The massages we got were wonderful. The pedicures let a little to be desired. But for the prices it was well worth it and I would come back.

I got a full set with the pink and white ombré. Absolutely beautiful work and she always takes so much pride in what she does. She has been doing nails for many years and will do anything you want. I love how she always confirms with me how long I want my nails and what shape I want them. I have done designs in the past with her and they always come out flawless. 10/10 would recommend.

My friend and I received pedicures and a full set. My friend and I got nothing what we asked for with our full set. The shape is beautifully done but ultimately not what I asked for. The nail tech said “short nails don’t look good with almond shape” but I preferred MY nails on the shorter side. I told her I wanted pink and I had 3 options to choose from which was nothing like the picture I showed her. Then she told my friend that the design she wanted would be “too busy on your nail”... what? If you can’t do a design just say so. We ended up just not saying anything else and left with what we received after spending over $100 each. Also, she complained about a previous customer to me, which was unprofessional. The only reason I will give 2 stars is because the pedicure was nice. But the nail tech is too opinionated and just does what SHE thinks looks good. Never again.

I googled eyebrow waxing Deluxe Day Spa Salon & Waxing has the highest reviews. I see why. Great customer service. The lady who did my eyebrows was very nice. She also did a last minute mani. Great atmosphere! Soothing smells of essential oils. Very relaxing.

I love getting my pedicures here. Only been twice but ever since I came here I wont go anywhere else. They also do actual manicures which is why my boyfriend and I chose here in the first place. Their prices are quite good as well and we always get a 10 minute foot massage added onto our pedicures...totally worth it. I normally get a full set after my manicure so my boyfriend goes with a deep tissue massage and says it is amazing. I will be doing a couples massage here soon so may update my post then. Definitely a hidden gem for a well needed relaxation day away from the world.

I bought my wife a daily escape package for her birthday and it turned into the worst gift I could have gotten her. The staff was very rude and condescending. They physically cut her heel during the pedicure. Didnt wash their hands or ask if she had any allergies before performing the facial. The steamed towels smelled like mildew and the masseuse belittled her. She immediately jumped into the shower afterwards to scrub her self clean because she left that place feeling extremely dirty and whatever they used on her face smelled like straight alcohol. A waste of money. What was suppose to be a daily escape turned into a daily nightmare

Ive had the pleasure of treating myself to a massage at Deluxe Spa twice now. The prices are reasonable and I hope to treat myself more regularly. I was able to call and get scheduled on the day I was requesting. The service was good and I have no complaints.

My husband gage me a gift certificate for a massage and pedicure. Kelly did my massage. She was wonderful and super sweet. Felicia did my pedicure. She was also wonderful. She was fun and out going and super sweet. This will probably be my go to place from now on 💜

Cons: Can nails be too white & bright?Pros: Nails look good, clean and quick service, nail tech took pride in work and I could tell my opinion mattered, offers head to toe services, friendly atmosphere, and it feels like at an auntie’s- not your auntie but maybe a friend’s auntie- with its eclectic design it’s fancy af and now you feel fancy too.

First time going there and was blown away by the experience!! Did the 1/2 day beauty package (240 for hour massage, facial, hair, Mani pedi, eyebrows and lip, and lunch!) and cant believe how professional and experienced everyone there was! One of the best spa experiences Ive ever had and I grew up in Malibu! Affordable and everyone went above and beyond! Will definitely be coming back frequently and with friends and family! Originally came here for a spa day, the massage was great but my hair dye was awful. These pictures were after she tried to fix it. My hair is extremely dead and dry now and I’m stuck with an awful white/blonde color. The owner tried to get me to pay for the entire spa day and give me gift certificates, then she wanted me to pay for my hair and come back the next day to try and get it fixed for a third time, then she wanted me to pay half, after I started crying because of how awful my hair looks she said not to worry about paying for the hair services. My beautiful brown virgin hair is now three different tones of orange and white. Do not come here if you want presentable hair or a professional response from the owner.

I just left after my first ever massage and it was absolutely everything I needed an more. I had the hour long deep tissue massage. After years of tension and back pain building and building, I was able to get up from the massage table without a bit of pain. I went I with my girlfriend who has had many massages in the past and she said it was the best one shed ever gotten. We are definitely coming back here often

Love this place I love the atmoshere. The spa is clean an professional and so clean. I experience the detox wrap which is heaven and it leaves your skin and body looking and feeling amazing. I even purchased the gel to wrap at home love the results lost 3 inches that day off of my waist. I go every two weeks to get my nails and toes done. The job is flawless, neat, and just the way I requested. Recommend this spa they know what they are doing.

This place is hidden in the strip a bit but well worth venturing out and finding. The prices are amazing and the staff is super friendly. The decor is relaxing and they give you refreshments as well while your being serviced. Way better than any other place Ive gone in Jacksonville to have my nails done. I would highly reccomend this location.

