Michael, the professional LMT that works there, gave me the best massage I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve had a LOT of massages. Just fantastic! I highly recommend the new professional massage service. I’ve had several student massages and they’ve also done a good job. The education at Alpha is great.

My daughter and I had a couples massage yesterday. It was a surprise for her and she loved it. I was more concerned about her experience than mine. Jaylen and Andrew did well.I would have liked for my deep tissue massage to have been a little more deep but both young men showed professionalism and they were pleasant during the massages so a 10 was given! 🤩

Ive been going here for massages for about 20 yrs. The students do awesome work, just as good/or better than the licensed therapist at the massage shops and on cruises (experienced all), but you pay at least 1/2 the price. A few mths back I came across a student Dylan that Ive been going back to see every month for 2 hr sessions. Dylan rocks, his service always exceed my expectations...

Went to the school there for couple months I learned nothing. They try to switch the curriculum up to online and it doesn’t help at all. Garcia just reads information from the text. Which I can do myself… Some people can’t learn like that and they don’t care they just push you away and use you for the customers they have. You can’t keep none of the tips. Working for nothing .

The service was wonderful, Shelby has the most soothing manner and voice and gentle, but firm hands. I highly recommend Alphas student services. They are training the future top-notch therapists!

I graduated from the Esthetics program on April 2nd and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the experience I had, the group that I started with and the group that started a few weeks after ours did were amazing and we worked together as a team on everything, Janis (our Instructor) is big on teamwork. I loved how Janis instructed her lessons because instead of sitting for hours to hear a lecture, you were getting hands on training for everything! I appreciate how supportive Janis, William, and Rachel were towards me because in the middle of my schooling I was diagnosed with a stomach Ulcer, they did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable when at school and that I took the necessary days off.

That was my first ever massage and I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep so I will definitely be coming back

For years I was searching for a school but none of them seemed to offer what I was looking for until I somehow stumbled upon Alpha while going through google reviews. The staff are incredibly friendly and the instructor, Janis, was immensely helpful and had many years of experience as an esthetician. Graduating from Alpha was bittersweet for me. I was excited to finally start my journey as a licensed esthetician, but sad to leave behind such a fun and memorable experience. If you have the desire or chance to become an esthetician, I HIGHLY recommend getting your education here! Youll leave with all of the knowledge you need to know and with memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Our instructor, Janis, was very knowledgable and would always be willing to help if we had any questions. Alpha is all about teamwork and working hands on, which is how I learn best. If I ever had any questions regarding tuition or scheduling, Rachel and William were always there to help. The best part about Alpha is that they want to see you succeed and will do anything to help you thrive in your career. I would highly recommend the Esthetic program if you are looking to get into a career esthetics.

I would absolutely not attend this school for esthetics. I was so excited to come to this school due to the reviews from clients, I figured it had to be amazing. Maybe massage, due to the fact that I constantly walk by the massage classroom and get jealous of the way their instructor is ALWAYS passionately teaching them. They deserve 0 stars but Google is nice and you have to give at least 1. For starters, the esthetics “instructor” has never gave ONE lecture in the MONTH I attended. Yes, I was only in this program for 4 weeks and it was a fiasco. The staff all attend church together, so they all have each other’s backs in situations that they shouldn’t. On Tuesday, April 20th the esthetics instructor, Janis walked up on me and was talking to me in a loud and argumentative tone. I told her that I refused to argue back and forth with her. Because I wasn’t going to let anything get in the way of my goals. She continued rambling at me loudly, while clients were present and receiving services from students. She’s very much a bully and singles out students and blames it on her personal life. As if everyone doesn’t have personal issues going on, but we don’t use that as an excuse in a PROFESSIONAL environment. I quit my job at a hospital to attend this school because I had big plans for myself to provide the best life for my son. I learned everything from other students because there was always attitude when I asked my supposed instructor for direction. Despite her lack of help, I still received raving reviews from clients which I believe she despised. I truly believe she wanted me to quit or just be so horrible at what I do that they could dismiss me. Well after yelling at me with much of no response from me, she decided to go downstairs and cry to the manager and play victim. Every single student in the class stated to the esthetics manager and the massage manger that my teacher was in fact the one in the wrong and I did in fact not argue back at her. Every single student. My teacher continued to come back with the same negative energy days after the situation, the 2 days she did come back she sat in class for an hour and half without saying one word to the class and then left in sat in the managers office the whole day. Students left and just didn’t come for the rest of the week because they said they could not handle her negative energy. Then Friday when she came back she and William, the esthetics manager decided to address the whole class in an argumentative tone while a client was behind a curtain receiving services and she apologizes to the client in such a respectful and soft tone at the end and acts as if it was the students they just heard yelling and not her, COMICAL. As they had already addressed the situation twice inappropriately, I asked to speak to the owner multiple times, and never got the opportunity. I come to school today and receive a dismissal from the program. It’s also cute how they get a previous student to leave such an amazing review right after the situation, when she herself voiced many times that she learned from an Instagram influencer. She’s close friends with the instructors sister, so she was always shown favoritism so of course she had a great experience lol. They just refuse to take accountability for their horrible instructor because there’s many students before me who are saying the same thing as they’re being reached out to. There’s so much more I could say. People should absolutely not spend their money here. I don’t even understand how these are so called church people, but they are all facing horrible karma in their lives right now and will continue to do so.At 3:50PM 04/26/2021, adding to above I find it baffling that students who have previously graduated are just now deciding to leave good reviews lol. And the student stating that the studentS who recently left bad reviews were bad apples and I’m the ONLY student to leave a recent review & we never had any interaction. That’s confusing. Ive just recently graduated from the Esthetics program at Alpha School of Massage, have received my License through the state, & couldnt be more happy with my decision to attend this school. Its such a bittersweet feeling because although this was just a 3 month program that genuinely flew by, I had such an amazing experience at this school, learned so much from the knowledge and guidance of the Esthetics teacher Janis, made great friends, and had the opportunity to get so much hands on experience while working with the overall great clientele. I was a little nervous knowing it would be such a short program at the amount of knowledge or confidence I would have after graduating, but felt so reassured through the program with the amount of demos and services provided for us, as well as knowing that our teacher was always happy to help and answer any questions we ever came to her with. Between Rachel, Janis, and William this school has an absolute dream team! Im now of course looking for jobs in the field and couldnt be more excited to continue learning and growing as an Esthetician. I fully recommend this school 1st to anyone who is looking to be licensed in skincare!

