As a Realtor, it is important to have a resource that can provide all services needed to accommodate the a repair order and get your listing to the closing table. The Honey Do Service of Jacksonville is my go to for this. They were able to get me on their schedule so that I could meet my deadline. The workers are respectful and tidy. This is my second time using this company and I am looking forward to having them in my tool kit.

Even though I did not use The Honey Do Service for my work this time, I was very impress with their promptness and professionalism. In the future, I will definitely use them for my next project.

I called to see if they could do the work from an inspection for my moms home that was being sold. He answered when I called , said he would come and look and give an estimate. He showed up on time, scheduled the work. Got in done in the time frame he said he would. I called to pay him and he told me he took 720.00 off the bill because where he was installing a new range hood already had the circuit.Can not say enough about the prompt service, reasonable price and upmost importance how honest he was.Highly recommend this company for your job, big or small.Outstanding experience

The two gentlemen who caulked our three story townhouse were efficient and so pleasant. Scott was able to get us sheduled even though they were backed up with the amount of rain weve had. I would recommend this company. Honest, good folks and reasonably priced.

We hired The HoneyDoService to do some work for us and the entire process was great from beginning to end. Someone came out to give us an estimate then Joey came out to do the work. He did outstanding work. Both guys, Mason and Joey, were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. We definitely will call on them again in the future for other projects.

Mason estimated the job and presented their proposal. He is knowledgeable and professional. Joey completed the work-installation of new kitchen faucet and new garbage disposal. He also painted a small, high spot in kitchen. Both men were well groomed and personable. The price was fair and reasonable.

This company was great to work with and were able to get my jobs done the following day after I called. I appreciate the friendliness of everyone I spoke with on the phone and the man that came to hang the curtain rods and shelves for me. I will use them again!

Joey did a phenomenal job at my house this morning. He was respectful of my home, was quick and efficient! He made cosmetic repairs to my outside AC unit as well as leveling the concrete slab the unit sits on, fixed a breaker, AND fixed some loose shingles on our roof. Would recommend this company to anyone and definitely will be using them in the future!

Took out two side by side windows and put in sliding patio doors. Took out the existing door and replaced it with a full window the size of the door. Was very respectful of my house. I have underlying health so Aaron and Joey wore masks. Did exceptional work and very clean. Would recommend them to anyone who needs handyman work done...

My mother recently sold her house on Amelia island. There were a few things that needed to be done as per the new owners. Scott not only returned our call immediately but also came to do the estimate when he said he would. The work was not only completed prior to closing but was $700 less than estimated as not everything needed to be done. Scott informed us of this and refunded the money. Most impressive.

Driving through Georgia I came across a radio station where they were advertising a 150 dollars of work from the Honey Do Service I called in and paid the fee to receive my certificate of credit. When it came in i promptly called the Honey Do Service and scheduled a time for the estimator to come and give me a price on doors and a few bifold closet doors to be replaced. Estimator was amazing, very professional and had great attention to detail. Just as he was leaving I asked him to add the kitchen pantry to the bid he came back in an measured for the (2 ) 24 inch doors to do so. I shortly received an estimate called a person named Kim and gave the go ahead for the work, again i wanted to make sure that it included all the doors we had spoken about, I was assured it did. They required half down which I paid on the same day again glad to have this at least scheduled. To my dismay they scheduled the work two weeks out because they had to order the doors and hardware. The day of the appointment I got a call from the office and a new person Paige answered the phone said the handyman were running late that they were stuck in traffic. I could understand that after all I live In Jacksonville. The handyman and his wife showed up an hour and a half later with the doors in tow because they were in a long line at Home Depot. First Inconsistency Strike 1. So much for ordering doors and hardware two weeks ago. We went over the plan of what they were going to do and to my dismay they did not have the pantry Bifold doors listed on the work order therefore they had to go back to Home Depot to get another set.Inconsistency Number 2 I was assured that they were included on the proposal when I spoke to Kim two weeks earlier when scheduling Strike 2They said they would be done by the end of the day but probably because of the amount of smoke breaks they took it must have slowed them down? The returned the next day and promptly finished. I asked the handy man about the couple of questionable items that really stood out to me. One door was cut so that there was a 1/4 inch gap between the door and the frame at the top you can literally see daylight though the crack, the closet door which was also replaced with new door and hardware functioned fine until you tried to open it and the door knob would stick open not allowing it close you have to manually turn the knob back to make stay shut. Best of all it the bi-fold doors. He put the knobs on the ends so you physically have to use both hands to open them instead of placing them in the center near the place you would pull out to open, probably a matter of preference butt i wish they would have asked where I wanted to knobs. To add insult to this comedy of errors when they sent me the final bill it was 300 dollars more than what i had agreed to and had paid 50% of upfront....and YOU CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UPthey didnt even deduct the 150.00 certificate of credit. I called and asked about the bill and again spoke with Paige ( very sweet lady) I told her specifically what I was frustrated about and asked her to explain the breakdown of the new bill the answer was not acceptable and I told her I would be writing this detailed review to warn others. The owner did call me, and made apologies but at this point I just wanted to cut my losses and be done with them. He seems like a decent person. So bottom line...they took me for about 400 dollars more that what they had said in the beginning, I never did receive a breakdown of the charges for labor and materials NOR the credit for the stupid advertising certificate. I think it says it best on the bottom of their Website We are not a General Contractor God forbid they ever get one! I would stay away from these people, typical Bait and Switch. You would think I would learn....January 22, 2021 UpdatStill no itemized bill, still no refund for the 150 dollars certificate of credit still doors that do not open so not close...totally disgusted with these people time for the better business complaint

They say they dont have a client record to hide this review. Nonsense! Look elsewhere for your handyman needs! They were supposed to be here between 9-10 AM and by 2PM - no one had showed up. The company representative lied to us over and over again about why they werent here so we just cancelled. The company then lied again about issuing us a refund for our deposit, which we STILL dont have. Terrible! Dishonest! Shameful!

Found them on the day of the Grand Opening. David and Brian were both so friendly and helpful. They showed up at the time of the appointment, did an evaluation of my project and came up with a fair price. We set a date for the work to be completed. The work was completed in the time they estimated and the job was beautiful. I would happily use them again for my next project....

Stefan showed up on time and went far beyond my expectations in completing a caulk job that had been complicated by another tradesman. He pain great attention to detail, and when he left, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, without a trace that anyone had worked in there. He gave clear follow up instructions, and explained the one year warranty to me. I will definitely use this veteran owned company again.

DONT HAVE A HONEY DO AROUND THE HOUSE, call Aaron and Dave.!!! Aaron answered my inquiry email promptly, I was able to bring project by shop to get estimate on modification of small table. David completed the modification work on table while I waited. These guys are very professional and willing to help. I will not hesitate to use them in future!

The folks that did the actual work did the repairs well. That being said dealing with the office staff was no fun. They ignored what I wanted done first, left things off the work order and argued with me over the phone instead of smoothing things out. I wont be using them again.
