George is a excellent trainer! He helps train dogs of all breeds, ages, and backgrounds. One of our favorite things is not only does he know how to train dogs in general, he also knows how to adjust the training based on the breed. We highly recommend Got Your Back K9 for all training needs, and they also offer boarding and K9 daycare too!

Our Cali was a 70 pound 7 month old wild puppy who jumped on everyone and would almost drag me down the street if we saw another dog. After 2 short weeks, she came back home a different puppy. She heals effortlessly and will now sit while other dogs pass by. What an amazing transformation!

Blown away by George & his whole team. Sent my 5 month lab mix for the two week board and train, she used to rule the house! The difference in just two weeks is incredible! It is evident that the staff love their profession and are willing to do whatever it takes to get your dog where it needs to be. The 2 week package is already competitively priced, but also includes a free group class after training is completed! George is very personable and Noelle went above and beyond to explain training and give tips. I know my Stella truly loved and bonded with them and that was so comforting to see after what felt like a long two weeks! We took our Rottweiler puppy when he was about 7 months old. He was already 60 pounds of crazy and it was becoming very difficult to control him, especially on a leash. We did the two week drop off obedience school. After the two weeks, we saw a major difference in his listening and following commands. The key is to continue his training at home. The trainer also gave the family a training session at pick up. So glad we did this!

Enzo, my 2 year old Mali and I have been working with George @Got Your Back K9 Life for several months now and absolutely love it. George is very personable and you can tell he really cares about you and your dog. We attend his Obedience and Advanced Obedience classes for tune ups, but we started doing Personal Protection work and are making great progress. I cant wait to see the finished project and then start working on other things with Enzo and Georgel

It is a shame that I only give George and his family a 5 star rating as he deserves more. Coming into this process, I was extremely nervous and skeptical that I would be able to find a reliable and proven facility that will have my dog (Harley) for two whole weeks (we did the two week train and board option). The two weeks without Harley were hard but the outcome is so worth it. When we first got there, George could tell that I was nervous and he reassured me of everything and walked me around the facility. It is very clean and everyone is extremely professional. George would send me picture and video updates of Harley throughout training so we could see her progress. That was very nice to have! When we arrived to pick up our dog, we were convinced that was not our dog. George had us wait in our car and he brought out Harley and started showing us everything she has learned. She did not pull once on the leash while they walked, she was sitting and laying down with one command and even sat still as George was walking around her. You can tell that George and his whole family have a true passion for dogs. Once we had finished our training session with Harley, his daughters brought us a collar (one that we purchased) and Harleys tail was wagging a mile a minute. You could tell that his daughters spent time with her and she got all the love and attention that she is normally use to. His eldest daughter was even giving us a few pointers for when we do our training at home. The whole family worked together to provide a fun and safe experience for all the dogs. I highly highly highly recommend using Got Your Back K9 Life as our dog is so well behaved. George and his family are amazing and you will not be disappointed with the results. We will be coming back in the future for an advanced training class!

I was referred to Got Your Back k9 Life from a GSD group on FB. I also did a lot of research before deciding this was the best and most reasonably priced place for my babies. We dropped off our pack of 3 GSDs for the 2 week board and train. When we arrived Christie came out and helped us bring in the dogs and gave us a tour of the facility. It was very clean and everyone was so nice and professional. It was a long two weeks without our babies but the outcome was so worth it. Noel and Christie would send us picture and video updates throughout training so we could see the dogs progress. That was really nice to have! When we arrived to pick up our dogs Christie and George had us sit in the car so we could see all the commands the dogs had learned. We couldnt believe the difference. Christie, George and Noel each had one of our dogs. The dogs did not pull on the leash but walked right beside them. When told to sit and stay or lay down each dog immediately listened to the command. Christie, George and Noel even did two circles around the dogs while in sit and stay and the dogs didnt move. Once we got out of the car and loved on our babies it was time for our training. We got to learn how to continue with everything that the dogs had learned and will continue to work with them at home. We could tell that each trainer had really connected with our dogs. We also could tell the amount of love and passion that was put into training our dogs. We cannot thank George, Christie and Noel enough for everything. We would highly recommend Got Your Back k9 Life for all your training needs. We cant wait to come back for our group training which is included with the 2 week board and train. George, Christie and Noel are amazing and you wont be disappointed with the results. We wished we lived closer so we could bring our dogs for daycare. Zelda, Harley and Jax love and miss you guys already ❤

We sent out baby Akira to George for the two week boarding training. It was a long two weeks without her but so well worth it. When we went to pick up Akira George had us sit in the car so she couldn’t see us and showed us all the commands she had learnt. Let me tell you she came back a changed dog. George (and his family and helpers) were amazing. You could tell she got just as much love as she would have gotten if she was home. I can not thank George enough. Now we have a well behaved girl with much less stress in our lives. I highly recommend Got Your Back K9 Life for all your training needs.

