Customer service is poor. Ive been a member for about 6or7 years until this year.I went to get service I got before and my plan bad been changed without my knowledge.

I know many of the employees. They are some of the most driven young people that I know, so I know the caliber and quality of service is noteworthy. They all also have great personalities too! Each time Ive stopped by, its been very warm and welcoming! Glad to see great talent being put to great use!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was there for an eye exam and the system was down so everyone had to wait. About 12 or so people. I didn’t mind the wait. But what I did mind was they let this big obese lady skip everyone because she said she had to be somewhere in 30 minutes. If that was the case she should’ve gotten up earlier. Her being pressed for time is not our fault. That’s if she was even telling the truth. That was very unprofessional and offensive to all of us there waiting for hours.

Wellcare should be called headache insurance gift car to cvs this xmas is a fraud went to cvs pharmacy did not work and was informed two customers had the same problem shame employees answering the phone horrible doctors the worst

Wellcare needs local caseworkers in Jacksonville, Duval, Putnam, & Nassau counties. Case management on the telephone needs improvement. Wellcare has awesome, caring, helpful, friendly staff and employees.
