I was quoted $30 for a thirty minute chair massage. The masseuse was excellent. I confirmed the $30 price with the older man in charge at the desk. He agreed with the price and then asked for a tip. I said, $10.00 for the masseuse! He said thank you,took my credit card and charged $35.00 (instead of $30.00) + $10.00 on the card and did not give the tip to the masseuse! DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS!!!

The massage was good but they are very unprofessional. I was quoted one price over the phone and then after my service I was given a another price. I was thinking no big deal given the massage was pretty good but then I was told there was an additional charge for my feet. When we started the massage I was told that the feet are included. After I paid, the manager asked how much was I going to tip? I said zero and he proceeded to make a big deal about it, in front of everyone. He said “Wasn’t the guy good? Why would you not tip him? I mean I need to know why.” I did not feel a tip was in order based on the fact that I was lied to about the price of the service and due to the lack of professionalism I will not go back or support this business. I will let everyone I know, how this business does not respect you as the consumer or the money you choose to spend with their establishment.

Ive been going here for years, and Ive done the foot reflexology, but it is the deep tissue massages that I go for. I just went recently and saw Jack, who gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. I have been to many high end spas in Jacksonville, and while they have nice amenities, high end products etc, they lack on technique. If you want body work, this is your place, if you want a spa day with all of the bells and whistles then this place is not for you. To put it plainly if I want to be pampered Im going to book at a high end spa, if Im super tight and my lower back is bothering me, Im coming here because I KNOW Ill feel better afterwards. Another perk is availability. Ive never been told no, and have NEVER waited for more than 10 minutes to be seen. It doesnt matter the day or time, if I decide I want a massage spur of the moment, they always have time to see me, and I love that.

I have been coming here consistently for about 8 months and I am convinced this is the best massage place in Jacksonville. Finally, massage therapists that know how to give a proper deep tissue massage. Prices are very affordable, too! So happy to have found them!

Worst massage Ive ever had! Man at the front desk was really nice, but the lady that gave me the massage pretty much just gave me a rub down...and she only did one side of my body! Only gave me a small towel to cover myself with. She didnt really understand English, so we couldnt communicate. I was uncomfortable the whole time, not relaxed and my neck hurt afterwards (it didnt hurt before). Never coming back.

I went in to get a full body massage and was totally dissatisfied. The lady that gave me my massage used her elbows and pressed very hard on my back. It was panful not relaxing. She would press on my neck bone and my vertebrae with those hard elbows, ouch! The next day I woke up sore not relaxed at all. Stay away from here!!!

Here is my two cents.I came in with no appointment after a long week- emotionally and mentally exhausted. The last thing I wanted to do was to be bogged down in conversations about medical history or what body parts I wanted to focus on. I just wanted an hour of peace and muscle relaxation at a price I could afford. This place delivered. I got an hours worth of muscle work for $55 (and they offer a half hour deal of $29 as well).If you have a medical condition that you need paid attention to or youre going to get a massage to be pampered, this may not be your place. If you need full body work and dont have any area of focus or sensitivity that you want to avoid, this is your place.4 stars because while I left feeling rejuvenated, I wish there were more noise cancelling options so I didnt hear the customer talking about her feet in the middle of my massage. Ill take that over paying $99 for a lesser quality massage elsewhere.

I just got a massage here from Ray, who is an amazing massage therapist: polite, discreet and clearly an expert! Ive been having sciatic nerve pain for quite a while, and Rays Chinese massage techniques improved my condition a great deal — something that several American massage therapists that I went to before were unable to do. The massage felt quite forceful at first, but I felt great afterward, and my orthopedist told me that its indeed helping to relieve my sciatica. I will definitely be coming back to Ray for more massages!