George is very knowledgeable and caring, patient, too! He is flexible and understanding, and treats each dog as an individual, each team as unique. More than anything else, I was looking for a “good fit” & with Got Your Back K9 Life, George & all his helpers and clients, it is a very friendly atmosphere- makes you feel like you have known them forever! The methods used are tried and true, and instruction seems to be modified for individual cases (as needed) to assist in achieving the best possible results. Like any other good canine trainer or program, George is there to instruct the owners/handlers, first and foremost, though boarding with training is offered at a very reasonable rate. (You still need to know how to handle your dog when you get home.) Train & get results- it is ultimately up to each owner, but with instruction and encouragement from George and his team, you stand the best chance for success and a wonderful partnership with your canine. I am so impressed with GYB K9L! We picked up our dog and couldn’t believe the difference in her behavior. I can’t say enough about our positive experience here. The staff was so knowledgeable/patient/ accommodating. We learned so much to reinforce what our dog has been taught and want to thank Noelle and George and the entire staff for helping us get control of our strong willed pup! We could tell she was happy, wagging her tail with each trainer she saw, we felt so good about choosing GYB! Definitely recommend!

George and Got Your Back K9 Life get my highest recommendation. He has dog training down to a science and still makes the classes fun for both the dogs and owners. We took our German Shepherd puppy to the puppy classes and then the basic obedience classes and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. George will tell you 90% of the training is for the human and 10% for the dog and it’s true. If you go to the classes and practice what you have learned with your pup at home in between lessons you will marvel at the well behaved dog you’re left with. Don’t wait until your dog is big and unruly! Start with George building good habits early and you won’t regret it.

This has been, hands down, the best experience I’ve had with a dog trainer for my 3-year old German Shepherd. My dog had serious aggression issues on a leash with other dogs and it got to the point where I wasn’t confident or comfortable even walking him in the neighborhood anymore. He had zero self control to not chase after a dog, kid or person running away from him. After a 2 week board and train with George, I have a completely different dog. I’ve attended 2 of the follow up classes so that I can gain confidence and I’ve seen such a huge difference in myself and my dog. We are finally a team and I am much more patient with the training process! Highly highly recommend for anyone have behavioral issues with their dog!! Well worth the money!

I brought my GSD to K9 Got Your Back after nearly paying for another trainer; I am so glad that I did because I got absolutely wonderful vibes from him right off the bat. I gained trust quickly because of his honesty, candor, and his teaching style. He breaks down dog psychology in a way that I can understand and work to adapt to - and this is really what dog training is about: 20% Dog Training, 80% Owner Training. At least it is for me - I dont believe he had any idea that I am a first time dog owner, and it didnt sway him one bit. It is very refreshing how patient he is with training. Would really recommend giving them a chance; his credentials show it - this man is gifted and highly skilled. His prices are extremely fair, so you can NOT go wrong here. I absolutely plan to grow into more training for my Good Boy with K9 Got Your Back.

I would highly recommend George at Got Your Back K9 Life. Aside from absolutely turning my dog completely around with training, he is just an amazing individual. I cold called him when my dog was having a major pet emergency. George dropped everything and came to my residence to help me out. My baby had gotten his collar caught up on a table and somehow fell on it and drove the foot of the table though his jaw and it was lodged in there. I was unable to move anywhere Bc I was holding the table in place. My pup is a big boy so it was impossible to move him. I knew George would be the best person to come help. George got to my house and immediately began to help try to calm my pup while assessing his injury and trying to help cut the table off of him. George used bolt cutters to cut the table off of him and then treated him with first aid so I could get him to the pet ER. It was like a page straight from the book of the K9 CPR and First Aid course he teaches.I truly cannot say how thankful I am for George, his expertise with dogs and for just being an awesome person in general. I don’t know what I would do without him.

We can’t thank George at Got Your Back K9 Life enough for what he has done for our Goldendoodle and us. We sent our 5 month old Goldendoodle through his 2 week board and train and the results were amazing! Our puppy is now completely trained in basic obedience. Me and my husband adopted 3 year old dog Mack who had never been on a leash or had any obedience training also dog aggressive. In just a couple of weeks (2 to 3 classes) of training with George this is a different dog. George has gone above and beyond to teach us how to handle Mack in any situation. Mack sits, lays down comes on command, and walks on a leash( just some of his accomplishments). I was scared to let Mack out of the house the first week and now I would take him anywhere. Mack is still a work in progress but has come along way in a short time. I cannot thank George enough for all his help and knowledge. If you are considering training call George now. I’ve owned four German Shepherds with the last two professionally trained as protection dogs. George Vidler is unquestionably the most skilled and professional trainer I have ever met for obedience and protection work! He is a no-no sense trainer with a gift for training handlers how to train and work with their dogs and he’s committed to nothing less than success. It’s work but the results speak for themselves.

I could NOT imagine a finer facility to take care and train Aurey Blue ( my Great Dane).. George and his staff are impeccable people with love and passion for what I believe is their calling.. Aurey is a different dog, wonderful manners, performs her commands so naturally and enjoys her life, it’s apparent in her walks and visits with friends and other animals.. The facility is very clean, well thought out with the “dogs life” in mind.. I had a 4 year old male German Shepherd who was leash aggressive and had bitten someone...My husband and I took him to a class to observe. After class, George walked over to us and,of course, our dog barked and lunged at him. George asked if he could have the leash....reluctantly, my husband handed him the leash with Mac ..... George took charge and commanded Mac to heel....Mac heeled and from that moment he obeyed every command...he looked like a trained K9....George brought Mac us and asked, “When do you want to start?” I answered, “Tomorrow!”That was 3 years ago...l’m still there with Mac......Oh yes, I have another German Shepherd too!
