Melissa gave me an awesome massage releasing the muscle knots in my body. She also recommended and taped my leg so I could run pain free.

I rate the quality great not good. Very friendly staff and I feel ten times better and more relaxed. My massage therapist was Mrs. Crook. 10/10 highly recommend.

Jodie has done two of my massages and NEVER fails to make me feel 1,000 times better at the end of each visit. She is very good about asking where my biggest points of stress are and meeting all my wants and needs for each service I have.Melissa the owner has done one of my massages before and she is amazing as well!! Not only is she amazing but she has the most knowledgeable employees and to top it off, they are all so kind! I’ve never had a bad experience! 10/10

I’ve had massages with Melissa for years! She’s one of the only people who actually helps break up all the knots I have in my back from my military experience and current work being a nurse. She’s able to tailor the sessions depending on what you need for the day, she’s flexible and willing to work with whatever you need schedule wise.

Both Melissa and Rebekah are extremely knowledgeable about muscle function and how to help keep them performing at their best. Today I saw Rebekah for IASTM for my deltoid and trapezius issue from lifting weights. I already feel a great improvement in my range of motion!

Monday through Friday for me consists of hardcore pt including, but not limited to, ruck runs/sprints, log/tire pt, and tons of other fun-filled activities designed to break your body down. Mrs. Melissa, who works at Motion Sports Massage, is very knowledgeable when dealing with muscles/tendons/joints, and is unequally talented as a sports massage therapist - no, artist. I have had a messed up shoulder for 8 years now and have always had lower back pain, however, with the help of mrs. Melissa and her knowledge and skill, I was able to move in ways I havent been able to in years. Ive already recommended her to my wife, as will I be spreading the word to my co-workers. If you have aches and pains, look no further than Mrs. Melissa at Motion Sports Massage. She will fix you.
