Professional no-BS approach with a get to the problem attitude; all delivered with a truly caring manner...from the receptionist to the very specialized physicians. Refreshing to hear such highly trained and experienced physicians state that theyre not 100% sure whats causing my leg not to work but know how to find out; then get you into the testing gueue right away.

Apparently this office does not care about your time at all. They asked me to be here at 9:00 am, despite not being a new patient, and informed me when I got here that my appointment wasnt until 9:30. Even after that I was made to wait until 10:15 JUST to make it back to an exam room. At that point the medical assist asked me why I was here....which was hilarious as there beach office sent me here because they couldnt handle my ankle fracture. Then she stated that they dont have my imaging here yet from beaches open MRI. So I asked her, you mean the imaging I went over with you other doctor on Monday at the beach office that is already in your system!?!! MORONS!!!!!

Dr. Kambach and Dr. Solis are competent and compassionate. The office is always crowded and appointments usually run late. I have also been seen and treated by Dr. Savarese and Dr. Steinberg. I would highly recommend JOI.

The friendliness of the staff and help with instruction on filling out documents is superior.

I am very impressed with the skill and professionalism of all the doctors I have seen at JOI - Dr. Crenshaw, Dr. Tandron, Dr. Kambach, Dr. Savarese, Dr. Steinberg. I wouldnt go to any other place for my orthopedic needs.

Doctors and Techs are great. Front desk a little cold, and no eye contact.