I wish I could give ZERO stars! This place is by FAR the WORSE massage that I have ever experienced in my life! To start with they take us back to a room and leave without saying anything to us, so like massages before we relied on what we had previously done, and undressed down to our undergarments. We then we slide under the sheet, since they did not supply robes like a normal spa would. Once they finally reenter the room they panic and tell us NO DIRTY meaning we should not have got under the sheets, and they immediately brought towels in for us to use to cover up with. (We really should have just left at this point!)After that the massage finally started. Although, I honestly dont even think I can call it a massage, it was more of a glorified back rub with body oil. There was no pressure ever applied, and something that was very odd she left the room, and came back with a hot towel that she kept slapping against me, and then she used it to scrub off the excess oil. Finally, after 25 minutes I told her I was done because she literally only rubbed my upper back and right arm in that whole time frame. Of course she couldnt even understand what I was saying, because she didnt speak a lick of english (except the word Okay), so she had to leave the room again to go get a translator for I could tell that person I was done.This place is not professional at all, and other massage places that I have been to the first thing they ask id about your health and the area that you need massaged the most, and they didnt ask ANYTHING!

Good place for feet massage.

Been here twice for 60 min foot massage, I work on my feet all day and this is a must for me. The female that worked on me both times is super skilled. If you feel it’s too rough or hard you can tell her. She is spot on for me and my feet feel so good. The place is clean and the folks are friendly. I like the water sounds and it smells nice. There’s Asian music playing too. I just sit down and let them do what they do. Friendly and well skilled. I’m on for next Wednesday.

I was in so much pain before I went there. I came out after one hr massage feeling brand new. They’re really awesome. I am going there weekly.

This place is okay. First I called to make an appointment for 6:30pm, I was on my way there and they called and asked me if they could push my appointment back to 7pm because they are very busy. I still wanted to give it a chance so I went in. Once I got there I was shown to my room and prepared for my massage. The woman that gave me my massage left the room 3 or 4 times during my massage to translate or go answer the phone or answer questions. During my massage other staff members came in to ask her questions as well and I even had another client walk in during my massage . It was not very pleasant but my body was in so much pain I still stayed after all of that.I’m pretty sure the door to my room was open half the time and I was not dressed, of course, so that was uncomfortable if everyone could see. The rooms weren’t quiet as well , you could hear everyone around you and even the fire truck passing outside.The massage itself was also just okay and it’s definitely not somewhere I want to try out again. I would definitely recommend somewhere else like Massage Envy even if they are more expensive it’s definitely worth it .

From out of town, here visiting family. Woke up this morning and could barely walk with pain in my lower back and hip. Found this place online and figured it was going to be a waste of money but I needed to do something. Walked in and had Ray. He obviously knows what he is doing. Best massage I have ever had. Very firm pressure and stretched my muscles to where they finally released some. Did such s great job after the hour massage I had him do an extra 15 minutes on my hip and got a 30 minute foot massage. I am definitely going back before I go home. Hopefully he can get my hip and back back to full function. Highly recommend this place.

Ive been having massages with Alan over the last few months; he has helped me so much! I am a professional musician and get a great deal of tension and pain in my shoulders from hours of practice and performing. Ive tried so many things to help me - physical therapy, medication and and nothing worked, until now! Alan finds the pressure points in my body and works them with such skilled hands and as a result ,the pain and tension releases. What a relief! I can not tell you how happy this makes me. I am so grateful to Alan for his skill. I highly recommend him! His treatments help me to play better and also helps me to feel relaxed. Thank you Alan!

This is a great massage place in Jacksonville! I was able to make an appointment online, and on the same day! It is very soothing, and the place is clean as well. They offer deals from time to time, which is a definite perk to good pricing and more massages. This is a good place to go since they also have a side parking lot for customers and you have to deal with Jacksonville .Overall a nice spa.

This place has some concerns for me, someone who has been having massages for over 10 years, sometimes three times a week. I wanted to give this place a try, though I do have a regular massage therapist, who I know one day will be retiring. This is what is suppose to happen: Meet with MT (massage therapist), go over medical and body history, talk about what want done today (full body, specific areaa, etc). NONE of this took place. English is not understood here. I walked in, explained I want deep tissue, certain area, and lead to a room, and changed. Only towels are used to cover self. What?! (Usually a sheet AND blanket are used.) MT came in and began. I expected massage in a specific area. This was NOT the case. Though a concentration was on specific area, time was used in other areas, too. The MT would leave the room and not tell me why. (Turns out, it was to get warm towels.) The specific area I needed, I had a very tight spot. This was barely touched, working on the easier part. After being worked on specific area, things started happening that I had no idea. I was being turned, pulled, and stood on with no communication before this happened! What if I had any medical condition that would cause any of this to make me far worse? What if this would have caused problems later on? Though it is 2019 (as of this review), I dont even feel comfortable sharing other things that is maybe normal, but I have never experienced it in the 10+yrs of receiving massages.Since English is not understood, it is hard to explain and communicate any thoughts/ concerns to the MT. If you really know your body and know it can handle some of the things they do here, I would say go. If you may have ANY concern or know your body should not go through some things, choose another place. (Sorry to be wordy. I just wish I had known some of this before hand.)

