Dr. Jonnie Washington is overwhelmed with the number of patience he has to see, and he’s so far behind that he’s unable to listen to patients. Instead he cuts them off. He was really childish today.

The staff of Dr. Dougherty is courteous and efficient. Also, the doctor listens. Although this is a teaching hospital, they saved my life in 2019.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I really left here feeling marginalized. I didn’t feel my doctor took my concerns seriously at all. Dr Brunelli didn’t take the time to review my file thoroughly prior to speaking with me. I left with no course of action or clear understanding of why I am in severe knee pain and unable to walk at times at 51 years of age with no need of a knee replacement.

Thats a great plan to make patients wait a month for an appointment. Appointment schedulers are slow and difficult to understand. Thankfully there are private offices around and we dont have to deal with UF Health.

DO NOT GO THERE!! They need to look into the complaints on their own nurses from nurses their who care, before someone dies, no action is ever taken, and they do not even look at the complaints or incident reports that are filed on a daily basis. Life threatening complaints, of nurse neglect that has almost resulted in death!!
