Well...I graduated as a patient from Physical Therapy Services today! My first visit, I had all sorts of pain issues, lack of endurance and strength. Today, due to the expert care and coaching provided by Ms. Pene, I can honestly say that I am feeling so much better, and most of all...PAIN FREE!! If youre seeking a Physical Therapist, I highly recommend them. The entire team is caring, focused on your overall well-being and healthy healing. You will not be disappointed.

Very professional and courteous staff. A really insightful experience, I learned so much helpful information. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in my speedy recovery. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy. Front desk receptionist was very patient and helpful.

The staff from the front desk to the therapists were professional and friendly. Each therapist have their own unique personality but the goal is the same to get you where you need to be physically...the best you with confidence and poise. Way to go Team therapists!

My family and I have gone to PTS since 1994 when Penes office was located on Lone Star Rd. Great staff and treatment in a small, cozy environment.

I have been going here for awhile now, before and after my surgery and they have been amazing. Very patient and encouraging. I wouldnt go any where else for physical therapy because it is just a very welcoming place and the owner is very good at her job.

Physical Therapy Services has a great and welcoming atmosphere. I walked in on crutches not being able to put weight on my leg at all. Within a few weeks I was able to start walk and running . Thanks to Ms.Penny , Ms. Rose and Mr.Emanuel who went the extra mile to help get me back to where I was at before I got hurt .

As I write this review, Im about to walk into my last day of physical therapy. I remember that as I walked into this office for the first time that my limitations were almost at 100%. And today is Im about to walk in for the last day, my limitations are almost at zero. I owe this all to the hard work, dedication, and professionalism to Dr. Penny and her staff at Physical Therapy Services on Merrill Rd. I highly recommend, and would return again needed her services again.

I sustained a fracture in my lumbar vertebrae this summer. After I was able to stop wearing the back brace, I needed to get physical therapy. I chose Physical Therapy Services and am so happy that I did. The staff is friendly and caring. Pene is a very knowledgeable therapist and outstanding to work with. She helped me recover from my injury quickly. She showed me modifications to exercises that I do at the gym and daily movements so that I don’t reinjure my back but also get stronger. The sessions were fun and the time passed quickly. I highly recommend them.

I have know Penny as a PT for many years and find her to be a Physical Therapist who treats not only the injured joint but the whole body. She has great insight as to why your injured and knows how to fix it. I know that we all do stupid stuff to ourselves over the years. I am just happy I’ve found someone who can fix whatever I mess up. I have had everything from a Frozen shoulder to a Knee Replacement and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to treatment! I send all my friends and relatives her way and yes I even send my kids to her! Thanks Penny for keeping me in great condition for this crazy life! Oh and I love Rose as well. She is a sweetheart and keeps us all organized!

Small operation, but easy to get an appointment and they work on you for at least an hour. Believe they also offer massage services at a reasonable price.

I was so lucky to have been referred to Pene. Over several years, when I had a flare up, I sought PT services from several therapists, but none of them zeroed in on my ailment like Pene. Not only did she relieve my pain, she taught me exercises and gave me a routine to prevent that pain from recurring. I’ll be honest here. Once I felt better, I slacked off on those exercises and eventually the pain was back—with a vengeance. She graciously took me back into the fold and we worked on that routine again. I’m happy to say I’m pain free and sticking to my Pene routine.Pene really cares about showing her patients how to strengthen their bodies and educating them along the way. Her goal for us is to maintain strong muscles no matter our age and to live a pain free life.Thanks Pene for showing me the way.

I am an avid runner, about a year ago I was diagnosed with tendinitis in my ankle. My doctor suggest I get physical therapy. So I reached out to Pene. She provide me with excellent care. Pene worked with me to strengthen my ankle and learn how to prevent any further damage. I have since started back running and still use the stretches and exercises Pene gave me. I high recommend any one need physical therapy to reach out and contact Pene today.In addition to the help I received, Pene has been providing therapy for my 81 year old father. He was having balance issues, Pene has been working with Dad to help him gain some of his mobility as well as providing him someone to talk to you.
