The check in lady was wonderful. She was kind and wasn’t condescending or cruel. However! The rest of the staff needs to find a new career. Especially Renee Montgomery. She was rude, condescending, and hateful. Acted as if because I wasn’t on birth control I was a pathetic excuse for a human being. Treated me as if I were stupid because I don’t have medical training. Acted as if the only reason why I showed up to that horrid place was to skip work. I am 25 years old. I’ve got better things to do than skip work. One of the nurses went to swab my throat and didn’t even use gloves. How can you get an actuate screening of my throat if you don’t cover yourself. What does my ovaries have to do with my sore throat?? I will never return to the place and I will detour others from going through what i went through. Oh, also, learn how to cover the holes in the wall and how you treat people that are on stretchers. They treated this poor woman on a stretcher like she was trash because of what she had happen to her. People are just cruel and hateful there. The receptionist needs to find a place that she can better grow in. That place is only holding her back.

DONT GO HERE. best thing about this place the ladys that sign you in. Its a long story but if you wana know what goes on here....The doctors on the other hand are full of BS and dont care. 1st time me and my wife go in for a very large cyst. And its gettting bigger. Causing my wife alot of pain. Getting harder and harder for my wife to walk. Hurts just to the lightest of touch. So what does the doctor do? Press on it several time and tell her yep theres nothing we can do but give you a shot for pain. It would have to come to a head for us to do anything. So they give her a shot in the back charge us $950 and we head home. 2nd time we come back in. This cyst has gotten twice the size and she us having to call out of work. In tears because shes in so much pain. Cant get up and walk because of its positioning. So I take her back in since this place has her on record. Well we wait the usual forever and a day for them to call us back then wait another 45min for a doc to actually come back to the room. I left to grab my wife food and came back there was a differwnt person in the room talking to her when I came back. I walked in and the woman was saying well we will give you some medication for staff infection... I cut her off there. I said no we will not be taking medicine for staff thanks. This seem to stun her for a second til she asked who I was then tryed to explain to me that my wife probably has staff.(my grandmother is a nurse and gave us some info prior) We didnt get the medication. We left getting charged around $600 for the talk about staff (that she didnt have). I dont know if the doc here just dont care or are just that ignorant. First off. You lance a cyst if it doesnt have a head. Because if it comes to a head you can just pop it. 2nd is that you cant just look at something and say yep its staff. You test for staff to confirm it. I would have gladly paid for all of this had the docs actually seemed like they gave a $!@# about us and did the proper evaluations/ testings, but no. So note to anyone that does make the mistake of going to this place of buisness. When they give u a diagnostic. Pull out your phone and google what it is. If tests need to be done and how to take care of it. Because honestly these docs with charge you every penny they can squeeze out of you before they give you a more reliable awnser then google or wikipeida could. (See the joke there?) Besides the point I expect more out of people that are supposed to help you care for your health. Maybe if its life or death they will be more professional then again they may just tell you to walk it off. We later went to a different emergency room. In Cabot that Charged us $100 told us everything that was going on. How to take care of us. And gave us prescriptions. Problem was solved in less then a week. I gladly gave them my money. $100 for everything I need. Information and medication VS North metro who charged us over $1500 for no info on what what actually going on and over priced ibuprofine.
