Went through the drive-thru there were a few too many people in the store from my liking at that time other than that the cashier the drive-thru like always was courteous I had no complaints thats why I keep going to that one
Store is slower than molasses I had to press the help button twice to get these people attention at the photocounter
The manager SANDRA (with purple hair) was so excited with a car accident that occured outside the Walgreens parking lot that she ran outside, leaving a long line of customers that needed help. This was extremely rude. Two other customers needed to get an item that was locked up on the shelves, but she was too fascinated by the accident outside to help them. When she came back in the store it had become extremely crowded from people waiting for her to help them. Sandra is an awful manager who needs to learn to conduct herself professionally while in a business. Thank you.
Yall need to hire people that actually wants to work there. Rude young boy at check out does not want to be at his job. Treating the customers as he does not care about anything. Smh!

Whatever you do do not come to this location for a vaccination. Both times it took over an hour just to get to me ( had and appointment both times) and nobody else here.

Called to talk to photo, they hung up on me. Called back, was on hold for 10 minutes. Called back to talk to manager, hold for 10 minutes. All to check a photo order. I wonβt be returning to this LAZY Walgreens. The people answering the phone were literally laughing and playing around instead of taking peoples calls.
03/11/21 I went to this Walgreens tonight and the manager Sandra humiliated a customer she was extremely rude to this black gentleman getting Western Union. She angrily yelled at him: I cant help you spell! The man was disables and seemed like he needed assistance, yet she refused to assist him at all. This was the worst services I have ever seen in a store. Sandra is a very bad manager βΉ
Okay place, short lines, nice employees, but always beggars in the parking lot and parking lot always looks like a dumpster blew over! Nasty!!

For over a year I happily filled my prescription at this store. They were always kind and helpful. Then yesterday, I go into store to fill my Rx to be told they are out of stock and didnt order anymore for the next week. They werent rude or anything, just didnt offer any assistance or explanation.
This location hands down has some of the most compassionate and friendly pharmacist I have come across in some time a particularly at a Walgreens! I cant express how much theyve impacted my view on Walgreens. I legitimately was so sad I had to go back to Walgreens due to insurance changes (its the ONLY pharmacy I can go to now), but now Im just thankful I have this location near me!
This location 4638 at Walgreens does not have a service in making a copy for their patients prescription.
This pharmacy is a joke. Not the first time I have had issues with a prescription being filled. This last experience I sumitted a refill the week before Irma hit. On that Fri they didnt have it in stock. Was unable to pick it up a few days after storm. When I was able to go by power was out. Came back today and said they put it back on shelf because I didnt pick it up within a week. Now they say they are out of stock and wont get it in until Monday. They have called around to other stores. No one is picking up. I have been without my diabetic med for a week and a half. Im really ticked and I. told them so.
I came here after being blown off by the Walgreens on Park St. They didnt have my prescription, but instead of leaving me to figure it out myself, Kerry called multiple locations to help me fill it today. She is so very appreciated!
Typical Walgreens experience, just different location, I usually find myself coming to this branch and making quick stops, never too immersed with shopping, limited staff and find myself standing in line usually 3 out of my 5 visits. The associates currently working, dont anticipate having much interaction as they only usually ever say whats necessary opposed to making personalized conversation. One nice tidbit is if you have an iPhone, you can utilize PassBook with your Walgreens card for additional discounts and rack up points, ALWAYS a plus having incentives in shopping. One of my least favorite store in comparison to its sister store on Normandy. 3/5

I was once an assistant manager at the store about 7 years ago and by reading the reviews I see that it has not changed much! Horrible location! I hated this place and hated this job and once had a gun pointed at my face. So glad I donβt work here any more! Upper Management is horrific! Stay away from Cassat Avenue location!β οΈ
Friendly staff, never overcrowded or long lines. I can get in, find what I need, anf get out quickly. Clean store.
This place is the worst. Everytime I go to the doctor and they send my prescription to this location I have problems. I usually wait 30-45 minutes after leaving my appointment before coming to the pharmacy only to say I have to wait an additional 30 minutes to an hour. I believe that if a customer is there in front of them they should fill their medicines in a timely manner and put their refills on hold. I myself have worked in retail before and that is the protocol we practiced and always made sure the customers had short wait times.
The pharmacy here is a complete joke! They dont answer the phone.On 3.15.17, I called them leaving my house and was able to drive to the store, wait in line, interact with a tech and I WAS STILL ON HOLD. They never answered the phone!3.16.17 The lady I dealt with messed up entering my data and has me waiting for, I dont know how long. Clearly a lack of training.
Never enough employees on duty so the head pharmacist has to do everything himself and he is so rude. He makes it obvious that he hates his job and is not happy to help you.
Awful customer service, representive complaining about not having enough money for western union. Then system was down.
They have great selection of a lil bit of every thing for the whole family
Do not go here, this place is a nest for the FBI, and employees will not help you unless purchasing drugs, like crack. In fact all of westside of Jacksonville is a fbi hotspot. People get smuggled here, murdered here, and if your not apart of the FBIs program any employees in the next few miles will only end up becoming disgruntled.
Store is always clean and clerks are nice.
I have nothing against the store itself, but 9 times out of ten someone outside the store is panhandling, cant tolerate that.
