I NEVER write reviews. This is actually my first one. But my experience was awful. I met with Regina, the nurse practitioner and she was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. During my appointment she even opened the door and and started talking to her assistant about another patient right in front of me. I was extremely upset after the appointment. Regina talked down to me the whole time, basically said nothing was wrong but then prescribed me pain meds, and an anti inflammatory. After meeting with me for 30 minutes and talking down to me the whole time, as if I did not know what I was talking about, she asked me why I came in today??? Like we did not discuss that the whole appointment. I will NEVER go back here again nor would I EVER refer this office to a friend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Browning for many years and have always been more than satisfied with the care Ive received from him and his staff. With the restrictions on how healthcare must be delivered now, it is often frustrating to them, as it is to patients, to make sure things are done in compliance with insurance but also provide the care they know is needed. For my part, I will be forever grateful to Regina, the nurse practitioner, who saved my life by her astute diagnosis of an uncommon disorder because she listened and did not just assume the obvious.

I have been a patient of Dr Brownings for over 20 years. As a nurse , I think he is the epitome of what a doctor should be. He truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile with and for them. He is as frustrated as we all are with the limits and added responsibilities that take him away from actual patient care. He gave me his cell number because he was concerned about me. I have recommended him to many of my friends who want a real doctor.

I agree with the comment below from Matt. Regina has absolutely no bedside manner! I have an actual appointment with the doctor himself coming up and will update my review accordingly.

I called to confirm the appointment that I have with the doctor at 8:20am and the lady answering the phone was very rude and she told me that I need it to be there at 7:50 the latest. I told her that I was on my way and she said that she need it permission to reschedule the appointment. They should hire people that knows how to deal with the pubic..

Excellent Doctor and staff. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Browning for twenty years. When we have an an appointment. We have only waited about ten minutes to see him His staff is frindley, polite, and profesional. - Bill Weaver

Slow service even though it was not crowded. Nurse practitioner was very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you do decide to go here, try avoid seeing her
