladies at Cranial tech are absolutely wonderful and put all my worries and concerns at ease. Ive had the pleasure of having Amanda and Emily work with my daughter and I from the beginning. They answered every question I had, even the silly ones without judgement. They are always happy to help you and you never see them without a smile, even under the masks! They have been so sweet to me and my children. When I have to bring my wild 2 year old autistic son along to appointments sometimes, they are extremely patient with us. I just really appreciate their hard work and patience with us and will definitely continue to recommend them to anyone!
