I have had Dr. Vincent Galiano for many years now and i feel so blessed to have him as my family doctor. He listens to me, what i have to say, gives me the answers that will work best for me and my health. I trust him with my life. It is rare to find a doctor whom you can trust fully and i believe that i have done that. I am so blessed. The staff are kind, caring too, even with the changes that have been made over the years.

Wonderful place! Dr. Galiano and everyone else in the office are just as professional, helpful and pleasant as could be. The doctor is knowledgeable, patient and ensures his instructions are understood—in all the years he was caring for my father I never saw him without a smile, and never felt rushed along regardless of how many questions Dad had for Dr. Galiano. The doctor and his secret weapon, Frances (whom Dad and I both adore), were helpful to me too, like when Dad was hospitalized, or helping me make better decisions for my father when getting multiple recommendations that seemed contradictory or not right for my father’s particular health background/situation. And the doctor actually returns phone calls! Could not recommend them more highly.

I came here after a car accident for physical therapy. Everyone from the office staff, to the nurse, to all three physical therapists and Dr. Galliano have been fantastic. This practice is filled with caring people who are great at what they do. They go above and beyond to be helpful and I felt at ease very quickly. I highly recommend.

I did not feel like they “owned “ my case and really dug-in.A little unforgiving and aloof.Not my idea of a family practice - primary care.But then, I was not assigned to Dr Galliano.

Every time I go to Dr. Galiano, he makes sure he spends the time I need to go over everything that is bothering me and is so kind. He is always on point with his diagnosis and makes me feel like he really cares for my husband and myself. Frances is also very caring and the team is an important part of all of that. Thank you for always being there.

Staff are very accommodating and Dr. Galiano is very thorough and compassionate. He always make sure that he covered everything. Excellent staff and service.

Dr. Galianos office is extremely well run and often willingly arranged/changed appointments to fit our very busy schedule. We came here as new patients after a second car accident.Dr. Galiano was very, warm, friendly and attentive. When we inadvertently missed an appointment with a referral, he personally called and checked on it. He and his office really care about his patients and went above and beyond in our treatment.The treatment we received was directed toward COMPLETE healing, not just being able to tolerate the symptoms. Highly recommend.

The doctor is good but the office staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. They play dumb even when they are aware that you know that they would have to know about something because even an idiot would know. They routinely give patients trouble with no provocation or reason. Another person in their shoes, even if they had some type of reason (bad day, difficult patient, embarrassment at repeatedly making mistakes from which the simplest of people would have learned, etc...) most people would not behave that questionably.The nurse once took my temperature at 96.6, said “that’s weird,” and wrote down 98.6.

Wonderful doctor, wonderful staff and Francis makes this Doctors office simply the best!

Apparently the turn times are long. Wife has been there for an hour after her scheduled appointment without being seen.

Staff is not very knowledgeable. If your looking for quality professional care, I’d look elsewhere.

Absolutely aweful! Dr. Galiano, Ms. Frances and his nurses are wonderful. However, the two young girls at the front desk are the worst. They slide the window door in your face, discuss your issues out loud for others to hear, and have a very short and disrespectful demeanor with customers. Unfortunately I am going to find another doctor. Will not tolerate disrespect and rudeness from staff.

Dr Galiano is the best. Very caring and helpful.
