I had a terrible experience. I arrived at 835am for an 840am appointment. I left at 930am; 50 minutes is an unacceptably long wait time. The receptionist was rude and told me that just because my appointment was at 840 didnt mean that I would be seen then and could offer no estimate of when I would have been seen. Absolutely ridiculous. I very much wanted to take my business here.
