The clinic was well lit and clean. Thoroughly professional and qualified personnel. Michelle and Neil are both very friendly and helpful. The quality of services is exceptional and the prices are reasonable.

I was formally a member at the old old location, before I moved to Ft. Lauderdale, and when I returned to Jacksonville I signed up for a membership again because I really like the work Michelle does. On three separate occasions my appointment with Michelle was switched to another therapist at the last minute. I’ve tried the other therapists there, and I don’t really care for them because they feel like generic massages, and Michelle is the only one who has been able to help with my severe back pain; she’s literally the only reason I go to C&T. Last month I was sent a text, the day of my scheduled massage, informing me that the scheduling wouldn’t work out, and that they were switching me to another therapist at a different time, so I said I wanted to cancel my appointment because I didn’t want another therapist. After that, I was charged a cancellation fee for cancelling the day of my appointment when I was told my appointment time and therapist was changing, again at the last minute. Anyway, I decided to cancel my membership because Michelle is on a very limited availability, and I kept getting shifted to other therapists the day of my appointments, and I didn’t want to keep paying for massages that I don’t benefit from. At the time of my cancellation, I was told that I only had to give a written notice 30 days prior to the next billing cycle, which I did, however, when I went in for my scheduled massage they told me that my other appointments had been cancelled, and that I had two hours paid for that I couldn’t use because I was no longer an active member. I was not made aware that I had to use up all of my paid time 30 days after cancelling my membership. I emailed the owners to see if they would allow me to use the time I already paid for and no one responded, which I find very unprofessional.

Michelle is the most amazing therapist I’ve ever had the honor of knowing she knows what’s wrong before I can even tell her .she is a miracle worker with my back and hips I never leave disappointed . Michelle you are a ROCKSTAR!!!

I just received a 120-minute deep tissue massage from Kirstin, and it was amazing. I highly recommend scheduling your next massage with her. It provided me pain relief, but it was relaxing as well. Thank-you, Kirstin! You truly have a gift!

My first professional massage ever, bought coupon from Groupon and first time at C&T. I loved it. Tonya is the best, very skilled, communicative, strong hands, and very attentive to your needs as your session progresses. She did an amazing job and at the end I was relaxed and easy. Great quiet and relaxing environment unlike some of the others. I buy membership today for getting a massage every month. I definitely recommend this place.

They never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and never come back! I bought a Groupon for a massage never got to use it because of their lack of service!!!!!!!

Only my second professional massage ever.. First time at C&T.. And I loved it. Very communicative, strong hands, and very attentive to your needs as your session progresses.For example, I had a bad foot cramp towards the beginning of my massage, and she worked that thing out almost immediately.I definitely could have laid there forever.Will definitely be going back.

I received a massage from a gentleman over the past weekend. He informed me prior to the massage that his technique is a little different as he massages and stretches at the same time. I wasn’t sure what he meant until the massage took place. He stretched my legs all the way open then all the way up, exposing my private areas. I have had MANY massages before but I’ve never experienced any so invasive. I thought I would be laying on a table having my muscles relaxed not being examined like I was having a Pap smear. Having a male masseuse is already a bit uncomfortable and his actions didn’t make it any better.

Great place to get a massage! Michelle is the best! I have been there twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed every momentous it. Quiet and relaxing environment unlike some of the others I’ve been to. Prices are in line with the market at about $70 after your first one and $50 if you are a member. I definitely recommend this place!

I have to say that Michelle is an amazing massage therapist..I had almost given up on getting better without surgery until I found her ..it’s been about 4mo. Of her working on my back and I was finally able to walk my dog again when all of a sudden it started to rain..I told my 91lb gsd we gotta run even of it hurts me ...amazingly it didn’t hurt at all no back pain no leg pain and my foot didn’t go numb...I am now jogging with my boy again like I used to ...thank you Michelle for working so hard to fix me..I am truly indebted to you ..Kim

I’ve been a member with C&T for 8 months now, and I’m always impressed and eager for my next visit. I see Rob monthly, and Octavia for my most recent visit. Both therapists are phenomenal. I dislike when massage therapists just go through the motions and perform the same routine, but each massage I’ve received at this business has been unique. The therapists always interview you before each session to determine where the most attention is needed. And there have been multiple occasions where they find and focus on problem areas that I had not mentioned. The staff here is friendly and I have always felt welcomed. I always leave feeling 10x better, both mentally and physically.

