I have always liked this shop and shop in it from time to time. I like the staff who is always accommodating. That said...I stopped in today to look for a prenatal vitamin for my daughter. I was accosted at the door by 2 female employees Ive never seen before and told i could not enter without a mask. So if youve had covid and are immune or youve had the vaccine and have tested negative or you have a breathing problem or other health or religious or intellectual reason for not wearing a mask, like the fact that youre a free human being in the freest country in the world, dont consider spending your hard earned money here. They are not interested in any of those things because they have 2 employees who are surely medical and constitutional experts who have decided you are not allowed to shop there. So... save your valuable time and money for a store that reflects the values of a free nation and a free human race.

Love have been going to them since they opened. Friendly environment the staff is always ready to help when needed. They always have what we need we have never had a issue with them we are still going to them but as of right now we order off line.

Have had no issues. Someone always asks if I need help, and also recommend items.They are my Go-To for vitamins. Yes they are more expensive. Yes they have sales too. And yes, the vitamins are top-notch.Now if I could only find one for stress......but Im sure they have that too.

As usual, I loved it. Nice people, but some are new . I took my mother there and they treated my mother with the upmost respect. Theyve always treated their customers very well.

Have all the products I was looking for. Prices higher than some other but one stop. Help super. Still keeping up with sanitation.

Best customer service in town, and that’s rare in Jacksonville. They’re Always friendly and go the extra mile to help with my weight loss. I started about a year ago, and they remember my previous purchase, and they’re always so encouraging. I had an experience in there last time in which two people were working and there had to be 5 other customers, one was rude and the associate was super patient with them and informed them the best they could while helping the lady in front of me. Even after the customer blew up on them he told them they would be happy to help as soon as they helped the customer that was there prior to them and apologized to me, like it was his fault there was a rude person?! The other customer still flipped out! Unbelievable how people in this town think they can treat an employee out of line, like we’re not all paying customers. I stayed out of curiosity and the associate was just as professional with the rude customer after being mistreated as he was with the first customer. Great customer service!

Always have what I need especially everything that GNC doesnt have. Love their members program that actually gets you money off and its a great place to get drinks etc at a discount by the case

This store has just about everything you could want. Im usually one to purchase everything I need online (supplement wise). However, after visiting this location we are loyal to Vitamin Shoppe.

The manager, Brad, is most helpful. Since l pay much less on line for supplements l rarely shop there now.

Who ever associate 036673 is, was rude. Not sure of her name but she was the only one in the store. It was obvious I was unfamiliar with a product and she was not even willing to tell me anything about it and had an attitude. Went to GNC and spent more for their products instead. Hope the customer service goes back to what it used to be.

It would be nice to be treated with trust and respect as other customers. Its arrogant to stereotype but enough is enough, I will be taking my business to Amazon they will be glad to have my business 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️and I will save even more on my purchpurchases.
