Theresa was my technician. She was phenomenal!! The check in process was very smooth. I had an issue with the order from my doctor, but Theresa helped me get it sorted out right then so that I wouldn’t have to make a new appointment and come back. She explained the process clearly and thoroughly and was extremely pleasant. Not to mention, I hardly felt a pinch when she stuck me! She deserves special recognition. I plan to utilize this location again if needed for future lab draws.

I made an appointment online for about 2:15pm on a Friday to get a drug test for my new job. While running some errands that morning I had some extra time and saw that they took walk-ins so I decided to stop by and checked in. An employee comes out and rudely asks if I’m ready, only moments after I checked in. I told her I was ready and that I just needed a drug test. She then tells me they DO NOT do drug tests at this location and that she would be right back. She then gave me a paper with different locations on it, with highlighted locations that offer drug testing. While I appreciated her help, the company needs to do better. How can a location advertise that they offer this service, allow you to make an appointment online and at check-in at the location for the service, and then “not offer” it?! Thankfully I went with my gut and went in early to find this out, otherwise I would have had to wait till the next week to get it done! Not only is it frustrating for clients (and could have potentially delayed my employment aka less money for me/my bills) but you put your workers at a disadvantage as well! I can understand why the employee was a little rude, she’s probably tired of having to let people down and being super busy with clients as well! Do better for your clients AND employees!
