Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable! I loved Dr. Logvin she explained everything in terms I understood and made sure that I felt comfortable and all my questions were answered before walking me out.

The team is always very welcoming and pleasant. I love coming to see Dr. Logvin because it’s always an easy process and her Saturday appointments are super convenient. I’m sorry I missed my first appointment!

Dr Jolly was great. She took the time to review my past history and really worked to ensure my prescription was correct. Catherine, the frame specialist repaired my existing frames free of charge and helped me find new ones that met my needs without being pushy.

Dr.Joy and the ladies up front are just great and helped this disabled veteran get an eye exam and then into some great fitting glasses and soft contacts. Going back for some clear glasses for working on my truck. Great experience.

Worth the drive! We live roughly 70 miles away in Georgia and missed the experience of having someone who was competent, courteous, understanding and easy to speak with. I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early, by accident. They had just opened and had not even set everything up for their first appointment, so I know they probably felt pressure knowing that I was waiting. But everyone was so nice, professional and accommodating. They got me in quickly and I was out of the office earlier than I would have been had I showed up at the right time. I love Dr. Joy. Doctor Logvin is an excellent professional Doc. Very clean and dedicated to her practice. Always explaining and making sure the appointment goes well and explains all in details. However, the office staff NOT too great at all. Even though I suspected the young person was over charging me for my recent eye exam few weeks ago - and I asked the staff young person why so much ? She went ahead and charged it ! And now I believe they did the same previous year. I check with my insurance provider and they advised me that the staff at LC over charged me almost double. That is NOT acceptable. I have contacted them and they said they will resolve a refund and get back to me. I hope they will

We made an appointment to get contacts and weren’t told until after we paid and did the exam that you weren’t doing contact lens appointments. If we had known we would not have had the appointment. We would have seen someone that is taking patients.

The customer service from the time I walked in the door was great. The employees greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and I was checked in quickly. I was seen about 5 minutes after completing my paperwork. Every person I encountered was friendly, professional, and down to earth. Dr. Joly was exceptional as well.
