We called around for a particular covid vaccine and duval pharmacy had it. They were great, the shot was painless and the staff were super friendly.

My insulin copay was over $250 and Shan went above and beyond to help me find a copay saving card online. I end up paying only $10 for a insulin box. I am blessed to find such a caring pharmacist who actually take personal time to discuss with their client needs.

I dont believe since a person takes pain medicine should be forced to buy a narcan when I already have one. Also it is NOT required to have to tell them your icd10 code, thats between me and my doctor. I will no longer use Duval pharmacy because Shaun is always adding something else to my Rx. Naming no names there is one Assistant that is rude and always lies about having Rx in stock. No heart feeling s so peace out, best wishes to your pharmacy and getting away with the nonsense you have put me through every time I go in to your establishment.

I had a prescription that I needed to fill and unfortunately the pharmacy that I go to had not re ordered that particular medication and I didn’t know where else to go to. I came to duval pharmacy because they were close to my home and I wanted to see if I could fill my prescriptions here. Let me just say the staff here is so nice and extremely caring they really have such strong customer service it was a breath of fresh air. Even though they said it’s no garuntee that they will have my particular medicine next refill they have definitely gained another customer. Thank you Duval pharmacy!!

My Husband and I first experience was fabulous. It was late at night but I received top notch service. The young lady who helped us find what we were looking for was eager to help and she was about to go home. When we reached the counter we were greeted with individuals who cared. I personally want to say thanks for making me laugh that night. I was just getting off work and tired and ready to go home, but I perked up after visiting you. Thanks for also having what I needed and being willing to order it if you didnt have it. You rock Duval Pharmacy!
