I found out in December that the office would not take my insurance as of 01/01/2021. I called and asked for a prescription to be called in, because I could not get in to see my new doctor until the end of January. At first, the woman that is in charge of the front desk, Sheila, told the pharmacy no. Then, she told me that she would. I called about 5 days in a row requesting the RX be called in. She never did. Left me without a needed medication for about 3 weeks.I really liked the actual medical staff there.

I am so impressed with the entire staff, especially Dr. A and Melissa! They actually listened to my issues and addressed each one! They actually cared! Thank you for your compassion and professionalism! I will recommend you to everyone! It’s feels like family!

Dr. A is very compassionate with her patients. She is very uplifting and is just an outstanding Doctor! I would highly recommended anyone reading this to go pay her a visit. She really does care for people and Ive seen her go above and beyond her call of duty for her patients. Wonderful staff as well, I couldnt pick a better place to go for my medical needs!

It pains me to leave a two star review for this clinic because Dr. A and her MA are the sweetest people in this world. It is just hard to overlook the 1-2hour wait to be seen. She has so many patients that they have to book 5-10 people into one time slot. I have actually sat in the room filled with 18 people before. She makes it to where she will only get one month of your perscriptions and will book you exactly one month or a month and a week or so out so you are forced to come back promptly or you will be without medicine. Sometimes you are forced to be without medicine because they have already booked up 30 days out and all through out the following week. There is no such thing as rescheduling, despite emergencies, or you will have to wait an entire month to see her again. I already request to take off half the day at work to make the appointsments; otherwise, I would be in so much trouble. Dr. A is fantastic and she certainly cares about her patients. She listens and will help you. However, there is only one sweet MA who has way too much on her plate and way too much over booking. Its such a shame!

The guy that answers the phone is rude. I havent even met the Dr and Im already feeling like I should cancel the appointment. I could not remember my appointment time so I called to ask. He was like want happened to the appointment card we gave you? I said I lost it which is why Im calling to ask. He said well we dont even keep track of our weight loss patients appointments and said let me see if I wrote it down. Seconds later suprise he knew exactly the date and time. Not sure why we wanted to act like they dont keep track of appointments or why he had to be nasty about it!

Very sweet people at this Drs office! I really enjoy all of them . Thanks guys for everything!

I am unable to get thru full mail center all day. Unable to pick up prescription because of a mistake with it. Would appreciate a call from staff to straighte out my insulin.

Dr. A is one of the most compassionate, caring doctors you could ever have! Wonderful staff and very accomodating when you need to be seen.

Dr. AVECEDO has been my doctor for years. Shes very patience and kind and good at what she does.

Dr. A was the best thing that happen to me. She is very kind and compassionate and loves her job. She helped me with my weight-loss goals. She helped me with food portions and how to eat on the go. I really appreciate her.

No point of making an appointment, had one at 9am and thats when they open the office and they wont call you in till two hours later, Dr A is the best in town but need to be more organized
