Absolutely incredible, when multiple other places told me it would take a day and a half to fill my perception Preston Pharmacy had it filled in 15min. The staff is wonder and as helpful as can be. No doubt I will be back and encourage everyone to use Preston Pharmacy.

I have used Preston for years. The employees are always friendly and helpful! This is a one stop shop for all your home medical needs.I bought my lift chair here and when I had a problem someone was at my home in two hours flat! Im not exaggerating, I was so shocked at how quickly my problem was fixed. They had to take my chair in for repairs, so they brought a loaner when they picked mine up. The chair was a year old at that time so it was not like someone having trouble with a new item. I rely on my chair due to my disability and Prestons really took good care of me long after the sale!I also recommend the Pride brand lift chairs they sell. Mine has been a life saver! Also they are built well and have a excellent warranty that I can testify they honor even though I was at fault.Also they have a great selection of support socks. They recommend a particular one for me after measuring me and I bought three more pairs after wearing the first pair once! They really know their products and can be trusted to match you up with what will best suit your needs rather than something they make a better profit on.You really get that extra care here that the big chain stores could never give! Tim Stiles and Preston Pharmacy are the best of the best. Tim goes above and beyond to ensure his customers/patients get the highest quality care possible. He is always ready to assist in any way he can. You dont find many businesses anymore that care so much for the people they are taking care of, but Tim Stiles and Preston Pharmacy are #1 in quality customer service.

Definitely reccomend them for pet medications. My vet wanted to put my asthmatic cat on a custom dose of prednisolone, down from 5 mg to 3.75 mg, and originally sent me to Medtown, but they were overpriced (severely). My coworker referred me to Preston Pharmacy, and I had my vet fax the prescription to them. The order was filled promptly and at just under half the cost that Medtown quoted. I feel like I paid for the medication and the service, and not a crazy markup. They even included 3 oral syringes and an adapter for the bottle, to make dosing easier. The liquid smells like something my cat will enjoy. Assuming I will continue needing compounded medications, I will be returning next month!

Heather and Nancy are SO very helpful when choosing CBD products. They are both very knowledgeable and will help you get the right product for your need. We have gone back now multiple times to refill the items we have ran out of. If your in the market for CBD or want to know what it can do for you and your health go see them. Chronic pain, anxiety and sleep, are just 3 of the things it has helped our family with.

Staff very accommodating as well as considerate and understanding of needs of handicapped. Its nice to have such a friendly place locally to deal with in expensive mobility products such as a electric chair or a recliner that raises up. Had manifacture problems with a recliner I had purchased there and they worked with me to make it right. They exchanged it without question. I absolutely love Preston Pharmacy and Home Medical! They have just about everything you need, anywhere from fashionable canes to Luxury lift chairs. The staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I believe that they are the only one in town that carries the Calmoseptine Ointment, which is what i use on my 7 month old Highly recommended! Preston Pharmacy and Home Medical is my go to Phamacy for sure!

Owner is nasty towards customers and doesnt admit to her mistakes.Told me that there was a shortage of blood pressure medication 8/29/17 I was in the store waiting on my script to be filled.so next month same story.The third month sent my father to get my prescriptions she tells him I have a prescription from 8/29/17 that I did not pickup I proceeded to ask why she told me there was a shortage when in fact they filled it on 8/29/17 and didnt give it to me. So I got short with them now they refuse to fill my rx.

There is a woman named Denice who works at this pharmacy who knows NOTHING about customer service. She is rude and disrespectful to her customers , especially the elderly.This company doesn’t make customers aware of changes on their orders, changes are made and customers have to “ take it or leave it”, per Denice.I can’t believe it! The BBB should shut them down.

My Rx is NEVER ready. I wish my doctor would really consider using another pharmacy for my cream. They cant be the only pharmacy in JAX that sales it.