My husband and I have found our new favorite massage place. My friend said this was the best massage she ever had, so we decide to check it out on Saturday. We came in for the 30 minute foot massage combo with a 30 minute full body massage and it was Highly recommended! It is very quiet and relaxing. Great Massage!

Me and my husband get deep tissue massageLady asked my husband during massage, you want hot stone and he said yes then he asked me I want also so I tell him NO(lady can hear too because same room) but my therapist start using hot stone. And of course they charge mine too. Technic is very very poor. I never had like this experience. Not feel relax. I should ask my husband massage my body.Waste my time and money

First and last place Ill go to in Jacksonville! I had a sports injury from improper weight lifting form and my back had been hurting for two days straight. I called them up and they put me done for an appointment right away.I didnt get the womans name, but my goodness! I feel like I never hurt my back at all. I paid for the deep tissue massage and I dont regret it one bit! She was very attentive to my soreness and worked out all my knots. I honestly feel great.I will return as soon as I can and see if hey have a couples massage too!Thank you for your great customer service too!

Very unprofessional the therapist who is unlicensed proceeded to rub my shin bone with hard friction not my leg acted as if he had no idea what to do proceeded to get up and leave 2 do other Spa duties and come back and rub my shin bone with Vaseline lotion very very unprofessional products would not recommend anyone going there if they want a professional service I did notice however they were quite a few male patrons there so perhaps they provide other services there and maybe theyre not accustomed to female patrons

I came here to try out reflexology. This was an hour session....and about 10 mins in I was completely knocked out and dead to the world. For me this was a pretty big deal because I find it difficult to completely relax with standard back massages. They feel great, just never hit that magic spot like this did. Must be something about those pressure points being hit in your soles. I left feeling completely uplifted, relaxed, and in the best mood. An amazing experience that has completely turned me over to the reflexology practice instead of back massages.

Decent place for a massage. Coco has firm hands and is very relaxing it you want a hard stroke. Price is a little expensive compared to the other massage places around.

I went in and requested a 1 hour massage and 30 minute foot spa. Initially after 30 minutes of the massage she stopped and said I was done. I told her it hadnt been an hour. I told her again what I wanted and pulled it up on my phone to show her. She told me she didnt understand English. I told her to please get someone that does so I can tell them what I wanted. The lady came in and I told her and showed her what I wanted. She spoke to the lady in their language. I ended up getting a 90 minute massage and never got the foot Spa. Then they had the nerve to act like its my fault they dont understand English. They treated me as if they did me a favor and not like I was a paying customer. Not once did they try to make up for their mistake.I would never ever return there. If you cant understand English then hire someone that does. I shouldnt have to pay for services I did not want because you cant understand your own services as you have them written.

Had a couples massage 11-5-17. My massage was awesome. I got both masseuses name however I cant remember which was mine & which was my husbands. I will say mine was of American decent . Anyways she was wonderful yet i cant say my husband had the same experience with his masseuse. His masseuse left the room during the massage multiple times for i dont know reason. I will say i believe 3 of the 8 times she left was in reference to getting items for the massage which was ok but the other times i just didnt know, but i do know it was aggravating. Then she kept patting him down as part of her massage techinic which was loud, yet my masseuse only patted me down once at the end. My masseuse also was attentive to me & asked about any trouble areas i had & continued to ask was everything ok throughout my massage where appropriate. My husbands massuese only inquired of him how she was doing once & it was about 20 mins into the massage. She also kept bothering with his ankle after he told her that he had trouble with it & perferred it be left alone (i dont think she understood English very well, however thats no excuse in her perdicument as a masseuse). All in all he said she was not horrible yet he didnt get the same experience i did which is the only reason why im rating them 3/5 stars instead of 5/5.