I have not received any communication back after already purchasing 2 massages through groupon. It is the responsibility of the business to take down their advertisements if they are closed and unable to fulfill it.I saw how rudely they responded to a different reviewer and they mentioned being closed until 6/1/2020 due to the pandemic.I have been able to get ahold of other massage companies since the country has opened back up, so that is no longer a reason for the lack of communication and misleading people to purchase massages on groupon. It is inexcusable and not professional.

Ive been seeing Michelle for over two years at C&T and she is AMAZING!! I suffer from chronic migraines that spark from many different triggers and she has been patient and thorough to help. I dont think I have received the same massage twice from her as she pays attention to detail and seeks to truly find the cause of the issue to provide a solution. I am thankful for her knowledge and trust her expertise. She genuinely cares and wants to truly help you feel better.

Michelle is an fantastic massage therapist. She has a thorough understanding of the body, muscles, tissues, etc. let’s you know what she is doing and why. I’ve been seeing her for almost a year and couldn’t be happier. I do monthly massages and I feel great. She has an incredible energy about her too.

Based on reviews on Yelp and Google, I was looking forward to a good massage experience at C&T massage therapy. It was my first visit there yesterday. However, I was very disappointed. I reached their office 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. My therapist came out 2 minutes later and went straight to the receptionists desk without making eye contact with me or introducing herself. Since it was my first time there, I went up to her and asked if I needed to check-in. She curtly said that I did and then told me to fill out a health questionnaire. I told her that I had filled it out while making the appointment online, but she refused to believe me and kept insisting that it wasnt there as she couldnt see a flag in her computer. When I asked her to check for the document, she said it was indeed there but the flag might have been removed by someone since I had filled it out 2 weeks ago. It found this rather strange. I was asked by C&Ts online appointment system to fill it out right after making the appointment so why should it matter when I filled it out? Then she asked me to pay BEFORE the massage. When I questioned this, she said this is their standard practice as she doesnt want to forget taking payment from me and risk being fired as you wouldnt believe how many people walk out without paying. I found this very unprofessional as I have never seen therapists charging before providing service in my many years of getting massages. The massage was fine, nothing special. One disconcerting note was that about 30 minutes into the massage, my therapist asked me to move my left hand from below the blanket to the top over my chest by myself. This is something no other massage therapist has done before so as not to break the feeling of relaxation the client is feeling during the massage.All in all, it was a very disappointing experience and I will not be going back to C&T massage therapy. Bottom line is that I did not feel welcome. My therapist rarely smiled or made eye contact with me. As a client, it would be nice to be treated with more warmth and respect. Also, I question the practice of taking full payment before providing service. No other massage therapy practice I know does that.

I purchased a Groupon to give this business a try and booked an appointment online. I drove almost an hour to get to the business and one one wasnt there. I have been calling the business for four days now and still no answer. As much as I hate to say it, this may not be the business you patronize because it appears to have management issues. Ive never called a business that dont even have a voice messaging service for someone to call you back. I will be reaching back out to Groupon for a refund. This is just a heads up for anyone that book an appointment online and receive a confirmation text message. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Totally disappointed and a waste of my time.

Michelle is the BEST massage therapist Ive ever had. I have been seeing her for a year and she really focuses on my specific problem areas at that time. Other places I have went do a basic head to toe massage and I leave feeling relaxed, but not fixed :) I love the personal atmosphere and attention I receive at C&T Massage. I have recommended them to several friends.

