We came into the Forida Blue store because of questions about the Healthcare Marketplace. Our consultant was Cory. Cory was friendly, professional, and patient. He not only helped us with our Healthcare market place question, he found something on our application we missed and saved us more money on our premium!

Ill be honest. Its seems the live event is a reason to not be available for customers. Paying a hefty sum for this plan and getting help is challenging. The service before the plandemic was amazing but now its seems like its a cost cutting excuse.

My experience with Fred on my Medicare supplement plan selection was top-notch. As an agent, he had thorough Medicare and plan product knowledge, and aided me greatly in understanding my options. BCBS auto-renewed my policy without my permission, costing me roughly $2500. Despite documentation that I was doubly insured, they were willing to do nothing to help. Things are hard enough being out of work because of the coronavirus without having mealy hard-earned money stolen by a giant, unnecessary corporation.

The people who work for Florida Blue are nice, but the company is horrible. I moved out of state and thus need to cancel my policy. Easy, right? Ive called 5 times over the past 4 days, two of the calls lasting over an hour, and no one is able to cancel my policy. I just keep getting routed from agent to agent to agent, and no one will cancel my policy. This has already caused me to lose a billing cycle and cost me over $500. I still have been unable to cancel my policy. This should be simple. Shame on you Florida Blue.

I came into the retail center to choose a policy for 2020. Every year I come in, I am in and out within 30-45 minutes. I asked for someone experienced which I was told this employee was but learned later she was a service consultant that was quickly trained for open enrollment. If you come to the retail center, ask for anyone but Zury. She doesn’t know what she is doing and I was with her for nearly 2 hours. Do not waste your time with her.

I went in today knowing nothing about the Marketplace insurance, but Richard Hooper helped me so much! I was quickly invited back to have him help me comple my application. He explained all of the insurance jargon to me in such an easy-to-understand way. I am now insured and it was so easy! Great experience. Friendly staff!

My wife and I have been working with Sid Suzor because I will go on Medicare March 1st and my wife will go on Medicare September 1st. So, we needed to find a good health insurance policy for my wife for 6 months. After reading all the negative reviews about Florida Blue, I was hesitant to contact them but I will gladly say that Sid Suzor has been extremely helpful. Very timely with his email responses and very knowledgeable about policy options. Today we signed up for a 6 month policy for my wife starting in March and I think it was a very good choice for our specific needs. Thank you !!

I retired early and took Cobra for 18 months. Today I signed up for a plan on “the Exchange” to be effective November 1. I really appreciate having a brick and mortar location to go with an appointment and talk to a live human being. I met with Tai last month while in the research phase, and she was super professional and explained all my options clearly. Today she helped me sign up and the process was stress free and easy.Like everyone I wish I could get a better policy for a lower price, but Tai helped me understand that I qualified for a subsidy. She filed the needed paperwork for me and submitted my application. I am very happy with the professionalism and service offered. THANK YOU!!

If I could give Florida Blue no stars I would. This is the worst insurance coverage I have ever had, and the worst insurance company. I can not get them to post a payment they have had Since Jan. 3 today is February 27. All calls are outsourced to India or the Philipines and you will hold on line at LEAST an hour to get to a person. That person will then have no idea what to do. I have called on this over 16 times, sometimes they say Im covered then a supervisor will say I not. Ive been hung up on three times and been told by supervisors that the will return my call and they never do. I have worked in the insurance industry for 40 years and if Blue Cross thinks they are saving money by outsourcing they are sadly mistaken. I work with patients daily and Blue Cross you are getting a very bad reputation. Your customer service is non-existent . Big Blue used to be a company you could depend on sadly no longer.

This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I put a card on file to auto pay when I signed up, They dropped me and my wife and made us pay for doctors visits out of pocket , because the auto pay did not work. Then we had to go through the market place to get them to reinstate us. You call to get a person who will transfer you to a person who will waste your time, and then will transfer you to somebody else who cannot help you. If you love to have your time and money wasted then this is the company for you!!!!!

It hurts to give this company a star. The people who work in this office are very nice, but the company is the worst. I made an appointment, sat on the phone with the same customer service person I could have called myself, and then they hung up on me while they were doing research on my problem. There is no way to hold them accountable, and its not the first time Ive been hung up on. Blue Cross does not care about people, and I dont expect a corporation to care about people-- but Blue Cross doesnt even fake it.

Constantly overcharges my account x2 or x3 since every month since Ive started. This has to be some type of insurance scam and I hope the news picks this story. Florida blue is gambling with our money knowing that we will go to the bank and complaint. never give these guys your card information I will send you on a scavenger hunt for money that you didnt authorize to be drawn x2 in one month. if it wasnt for having to have insurance this would be possibly the worst company Ive ever dealt with

If I could vote zero, I would. Thank goodness that the essential Obamacare is getting replaced and repealed because this has been my worst nightmare with health and dental. Ambetter was bad, but not purposely bad like Florida Blue. They dont care about the consumer, most dont even know or tell you the right information. They put you on hold for ten minutes or more to simply send you a email link. Its a shame that this company even operates. A real shame for anyone who is forced to have health insurance and gets stuck with Florida Blue.

Similar to other reviews, the service is terrible. I have called the St. Johns Town Center location 15 times today and no one picks up, because of the increased call volume due to open enrollment. When I try to use their customer service, also the same phone # on the back of my ID card, I am connected to an outsourced call center. The past 2 times I tried to use this call center my requests were not properly understood and my plan was messed up. Once it was cancelled in error, leaving me uninsured! This is absolutely unacceptable customer service when I am paying almost $400 per month for insurance. I should not have to make an appointment on my own time to straighten out an issue that was not my error in the first place. Its absolutely infuriating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont really write bad reviews for companies, but for Florida Blue, I just cant stand it! Definitely worst insurance company ever! First, they mistakenly set up two policies for my mom. Second, since last year, they have been having the billing issues on their system and had over charged my mom for more than $300. I dont even know how many times I called them in six months, and spend more than an hour on the phone, the problem have never been solved! Terrible customer service, never keep their promise to follow up my case. If I can rate them for ZERO star, I would.

Florida Blue is a rip-off I pay $500 a month 4 Premium and cant get a simple coverage for my prescription Crestor but yet theyll pay over 3000 4 another medicine that Im on. Set up basically saying that hell with me at the end of the day give me your $500 and Ill see you in the hospital then you can pay 10 of thousands for medical treatment for not being able to give me or cover me on a simple prescription Crestor

Worst experience Ive ever had with an insurance company! They drop you in error. They put you on hold for hours, only to speak to some person that is outsourced and you cannot understand. Then, when you ask to speak to a supervisor they will hang up on you! Terrible! They do not care about their clients. NEVER AGAIN! They took their facebook visitor post option down because there were so many complaints! I would rate negative 5 if I could. Surprised the insurance comission hasnt shut them down by now!

On hold for over one hour, treid online chat, and after one hour got a nobody is available, try later. Called Town Center Office and was put back in a cue and now on hold there for over 40 minutes (still on hold with main line). This is without a doubt the worst customer service company I have ever experienced. I thought UHC was bad; FB makes them look world class. Nobody could have worse customers service, and when you do finally get a hold of someone, they rarely understand what you need anyway. I sure wish there were better Health Care choices in Florida, as I would do about anything to try someone elses customer service. Just Awful!!!!

Its a terrible experience. They make a mistake in enrollment. I had to repay the premium. But they didnt refund my first bill. I pay with barcode in CVS. But the next invoice still ask me pay premium again.
