Courtney is a professional at getting the most out of a massage. I always used to think that massage was mostly for relaxation. While definitely relaxing, Courtney knows how to truly release the tension I didnt realize I was holding in my body. And getting regular massages is key! I wish I started this sooner. I know that Im preventing future pain and solving current issues by seeing Courtney regularly. I highly recommend this practice.

Courtney was absolutely fonominal! I have had pain in my shoulders from manual labor for years. I have had massages twice a week for a year from another place and they could not accomplish what she did in one session. My rotator cuffs were the bane of my existence and with one session they no longer hurt. I also had reiki done as well. It was my first experience with that. The best part is finally breathing correctly. I have always felt like my breath would get caught in my throat. I get those frustrating moments where I cant get enough air and I cant bring on a proper yawn even though my body is begging for one. She put her hand on the back of my neck, she breathed in and then out and I felt my throat open up. It hasnt reverted back and its been 3 days. I could talk more but, the experience is more than words can express.

My experience with COR Massage was incredible! Courtney has magic hands that made my hour long massage feel like 3 hours. She was gentle, but did not shy away from applying more pressure to knots. Courtney is extremely knowledgeable and I could tell she had many years of experience. As a dancer and acrobat, I am constantly tensing my muscles, and just stretching was actually causing more pain. But after my massage, I feel a weight off of my shoulders. My pain has decreased and I feel more flexible. I cannot wait to return for more. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Courtney’s Massages are flawless! I haven’t had a massage in a few years, too long! I suffer from migraines, and hold my stress in my shoulders. I have a very demanding job that utilizines my upper body for 8-10hrs a day and my body was in desperate need of relief. Awesome, awesome, awesome!! Courtney is by far one of the most amazing therapist Ive ever seen...and trust me Ive seen alot. Ive been fighting an issue with chronic back pain, severe muscle tension, and spasms for nearly 2 years now but recently switched to her after some great feedback I read online. She is the first therapist Ive seen that has taken the time to get to know me and where Im anatomically problematic to come up with a plan to address those issues. I feel she personalizes each massage and alters massage techniques needed to address each problem found during each session. Other massages Ive had at various establishments, although good relaxing massages, werent addressing the issues and reasons in which I was seeking massage therapy. Im confident and optimistic at this point were on the right path back to a healthy me! Ill continue to be a regular customer long after Im pain free.