Worst massage experience. I went in and the first thing I noticed was that my masseuse was either drunk, high or blind. Or all three. She barely even gave me a massage. Put a little bit of pressure in one area of the back and that’s it. The first 5 minutes I should’ve walked out. Did not feel refreshed after. I will not come back here

I’ve only been here for waxing services. Malis is great! She is precise, fast, friendly, and talks to keep your mind occupied. The environment is clean and relaxing. I’m not sure about price compared to local salons, but it’s cheaper than places I’ve been across the county and better service.

I came in to this place on whim because I was looking for a relaxing day. I started with a massage from Stephanie and it was great. The massage contoured to my requests and needs towards my back. I didnt realize they did male military haircuts but it turns out that Meghan does and I have to be honest...it was amazing! The fade was seamless and I have an awkward head to correctly fade within military regulations. I recommend this place to newcomers and I have also given my buddies the recommendation as well. This is my new haircut place and also my treat yo self day spot.

I went into this Spa with my girlfriend on Sunday. Staff was friendly but I automatically noticed that they did not use gloves or wash their hands before touching our face. It felt rushed, we steamed for way longer than I felt was necessary not to mention they did the extractions before the steaming. The very next day I woke up with a fungal infection on my forehead and her eyes were swollen shut and had discharge. Will not be coming back.

The owner was really nice when I got my acne facial. It hurts cause I have deep black heads but my face looked very clear and clean the next day. I took my brother to get his face done as well. She is very informative. I will be back very soon to get me and my brother another facial.

Wow, my wife loves this place and finally convinced me to try one of their massages so I did. I was a walk in while she had her nails done. I only got a 30 minute massage and now cant wait until the weekend to go back and get an hour. That night I slept like a baby and felt so relaxed and energized the next morning.

One of the best spas in Jacksonville. They make all of their customers feel warm and welcomed unlike some other places around the same area I have visited. The facials are awesome! My favorite place to get pampered.

If I could give them a zero I would. First and last time I will ever get a service done here. Completely unsanitary. The salonist used the same stick to apply the wax and I ended up getting a rash and/or ingrown hairs every spot wax was applied (its been 5 days and the rash is still present. Dont worry my doctor saw me yesterday). The big wax warmer was already hot when I got to the room, which is an indicator that its been used previously. To add insult to injury, it was the most uncomfortable experience I ever endured. Not personal or caring whatsoever, which in this profession she probably should be seeing that theyre working directly on your lady parts. It felt like she was rushing by trying to quickly cover big spots. Do your research before going to ANY salon!

I rated this a 5 star so I can get to the top, anyways I went in for an acne facial about two days ago. The experience was alright, when Elsa left the room so I could get undressed and into the bed, she came back in too early so I had a bit of a fright...naked and afraid indeed, the same thing happened to my cousin, he was getting a Swedish massage, I was paying for his treatment as a gift and he told me about how the lady that did him didnt apply enough pressure and he didnt think the massage was anything special...yay!!! Back to my facial, when Elsa left me for what I assume was 15 minutes, she came back smelling like a sandwich. The neck massage was very awkward for me, because I was laying on my back. When my facial was finished my forehead was red, and my ears were itchy. I was told the redness would go down the next day, but for some reason my face has 5 new zits and is still red??? and I am afraid to even touch them!! My deduction is that during the extraction part of my facial, the debris of my current acne got into new open pores. Im not saying to dont go to this spa, Im just sharing my experience. I feel no regret though, Im glad I spent my money there so that now a lesson is learned. I wont do facials ever again, not even at this 5 star rate ;)

My family always comes here for haircuts. The ladies are always very accommodating, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the prices are excellent. Brittany definitely goes out of her way to ensure outstanding service every visit.

It can be hard to find a stylist that fits you. Its important to find one who can translate your babblings of what you want your hair to look like. Meghan B, is that stylist. She knew exactly what I wanted, and more importanlty, what I needed from my hair style. And perhaps the best part of all, she is thoroughly entertaining; hilarious and easy to talk to. All around great experience. I will be holding on to Meghan as my stylist, permanently.

I used to go to heritage spa before they closed for my Brazilian wax. I tried them out due to me seeing POSITIVE reviews on the mani/pedicure portion. Worst Brazilian ever. She told me to get undressed and mind you she never left the room. She literally ripped my skin off. The wax was extremely too hot. She didnt get all my hairs. She said because I was to tense. You guys she was the toughest person Ive ever had in my life. I was left BLEEDING. To add insult to injury Ive been itching like crazy. This was the worst experience of my waxing life. She also never cleaned me up 😥😥😖

I went to get a soft ombré in my hair and ended up with my hair being dyed completely silver. Not only that, they completely damaged and killed my hair from the intense heat they put on it then charged me an outrageous price for completely ruining my nice, healthy hair. Not happy AT ALL!

Meghan was amazing! I got a trim and retouch on my roots and was so relaxed the whole time, she took her time and knew exactly what color would fit for me and look great, I left feeling amazing with my shiny silky blowout definitely will come back to see her!!