I was used to going to spa type massage places and truthfully got really tired of just being another client. I made a mobile appointment for the first time in my life. My experience was the way I wanted it. I decided to do an outside massage on a beautiful day. It was truly amazing, the massage made me feel as if I was on some tropical island somewhere. After the massage, I was so relaxed and my headaches are not as frequent. I owe my life to massage and C&T knows how to take care of the patients. The creepy guy at the front desk tried to debit my card twice but Groupon fixed the problem after I called to find out why was someone by the name of Michael 1559 trying to charge me. The massage was done incorrectly and the lady was sweet but talked the whole time. I was sick for 3 days after and had to take pain medication. Do not go to this place unless you want to get ripped off

Fantastic experience! Michelle is professional, extraordinarily knowledgeable about massage therapy and the human body (and this comes from a massage junkie lol AND former RN), and did a great job. Excited that shell be my regular therapist moving forward; just what I needed in my self-care/wellness regimen!

I looked this place up given a recent injury, I noticed groupon had a promotion so I quickly grabbed the groupon with intentions to book soon given Groupon had verified reviews within a few days of today; leaving me to assume this facility was up and running.... not the case. After looking on google the last review this place has has was 6 months ago. Your calls go straight to voice mail, and if you listen to the voicemail someone FINALLY informs you that they switched addresses and are temporarily not accepting appointments. But groupon will still take your money though... All this because I had a spasm and was eager to get a decent massage at what seemed to be a reputable place. So much for having my back

I suffer from sciatica and severe muscle spasms. I always get my massages with Alesia, and what I love about her - besides her amazing work undoing knots all over my body, some I didn’t even know had - is that she shares her professional knowledge. She explains neurological and muscular relationships, why our muscles do what they do, and how to improve. My conditions have greatly improved since I started getting a monthly massage at C&T. I always leave feeling relaxed, and the feeling lasts for days.

I recently paid $70 for the noisiest massage at C&T. Their neighbors were doing construction next door it seemed. And although this was not under C&T’s control it made the massage much less enjoyable. The staff was apologetic but I wouldn’t return for fear of this happening again.

Best place around. The therapists are all experienced and professional, you feel like family there and leave feeling great. If you need massages monthly i definitely recommend one of their membership packages. Very affordable and convenient.

I have fibromyalgia and have had many, many massages, but Michelle is by far the best, most professional masseuse I’ve ever encountered. She specializes in individuals with autoimmune disorders, arthritis and migraines. She truly knows exactly what she’s doing and ensures that she does not hurt you in any way. I don’t know what I would do without her healing hands

ZERO STARS: DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!Seems like a great deal at first. But their management is AWFUL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, all they want is your money. They never return phone calls. Even though their text line promises you will receive a call within 24hrs, DO NOT BELIVE IT!! I called and left voice messages, and responded to the text line, multiple days in a row for months.Apparently they have too many clients to fit you in. Every time I attempted to schedule via the text line the appointment had “already been booked” when the line had offered me the time slot only a few moments before. I would attempt to call the office and schedule but no one answered or returned my voicemails.Management is threatening to take me to small claims court because I asked for a refund on services I never received and was unable to schedule. I called this office 3-4 times a week for 3 MONTHS until someone finally answered the phone one day. The woman told me she would have a member of management call me tomorrow.Two days later I received a text message from Cliff, the manager. I asked for a refund on services I never received and was unable to schedule, because they would not answer the phone or return a message. A simple apology could have gone a long way. But Cliff refused to admit that not answering the phone or returning messages was poor customer service. Cliff stated “it’s how we keep the cost of our massages down.”Ignoring customers that need assistance to keep the average cost of a massage a few dollars lower is horrible.3 months of waiting for a massage. Something that is supposed to make your life easier and relaxing has been a huge hassle.Please don’t waste you money on this terrible establishment. They don’t care about you. They just want to take your money. They try to say it will be easier and cheaper, but $5 dollars cheaper for awful customer service and a company that does not care about their customers is not worth it.

Best place for massage in Jax. I was in a car accident in 2013 and I have been given massages at many different places in Jax and this one is by far that best one. Unfortunately they charge $70 for an hour massage; too expensive even if I had the money. I would pay $45, but $70 is too much.

Everyone is very friendly at C & T. They take great care in providing awesome service. They really care about you. I always look forward to my massage appointment.
