Lin’s electric diagnosed a couple electrical issues we were having with strobing lights in our bathroom and a light that would turn itself on in another room. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide us with a solution. Both electricians were friendly and efficient. I was recommended this company by a friend and I would also recommend this company to others based on the service I received.

They came here as two but after two hours oneleft with the truck. I have video confirming that and I was there. They did not give my wife a receipt not did they email me a receipt, so we paid for services not provided. If they charged for two, my camera will show one left for three hours . I will be contacting my attorney because they did not provide a receipt or services for two men during the time they said.

I cannot recommend Lin’s electric enough! They were super polite on the phone when scheduling as well as the technicians. Steve and Darrin did an amazing job installing our new electric panel and running the electric for our pool heater. There was a simple miscommunication and they came back and addressed it with no problems. They also cleaned up after themselves which is a big deal for me—I hate when contractors leave their mess. They will be our go-to for any future electrical projects.

Brandon showed up on time (texted that he was on his way first) and replaced my meter can. Ran into a few problems because this is an older house. Solved those and got everything repaired even though the job took a lot longer than planned. Even had to wait out a few downpours in the garage before he could finish. Helped me troubleshoot another electrical issue during that time so I am scheduling him to come back in a few weeks and fix that too!The owner even stopped by to bring extra supplies that were unexpectedly needed due to the new issues that popped up so that Brandon could keep working.Very happy with my experience with them!

Everything went well. The only thing I was a bit surprised at was that the electrician did not wear a mask. I realize many people are vaccinated, but we are still in the midst of a pandemic, so I was a little surprised he did not have a mask. Otherwise things went great, he finished in less time than he expected to. Panel replaced in about four hours, rather than the estimate of six hours. The estimate I was given was $1500, It wound up being $1800. Once I see the receipt I will call to find out why so much more

I had a wall removed and they removed an outlet and a 2-way switch. They changed the remaining switch to 1-way. The changed an old fan switch to a new switch. They installed an outdoor light on a tall carport. Electrician was on time, courteous, showed and explained his work as needed, and cleaned up when finished. Price was fair.

They lack qualified technicians.I had requested their service to install a 12V Pool light. The owner came over, and provided a quote. He seemed to know what he was talking about.When the day came for them to do the installation, they did send 2 unqualified technicians. They had never done this type of installation before, and had no idea how to do it. They were totally unprepared.--EDIT--I would be totally ok to provide the rest of the material, if requested. I even asked them through multiple emails what was required, and specifications.The technicians had no idea how to do this installation, and even mentioned that the owner couldnt come because he was not available today(at a funeral).Now besides improper employee training, they show lack of integrity by making excuses. Beware of doing business with them!

Our appointment was supposed to be between 1-3 and they called me at 10:45 to let me know they were on their way. Not a super big deal but I had arranged someone to be there at the scheduled time so I had to leave work and meet them early.

Don, the owner of Lin’s electric arrived on time. He notified me ahead of time he was enroute. He did a professional job installing the electrical wiring, disconnect, and two wire connector for my pool heat pump. Highly recommend this company.

The two technicians were very friendly and able to do two of the three tasks very quickly. The bathroom exhaust fan installation was a bit challenging for them. The sheet rock repair is completed and fan reinstalled. I am very satisfied with the resolution and outcome.

Update: 6/22/20 - Had to contact them regarding the work previously completed as I felt there were some issues. They sent out technicians the very same day to correct the issues. The issues were corrected without hassle. I will not hesitate to use Lins electric in the future. The customer service is top notch.We had Lins Electric out to install electrical outlets on our back screened patio. They workers were in time and pleasant. They completed the project quickly and efficiently. We will absolutely use Lins Electric in the future.

You are only as good as your last job with any contractor. So I had used Lins electric in the past, and they did a great job. This last time in August 2021, I could not get them to come out make repairs on their own work. Jennifer, the owner, said they were too busy. So I had to get another electrician to repair the work of this electrician, because they were too busy. The guys do good work, but the management group leaves a lot to be desired, I will not use them again so long as Jennifer is there and has any say-so in the business.

