I’d rate this establishment 10 stars if I could. I came to them very disappointed after receiving services at another local spa that left my skin riddle with black heads. My esthetician Renee made note of all my concerns and booked me for an appointment next day. She worked around my schedule and even consulted with the owner Charita to ensure I had a wonderful experience. When I arrived, both Renee and Charita personally assisted me and help me create a skin care routine. They both then followed up with text messages and calls to make sure the products were satisfactory and that I enjoyed the experience. The difference product quality was noticeable after my first use. My skin looks a lot better. I loved the environment, it was super elegant and very relaxing. It was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Did I mentioned this is a minority/female owned business. Let’s just say these ladies have a new regular client.

I booked a kid/teen facial for my daughter’s 9 year old birthday and she had the pleasure of having Charita do the facial for her. So as someone whom tries to remain as natural as possible, I have to say that my first time of ever receiving lash extensions was pretty much as best as it can be. It all started with the communication & accommodation with scheduling around me. I was getting off of work at 1 but the appt was at 1. I do read everything I sign & was going to pay the late fee but the owner was the sweetest & just moved the appt time for me…AFTER hours. I didn’t even expect to get a reply until the next morning, which probably would’ve been too late. But that definitely wasn’t the case. Upon arrival, I was actually greeted by the owner, whom remembered I was just getting off of work, & asked how my work day was. That was delightful, it’s always the little things that matter. Kayla performed my service of a natural lash extension set. I was very weary of the whole ordeal, as I was afraid I would hate it & ask for a removal. Now here I am, almost a week in, haven’t lost a single extension, & can’t wait to go back in for a fill. They’re so natural looking & I am in love with the different sizes used to make it look more natural as well as fit my face. I’m not a very social person & I think they all picked up on it. I just popped my airpod in & Kayla just completed the service with only conversing when necessary & greeting me. Now I will become a frequent customer so as long as I live in Jacksonville.It’s a shame Google won’t allow for numerous reviews. Anywho, Kayla is still awesome. The whole entire establishment & team are the best. I went in Tuesday before work. I’m so addicted that I literally warned my manager I might be late to work because of my lash appt. Personally, I felt I was going to dislike anything more than a classic set/fill. Kayla reassured me I would not hate a hybrid set & she would do it just right. I took the chance on it & put all the trust in her with this & haven’t turned back since. Already had my second fill for it. It’s not overwhelming for me, it’s so perfect. My service has nvr been rushed & my satisfaction is always a concern before I leave. I didn’t like it at first but noy because of the service, but because I was already out of my comfort zone with the classic set. The nxt day however, I was so in love. You should always be able to trust a professional in things & I was not disappointed. Kayla was more concerned about my tardiness to work than I was. I had to reassure her that I have only ever been late once in my 3yrs with the company & have had the same manager. She was so relieved. You don’t see that much in this era. Although I’m not a sociable person, the personable experience makes the service that much better. I find myself looking forward to when I am due for a fill, as my lashes look bald-headed to me without them. I always refer everyone who asks about my lashes to Fab. When questioned about why I pay “so much” or someone compares the prices they pay to someone else, I always let them know that it shows. Can’t have a fresh set in my face that I see gaps & lashes barely hanging on. Quality over quantity always. Personally, I don’t think it’s expensive at all. My nail appt costs more than my lashes. It’s always a pleasure seeing you ladies. SEE YOU SOON! ☺️❣️

I moved to Florida 3 years ago and I hadn’t found someone who I trusted to do my brows until just recently when I ran into Fab skincare and saw the work these young ladies do. Both times were amazing, place is very nice and very clean... owner Charita is very professional and welcoming... my facial was great skin still looks and feel great.. I had no brows when I got there but I have some now and they look really natural... I recommend anyone to visit for skin and brow care..