Came here with some friends just to try and relax got the 30 min massage with stephanie and it was the most relaxed I have been in a long time very friendly and had a great conversation about medical and muscle groups from a therapy standpoint Ill be coming here every weekend I can from now on its a good environment and friendly people.

Not to mention how multiple extra charges were snuck in while my friend and I were there; that is bad business. Owner needs to learn how to be professional. Where to start,husband bought a package with pregnancy massage which was extra $20 plus mani, pedi and facial. I get my hour massage which she pretty did my back for 45 min and the other 15 on my legs. Arms and hands not touched. Ok so I text my husband I’m done he tells me it’s a package I’m like oh they didn’t tell me I wanted a scrub so they rushed me to getting a scrub. Got my scrub, not gentle mind you I’m 6 months pregnant, cold as hell in the scrub room she keeps leaving me naked on the bed. Worst uncomfortable cold scrub. Told my husband I’m ready to leave I don’t even want the mani pedi. He ended up paying $200 for that crappy service

My husband bought me a gift certificate for the “refresher” package which includes a full body Swedish massage and a lavender spa mani/pedi. The massage was GREAT and so was the pedicure. When it was time for my manicure, I kindly explained that I already had acrylics on and asked if the fill in was included in my mani. The lady told me it would be a $12 extra charge which was fine, my husband didn’t know any better. Well, she told me they would only do the fill in with no manicure. If I wanted the manicure it would be an extra $25. This was frustrating so I told her to just fill them in. She RUSHED the entire time and did an awful job and got an attitude because I accidentally messed one up. I have only been home a couple hours and my nails are already chipped and look awful. I am VERY disappointed. This place is WAY over priced for the crappy work and the lack of professionalism performed.

Great experience, had a deep tissue massage. Im feeing alot less pain in my lower back. Lets see what a good nights rest does for me. None the less a must have if you havent had a massage in a while, or if your in an intense workout program.

Came here a couple weeks ago. Awful experience! Got a facial from an older Asian lady, service felt rushed, she had a rough touch that was NOT pleasant, it was loud with sounds from the pedicure stations outside heard over top of the music playing in the room and when it was over she began pushing products on me that I didnt want. This place is anything but spa like. Avoid at all costs!!!

Whoever the Asian lady is that’s at the front desk/ does the Brazilian wax is the worst person to go to for a Brazilian wax. She’s rough, rushes, doesn’t prep or sanitize & didn’t wipe or clean me after. Worst place to get a Brazilian wax espcially got your first like me.

This was the worst brazillian wax I have ever gotten. The entirety of my skin was burnt. it is now flaking off and peeling all over. I also have a tear on the inner part of one of my lips from them taking too big of a section at once. DO NOT GET A WAX HERE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXING! I have been there twice, once for my hair which was a good experience and once to get a brazilian wax and my legs waxed.. It was the most painful thing I have ever been through. They took no steps to lower the pain. SHe started the brazilian, I told her the wax was too hot and she did nothing to change the temp. It hurt more then anything I have ever been through so I had her move to my legs because I figured if nothing else I could handle that but not it hurt just as much! I had her stop because I was in tears it hurt so bad. I went with a friend who has had that area waxed many times and she said it should not hurt that bad. I have been told by many that you are supposed to use different kinds for different areas but she used only 1 for everything. I bled a lot as well.. Over an hour later I am still in pain. The only good thing about the situation is they decided I didnt have to pay them, but only after my friend complained to the manager. DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXING!

This Spa is the Best I have been to in Jacksonville in my Opinion. It has a Royal Waiting Room area! The Receptionist Services are always pleasant and friendly! I experienced Two separate Amazing massages. My first experience was done by a Lovely therapist name, Farija she has superior strength for her petite frame! Her deep tissue massage will really get in and loosen up any tension, she also has a very gentle relaxing touch. Her touch feels very much of a possible Ancient Inheritance touch dealing with the body. It was total relaxation! Then I had a massage from Jacky! She was referred by my husband who lifts a lot of weights and was really impressed from his massage experience with her. My thoughts under Jackys care was just that. I felt like I was in someones hands that knew the body like a Doctor! It was incredibly relaxing because she takes control. I knew she was doing more than a relaxing or deep tissue massage, she was repairing my body. I have been getting massage therapy for over 20years and I knew she was one of the few that has studied the Anatomy and Physiology to a deeper aspect than most. My past chiropractor X-rays appeared as if I had whip lash from a car wreck! I guess thats just the neck of a 43 year old wife, mom, etc..lol. Make a long story short, if you want a great massage..relaxing or deep tissue..and feel Royal..Farija is the one. If you want all the same but may also have some medical issues I would refer, Jacky! At the end of my massage, I had questions for Jacky and come to find out she is/was a medical nurse! I knew it..I felt extremely safe as she stretched and massaged the pain from out of my neck!