Lins Electric were timely in their estimate quote and them arriving to complete the job. The Estimate was fair and very easy to understand. Lins has very reasonable rates and they do honest work up to code. The first time I contacted Lin’s Electric to install a temporary service pole, the communication was great, professional and very helpful and passed the inspection on the second attempt.The second time I requested their help, it was for a meter box disconnect ($140) and a safety inspections. The owner Lin, showed up and told me that he wouldn’t know what it would cost but maybe, $10,000. (Not kidding) He said he wouldn’t know until I agreed to a $125 per hour fee plus materials. And it would be at least 5 hours. I agreed.When the guys showed up they said they were there to make a supply list that took 15 mins. They said they needed a meter box, rewire the panel, staple the wires underneath the house, and to finish connecting the ac disconnect in the attic (3 wires).After I paid the $125, for 15 mins of work I received the quote for $4400 for just labor. No materials included. That’s 35 hours at $125 an hour.I declined the proposal and contacted another company. They sent 1 guy for 6 hours to complete the job for less than $1000 including all the materials.It’s ironic that they’re main websites page states “shocked by electrical repair cost?”, when they do not believe in “an honest pay for an honest days worth of work.”

Good people. Skilled at what they do.I had them perform a safety inspection, tear out some old circuits, and install some new receptacles. John and his crew identified a 220V (hot) wire that was not properly terminated by the previous homeowners electrician. The wire was tucked away behind some pool equipment and just sort of left there. I hate to think about what might have happened if the safety hazard had not been found. Needless to say, I am furious with my home inspector and the homes previous owner. Do yourself a favor and hire real electricians (such as Lins Electric) to do your work.

Lin’s Electric went above and beyond for us!!! We sold our house and had already moved away...like, 1000 miles away! The buyers of our house did a walk-they and found that a whole section of our house was without power. We freaked out since the buyer wouldn’t close until the electric was fixed. I called Lin’s Electric and they were able to send an electrician over to the house the same day we heard the bad news from the buyer (which was also the same day we were supposed to close!). Lin’s Electric fixed the issue on the same day, and they took video evidence of the newly working rooms so we could send it to the buyers! They helped us close ON TIME and worked hard to get us the video before the closing deadline. I cannot thank Lin’s Electric enough for working so diligently to help fix this problem! Was very impressed with Lin when he not only showed up on time for the estimate, unlike the company I scheduled before him, but he was very forthright and assured me of what I wanted to be done would be. Even after a major problem with the actual job since there was no 220 line ever run to the dryer, Lin and his team put one in which required a lot more than he expected before he started the job. The crew is top notch and very accommodating. I have never worked with an electrician but after this, will never work with another one. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend LINS for HVAC work. First off the persons who answer the phone are wonderful- they actually take the time hold a conversation. I called other HVAC companies in town and either didnt get a call back or was told they were booked out to November, felt like it was an imposition to talk to me. Not with LINS.. they actually listened and were pleasant on the phone.Our service tech, Scott, was fantastic and very thorough in diagnosing the issue with our furnance. He didnt try to upsell us or tell us we needed a new furnance.. took extra time to find the the issue .. He even had to take apart some of the pvc pipes to find the source of the clog.. birds nest! Everything was put back together with care and high quality work.Definately get your HVAC serviced here and when it comes time to purchase Ill be buying my furance and a/c from LINS.

Weve had to use these guys twice recently, or both experiences were exceptional. When the cold weather kicked in this winter we started turning on the heat and we had a breaker start tripping with frequency. The home is 30 years old and it was simply worn out (I guess). I had expected them to maybe pitch replacing all the breakers, but they didnt. If its not broken, dont fix it - they said.For my wifes birthday I recently replaced our aging electric range with a gas range. The clock and thermostat require a 110 hookup, but the electric range had a 220 hookup. So, I needed this converted. They again called when they were on their way, arrived and handled our needs quickly and professionally. We intend to keep using Lins Electric as needs arise.
