The ladies who work here are great. $60 for a one hour massage is a very good deal and they give you a full hour massage - no distractions and no cutting the time short. I have been here several times and every time they have been very friendly, professional and have given a great massage. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great massage at a very fair price.

I have gone to Hand and Stone as well as Massage Envy, but I didnt like having a contract. I found this business to be very clean and professional. $60 cash is very fair for a full 60 minute massage...they dont include time for changing. They have an ATM machine if you dont have cash. I have severe back and knee pain. The massage was worth every penny! I will definitely be back! In fact, I have an appointment today! 😀

The massage it self wasn’t bad. Near the end my massage the lady began coughing a lot. Within 48 I got really sick. I tested positive for covid. I work from home and barely leave I’m sure I contracted it from your facility. Offering such a close contact service you should consider testing your therapist daily and require them to wear a mask.

I called an hour and a half before they closed and they said they said I could take me! Lucy was amazing. She did a full hour, did not cut any time for changing. This was my first massage. Was thrown when i first walked in because you pay upfront and the lady takes you right to a room and closes the door. So I was just sitting in there for a min. Then another lady walked in and said oh you have to take off your clothes except underwear and put the sheet on I’ll be back. I told her when she came back it was my first time and she took care of me. Very soothing and comfortable. I was relaxed and felt great after the massage. Will be returning. I think i was Snoring in there. I think her name was Hannah. She did well.

Had appointment set for 5pm. Called to inform them that i would be 5 minutes behind but was almost there. I arrived at 5:03. Not even 5 minutes but only 3 minutes late and was told to come back in a hour. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate being that i called to inform them of my arrival time. I will never return. I have been to this location 3 times and only had a good experience once. And i havent seen that lady since. Horrible business

I wasn’t happy with my experience when I went to this place for a massage. Upon entering they told me that I had to pay with my credit card before I got the service, but since I read in previous reviews online that the reason that is done because sometimes the card doesn’t go through, well when I tried to pay with the card, the system wasn’t reading my card, so I went to a local ATM and withdrew money out from that same exact card. When I came back to the establishment with cash, she still insisted that I pay before the service in which I thought was wrong, because I wasn’t using a card. I asked for the lady’s name at the front desk and she told me her name was Anna in which she didn’t want to give me at first. I received great service from Wendy but the experience was horrible. I understand that the area/demographic where your establishment is isn’t the best, but that doesn’t mean people should be treated with horrible experience.

I have never had to dry myself when given a table shower tonight was a different story I was very displeased with the service and sad part is Im in the room making this review I definitely wont be coming here again my first experience was great but the second one was horrible not coming back thats for sure waste of 120 even tried that back scrub that wasnt worth the 40$ I spent on it this place is a joke definitely dont waste your time here

I was told it was $60.00 on the phone .. upon paying they forced me to tip $20.00 & said it was a card fee of $5.00 so I paid them $65.00 me telling them I didn’t have the tip money is what saved me I will never come her again! you don’t force a tip a tip is given to you not forced!
