Very good experience at Beacon! Angel really listens, asks questions and follows up to make sure she has provided exactly what is needed to keep you comfortable and safe! Received a great education as to gait issues, shoes and insoles-definitely made a difference in quality of life for me. Did I mention you can take your orthotic insoles back anytime for adjustments at no additional charge? Excellent service!

If it wasnt for Owen, My future was looking very glum and he made it possible for me to walk again and have hope and gave me the encouragement that I needed to move forward, the staff is warm and welcoming... im extremely satisfied and beyond from them.. highly recommend them!!!!

The quality of work was not in any way shape or form worth it. Not sure how to post pics but as soon as I find out how to, I will. My shoes look like they were put together in a kindergarten class. Glue everywhere and not even on center. When I finally had it, I spoke to them about the quality of theIt work and they said “well, I can’t really say anything about it” my brand new $150 Chaco sandals are now trash and they have nothing to say??!! On a positive note, the lady who works the front desk was great the entire time. That’s why they got two stars.

I have received 3 pair of custom shoes and custom orthotics from Beacon Orthotics and am 100% happy with my shoes. They are very thorough and knowledgeable of their products and help you receive a product that is best for you. I experienced a very short wait time once my shoes were ordered to the time that I picked them up. I would highly recommend Beacon orthotics for anyone who needs their service.
