Devin & Derek came by to fix our electric wiring and was in and out in about 30 minutes! Absolutely recommend these two for any electrical work in your house! Horrible experience. I am stationed overseas and they refused service to me because I cant be called for billing. I even offered my tenants number and prepay. Ive done business with pool, plumbing, roofing, siding, gutter, HVAC and tree service with no problems. Recommend you reconsider your policy. Bush league.

Coming out to give a Quote to replace Aluminum wiring. Jason was scheduled to come out on Thurs. Mar 11, 2021 at 11:30 - no show/ no call. I called in to the office and was told Jason was called into some meeting - forgot about me, He called me and it was rescheduled for Fri. Mar 12 at 9am. Again No show/ no call - Forgot about me - Probably did not want the job so I was unimportant. Would not waste my time calling them again.

I called for an issue with my GFCI and where most electricians would have been more than happy to come swap 2 wires and charge me $90, these guys didnt want to do that. They even walked me through the troubleshooting process on the phone which lead to me fixing it myself which was super simple and obviously free of charge. If I ever have another issue Im calling these guys first.

Super friendly people and very reasonably priced. I had them change out a breaker panel on the house I was selling and they were the cheapest quote I got by a long shot, and they did quality work. I called them again when I got into my new house and had them do quite a few small jobs. While they were at my house working on things they were very flexible with everything and didnt seem to mind helping me troubleshoot minor issues as I discovered them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The first time they came out was great. They did what needed to be done and at the price they quoted. The next time however wasnt a great experience. They took the entire day and didnt finish the work. They were putting in recessed light as I asked but they cut the hole too close to the beam in the ceiling so they had to put an LED light instead of what I asked for. As such, the smaller light didnt quite fit the hole they cute so now Ive gotta patch it. This cost $200 above the quote and then they had to come out the next day to finish the work and then they invoiced me an additional $337. So I was quoted $550 or something like that and ended up having to pay more than $1,000 for the work. On top of it, they didnt even install a light on the front porch which was quoted in the initial price and the light fixture they installed on the back of the house doesnt even work. So, price was twice as much for only part of the work with patch work required in the ceiling. Their friendliness is out-weighted by expensive and incomplete electrical work. I thought I had a good electrician there for a moment. So disappointed.

Overall, I had a great experience. I have used this company in the past and theyve always done an excellent job. After calling the office and speaking with Billy, he was able to estimate the time needed to replace a ceiling fan, check and replace a porch light fixture, and troubleshoot and repair a kitchen light switch. All communication with this company was excellent, and the electricians completed the projects within the estimated time and on schedule. I would be happy to hire them again.

All Service Electric was amazing! We lost a leg of our 220 service late Friday night and were having a work party for 80 people at noon on Saturday. We had no AC, stove, hot water and were running refrigerators on extension cords. After hours of the run around throughout the night and early the next morning with a myriad of so-called 24 hour electrical companies, we called All Service. They were at our home within an hour and had our temporary service up and running within another hour. The were prompt, professional and helped us better understand how 35 year old electric wiring worked. The problem was actually on our service providers end but All Service was so awesome that we engaged them to replace our out of date breaker panel without reservation. I will be recommending this company to friends, family, co-workers and anyone else that needs QUALITY electrical service at an affordable price that is done in a truly professional manner. I had a terrible experience with another company who did an terrible job doing a rewire in my home. Called to get a quote to upgrade my panel and add plugs to add an outdoor kitchen (4 plugs, including one for a refrigerator, and two more lights), after already having one quote and another scheduled; guy chuckled asking why i think i need to upgrade my panel. Thats why Im calling a professional! I dont know if my panel has the power.I didnt handle it too well, I said nevermind and hung up on the guy.They may do great work at fair prices but, I dont enjoy working with people who belittle others, so Ill never know.

Chandler and Willie came by to solve a problem we had with outside circuits for Christmas lights. As I have experienced with this company before, they get right to the problem and keep me informed as to what are the issues. They fixed the issue in a very efficient manner and their prices were reasonable.

I’ve used All Service Electric twice for installion of an outlet in a closet , wired a switch under a sink for a disposal, and installed a generator outlet under the breaker box. Both times All Service was on time, completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up the job area, and charged a fair price. Next time I need electrical work, I’ll call All Service Electric!

My church ministry hired these guys after JEA told us the process of getting utilities on after the place being non vacant for 1 year. they stated I needed a Safety Inspection that required a permit being pulled. I called and told them exactly what was required and they said they would do it. they supposed to had waited on me before doing any inspection but went in and viewed it without pulling the required permit and as I told them I needed first. They didnt even give me a list until I told them over the phone but got my payment of $250.00. I complained to them that it had been a week and I didnt get any list emailed to me or the city. They sent the list but stated at the bottom they are the only ones that could do the job. they also stated that they were not going to pull a permit especially after thats what my $250.00 was for. They lastly said that I would have to pay an additional $840.00 before the job started or a permit was pulled. I recommend that no one uses this company, the 5 stars on here is false or had to be when they were under different management because this unprofessional company is just that unprofessional.

I called ASE for emergency electrical repair after hours. The technician arrived well within the time frame estimated and was very friendly and professional. He inspected inside the house, the meter, the control panel and the outside wires. The ultimate issue was with the outside wires, which he couldnt fix (JEAs responsibility). He charged us a very fair price for coming out so late. Thank you ASE! I will be calling back if needed!

All Service Electric showed up on time Electricians were very professional and did a great job not disturbing anything in the house while they were switching out electrical outlets,switches, the service box and a proper connection for the water heater. Great experience! Jason was very polite on the phone, communicated every step of the way as promised, Tech was on time. Billy was the tech, he was awesome! Even tho the problem appeared to resolve it self, I still wanted the breaker checked, he knew, even from my description of the problem, the box is snap, crackle and popping and the light was flickering when I turned it on what it was. Showed me what had happened with the breaker and what it should have looked like. Repaired it for immediate safety and use, then i received a bid for what would be needed permanently . I will definitely use them again and refer anyone who asks me if I know an electrician. Thanks for keeping my family safe!

Called ASE to come out to perform a safety inspection on a Thursday, was put on schedule for Monday morning (02/12/18). They came out and assessed that we might need to do some more/different work before we continue with inspection..no problem. The guys took a few photos to show their supervisor so that he can better assess what needs to be done, charged me $94 for that 30 min visit where just some photos were taken. I didnt have a problem with it as I just need the service done as soon as it could be. I was told I would receive a call from someone in office with a better explanation on what needed to be done and another quote. On Wednesday the 14th I called them to see if there is an update, was told I would be called back. On Friday the 16th, I called again, same response that someone would call me back. The following week I called again midweek, and was told that someone would call me back. Today Thursday March 1st, I got the call back, asking if I still need the service. I understand people are busy and businesses have a lot of work these days, but when someone comes out, takes your money, does nothing, then doesnt follow up for over two weeks, thats not good business practice. If someone at least just responded back with a hey, this is what has to be done, our schedule is a little busy now, we can put you in the books 1-2 weeks out from now I would have been ok with that. I had to call 3 times, I was told I would get a call back each time, $94 dollars were charged for taking 5 photos at the property.

We had All Service convert all the outside lights at our community center. Our previous lights were dim and dated. The new fixtures match the surrounding neighborhood, use LEDs and provide much more light for the safety and security of our facility and residents. ASE completed the task under budget and in the aloted time frame. Their crew was extremely professional and completed the job with zero disruption to our operations.
