I prefer a medical day spa to any other setting for my skincare. I booked an appointment and was able to choose the most convenient time for my service. I received the Hydra Facial and could not have been more pleased. I have large pores that hold onto EVERYTHING! After my service I noticed visibly smaller pores and beautiful glowing skin. CMA is offering a special on their chemical peels and I signed up for mine! Front desk staff is professional and friendly and my aesthetition was superb and knowledgeable. Know that your skin is in good hands at CMA!

I am 6 days post CO2 laser resurfacing. I cannot say enough about Dr.Schallen and her staff. They do everything to make sure you have the best outcome. You highly recommend this practice. They are on the cutting edge of the latest laser treatments.

I can’t express how grateful I am for CMA medicine and their aesthetician, Jackie. I started coming here almost a year ago when my previous care provider went on maternity leave. My case is difficult because I have both PCOS and endometriosis, which wreak havoc on my skin. I went in with a lot of active breakouts and old scarring from previous spots. Jackie was very honest with me and put together a treatment plan that has given me results as long as I’ve stuck to it. Now I’m well on my way to having completely clear skin, which I thought was impossible given my medical issues and skin history. Now my dermatologist, Kristen Stewart, is joining offices with them and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be coming here for as long as I’m a Jacksonville resident.

My NEW GO TO! I love the staff here. Everyone is super nice and sweet in person and over the phone. You get what you pay for here. I also love that they are willing to work with you regarding payment plans for your higher dollar amount services. I also loved after my first hydra facial they gave me a sample of a recommended product that they used during my service. Higher end products cost a lot and can definitely add up over time. I like the try before you buy aspect. Did I also mention how incredibly clean the office was. It made me comfortable and confident getting services here.

CMA has been more than helpful with the services I was interested in. Im working on removing a few tattoos, and after only 2 sessions the results are amazing. I also had my lips done by Korrie and she is the best!! It was my first time and definitely not my last! Im currently working on a few facial laser treatments for freckles and redness, and am excited to see the results!! However every time I see her, along with all the other girls, I always feel loved and welcomed. I recently went to Korrie for under eye filler (belotero) and was super nervous going in. She was so knowledgeable, sweet, caring and understanding when it came to answering all my questions. She made my worries disappear. She spent over an hour and a half with me between talking and the treatment. She is extremely thorough, responsible and truly cares about getting the best result. Acne has been a huge issue for me ever since I was a kid, Dr. Schallen helped find procedures that were right for me and my skin is now clear with the exception of a few hormonal breakouts. Im so thankful for her expertise and the amazing products!

I tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt. However, after wasting hours at their office to be treated and trying to be patient with them, I decided to part ways. The office staff is friendly, however, the doctor has no regard for her patients time. She kept me waiting hours to be treated. I wasnt happy with the results of my treatment and after spending alot of $$$, her solution was for me to spend more $$$ instead of fixing the original treatment issues. I warn you to shop around for others as this doctor doesnt seem to care about her patients needs, concerns and time.