First I had a facial with Briana, the first time for this 64 y/I woman. And I loved it, it was so relaxing and it just made me feel good.So the next time I booked for a microderm abrasion, I didnt think Briana would still be there, but I got in right before she graduated. Again, it was so relaxing, and Briana explained everything she would do before she did it. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was the cold towel (which I knew was coming, because Briana warned me). I loved everything about my visit. Now my only problem will be who will I work with next? But I have no worries because Alpha puts out quality people!

The service was great! I was greeted and didnt have to wait long. Taylor was awesome. She made sure I was comfortable with it being my first professional massage.

I had a deep tissue massage here last week. It was the best massage I have had in quite a while. I had a guy I used to go to at massage envy for a few years, but he retired in 2018. Ive been playing massage lottery since then and finally won the jackpot. I honestly wasnt expecting such a great job from a school. I will be going again soon. I was recommended to go here from a friend. First off I was able to get two appointment the same day at the same time. When we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly And welcoming. We had a little bit of paperwork to fill out and then we were both taken to our rooms. My masseuse was Zadia and she was so knowledgeable and very friendly! I know sometimes when you get a massage it can be awkward but she put me right at ease. My boyfriend also very much enjoyed his massage. His masseuse was Hannah. We were both very impressed and will be going back. I still can’t believe how great the prices are as well!!!

My husband and I received a student massage this last Saturday (01/11/2020) with Lisa, a student massage therapist via Alpha School of Massage. The booking online was user friendly, straight forward, and I loved that we can pay online and just show up for our appointment as planned. There was a bit of a scheduling snafu and Alpha was prompt to reach out to us to rectify this. Same day call placed to us to let us know that our massage therapist student was going to be at a sister site in Yulee (convenient for us, more convenient as a matter of fact: win/win), and that we could visit that site for our massage and same fees would cover our service (even got us a sooner appointment than previously planned, again, even more convenient). The sister site (Massage Theory) was beautiful and calming, and our massage was Amazing. Lisa is professional, a great communicator, and very skilled. The student massage experiences I have had are Great, and you always leave feeling like you helped someone with their clinical skill hours while receiving the amazing benefit of a therapeutic activity. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone I know. Alpha is professional and thorough, and as far as value goes: You cannot beat it. Thank you Lisa and Alpha, very appreciative.

My therapist, Denise, was outstanding! She was sure to ask questions throughout the massage about how I was doing but did not take away from the relaxing, quiet environment. My therapist was very well versed in massage techniques. She adjusted to different areas to suit my issues. She was not scared ofy many scars and communicated about things she noticed about my scars. She was thorough, kind, and treated me as an individual not just another number.

The students who give the massages are professional and highly trained. For me personally massage therapy at Alpha has helped me in two areas, emotional and physical. My daughter died in a car accident a few years ago. Massage therapy has helped me on my grief journey. I also had a Sciatic nerve problem which has been pretty much neutralized with massage therapy.
