I have had issues with this Dr. since day one. It is hard to get in touch with the office staff. My nieces contacts ripped and i had to leave a rude message and a review on Google before i got a call back. Then after an apology they said they would rush her contacts and it had been a month with the TRIAL pair. There was no after care to confirm contacts worked well, no follow up to confirm purchase of contacts and no follow up to confirm appt or just to see how service was. After all the issues, still no contact or further assistance. Still trying to get contacts I paid for!

Good overall. Really helpful and knowledgeable doctors with a large array of glasses for reasonable prices.My only gripe is that it consistently takes while for you to be seen. Ive waited a hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen before.

Customer service is horrible . I called to schedule an appointment and they told me they lost my chart . They can’t find it because they have so many .
