Integration Spa is a great spa to get relaxation in whether you are coming in for a massage, facial, sauna session or all three. From the front desk to the therapists, all staff members take great care of their clients. I received a 60min therapeutic massage session with Nina and she was amazing. Definitely requesting her for my next visit!

Katie was awesome! I got a 90 minute facial and it was worth every dollar. It was so relaxing and I felt like a new person by the time I left.

The atmosphere of this place was very calming. I believe the receptionist at the desk name is Tileasha. She was very inviting. She greeted me with a very positive attitude and charming spirit. Brittany, the therapist, had a very calming and chill vibe. She spoke in a very soft tone and the massage was outstanding. I’ll definitely be seeing this place again.

I received a wonderful and relaxing 90 minute massage with hot stones from BRENDA. I left feeling very relaxed and the rest of my day was very calm and peaceful. Thank you Brenda and staff for a pleasant experience. Im looking forward to my next session.

Everything was great! I was nicely greeted by name on arrival. Appointment was on time. Brenda Lange did an amazing job as usual and was delightful. I was also very happy to hear that the lavender spray I like is now included with the massage. Everything was great!

Got two massages here after the Town Center location closed down. Both of my experiences were exceptional and I recommend Brenda if you have any kind of nerve pain. She helped me so much and no matter the room, the atmosphere is consistent. They are great, but it’s up at River city marketplace which is quite far from me. Definitely worth checking out!

Terrible service. I was a customer at the Town Center location and was transferred when that location closed. Not only did this location cancel my membership without any communication, they also failed to honor $260 of credits I had earned when it was under other ownership. I asked to speak to the owner and was hung up on. If this is the service they provide, I don’t want any part of it. Their location will be closed next!

The massage was great, but the lady who works the desk was so welcoming and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as I walked through the door.

I dont think they appreciate new customers. I called for Boir. Qeek ND finally got sp.eone on the phone she put me on hold I waited for 20 minutes and she hung up.I called back and sje wanted to put me backon hold.and I immediately stated I waited long enough I dont want to be on hold anymore. She stated she so busy. I then said maybe someone else can help.or her manage she said that she is the manager. Wow... what a bad first impression..maybe you should hire more people to back you up!!!

Tara is the therapist that performed the massage and she did an excellent job. I am a runner and frequently have tightness in my legs and Tara is always able to help releive the after effects of my workouts. The experience was very relaxing and the staff is very professional.

The “manager” Victoria and receptionist Mercedes were very rude horrible attempt at a first experience at this spa they somehow entered my card info into another customer’s profile and moved my couples massage to separate rooms because they double booked with no notification the only option when I came in with no apology was to just get it in separate rooms or reschedule for another day if I could’ve put 0 stars I would’ve
