Ive seen James regularly for many years now to both help relieve stress and most importantly ease lower back, neck, and shoulder pain and discomfort. I describe to him what Im feeling, feeling the most, and/or what I need the most from the session and he plans his therapy accordingly. Deep tissue or a light touch. The stretching has been so helpful for my tight back and neck. I have recommended James many times and bet you will, too !

I was referred to James for massage 10 years ago by one of his other clients, and have been received massage therapy from him in my home at least once monthly ever since. James is professional and well trained, and knows the body well. He will adjust pressure and techniques to client preferences while also recommending and using stretches that help to relieve pain and tension. Over the years, I have referred a number of friends and colleagues to James, and all were impressed with his skill and professionalism. Although I have occasionally sought massage therapy from some of the popular franchises over the years (sometimes as a result of gifts from friends), I found James is more knowledgeable and more skilled than any of the half dozen or so other therapists that I encountered and therefore I continue to schedule with him monthly.
