I had dealt with Jax Pharmacy for several years. They would fill 10 to 15 prescriptions monthly, sometimes more. Just 1 of my medications was over $1000. This past year they really started to mess up. I would send my husband for medication and they would miss giving him all of the medication or not filling all the Rx that were sent electronically or not include a particular medication in the bag when they delivered. There was times they double filled medicine. They would refill a medication even when I didn’t need it, if it had refills, they refilling it. When the mess up occurred it was during the times where it really mattered. My pain or other issues didn’t go on hold because of a mess up. I was in and out of the hospital a lot. And on top of that Jax Pharmacy is closed on the weekend. So it was convenient for me to send some of my prescriptions elsewhere. I don’t even remember what the last issue was that got me to a breaking point. Mr Kevin told me that it was not fair for them to fill only my narcotics medication. For me it’s not about being fair, it’s just business and what works best for me. I tried to explain to him what the issue was but he was not hearing it. I went to them today to get a narcotic prescription filled because the other pharmacy didn’t have it and this man said if they are not filling all of my medications they weren’t gonna fill any of them. So he has the Discretion to pick and choose. Like wow really. Being a loyal customer for 4+ years means nothing. So if I go get a burger from say McDonalds and when I order just a hamburger and they tell me, you gotta get the combo. We can’t just sell the burger. Jax Pharmacy made alot of money off me for years. It’s very sad. I would not recommend them to anyone. With this attitude they will lose more customers and more money. I guess customer service is no longer a priority. Mrs. Maize

Best Pharmacy Ever!!I have been going there for 3 years now and they are friendly, understanding, great bedside manner, helpful with problem solutions and they work with you. Also, I love the fact I am greeted by my name when I walk thru the door.

This is a top notch pharmacy. I have been going here for at least 4yrs now, my daughter and other family members also go here. These guys are the absolute best.
