Great place. I had a flight on Sunday and really worried if I get results in time after the test was done on Saturday morning. But I got results very fast, before 3pm!I strongly suggest to come early morning if you need timely test results.Service was great, people were very friendly and accommodating.Strongly recommend. Really worth the price.

Needed a covid RT-PCR test for travel, quickly. To get quick results for travel, insurance wont cover, which I knew going in. Cost was $150/test. Tested 950am on a Thursday, results sent for both tests between 4:45pm-5pm same day via email, no follow up required from me.

We had a tight and stressful driving deadline to get our COVID tests done and results issued within a 72-hour period prior to reaching the Canadian border. Dave took my call Friday and his staff were prepared for our arrival Saturday afternoon. We got our results by email Sunday, even though they said it would be Monday, which still would have been timely. I am very grateful for Daves kindness, professionalism, and his knowledge of what Canadian authorities require to enter the country. I say the same for the lab staff. I recommend them highly for anyone driving to the Canadian border from Florida.

Second review for Ace. Needed to come back to the States for a family emergency. This time I made an appointment with Ace online. When I arrived, they were ready for me. They moved everything inside because it is so hot outside. Very efficient and I got my results back same day, with a phone call confirming that I received my results. Amazing service.

BEWARE this place is a JOKE. Made an appointment for the PCR test showed up at appointment time, mind you it is the Insurance appointment meaning its a $25 charge. Show up and required to fill out all the forms again and then AND ONLY THEN am I asked when I need the results back I am traveling on Saturday and could only get the test drawn 3 days prior so today (wednesday) is the only day to do the test. It takes 24-48 hours for the results.. HERE IS WHERE THE SHADY COMES IN, IF I WANTED TO GET THEM BACK IN THAT TIME FRAME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 150 BUCKS. Mind you its FREE at the Country Health Department. I just picked this place and was willing to pay 25$ to be able to set an appointment and go in and get out. I looked at it as a convenience charge. BUT WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY DOING IS SWINDLING 150 DOLLARS OUT OF PEOPLE, THIS IS OR SHOULD BE CRIMINAL TO BE HONEST. Taking advantage of people in this time is WRONG. I will also be sending this information to the Florida Attorney General as a formal complaint and request they open an investigation in to this company. I witnessed people at least 5 in the 20 minutes I was there cough up the money for the test, when they had in their minds no other options. Yet when they pulled that stunt with me I just said no thank you its free at the County Health Department, they person then said ok and walked off from me. SUPER SHADY BE WARE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO THE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FREE TESTING FROM 9AM-5PM. DO NOT FEED THIS HUNGRY COMPANY PRAYING ON NERVOUS PEOPLE OR PEOPLE WHO NEED TEST FOR WORK OR TRAVEL PURPOSES.

They are pretty fast with doing the test. But it takes forever to get your results.

The staff here are incredibly helpful, patient and informative. The nurse handles you with kindness and delivers the demon swab with the softness of a whisper and the hands of kitty soft paws. During the pandemic to find a place that treats all with compassion is rare. Best place to go for testing!

Me and my husband went there last Tuesday for COVID 19-PCR Test and I have been calling since last week for our result and until now theyre saying the same thing that our result will be available later today which they also said last week. Its been a week now and still no result and the lady I talked on phone hang up on me. Avoid this place. Very unprofessional! I will be calling our insurance and dispute the $25 charge on each of us. What a waste of time!

First, making an appointment was a waste of time - had to re-register on my phone upon arrival anyway. Appointment doesnt matter, they take you in the order they feel like. Told me theyre only doing tests for travel, so the needed test for my son to return to school would take 2-3 days, minimum. Disorganized, unhelpful, and a major pain. Strongly recommend going elsewhere for COVID testing.

After almost six hours of calling to find a place that would return a PCR test in the timeframes needed for international travel, I had almost given up. Dave and the team at Ace are incredible. They went above and beyond to assure me that the results would be back in time for our flights. Bianca was amazing at administering the tests for the whole family. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Traveling is stressful enough, with covid on the rise again in Jacksonville every place I tried to find a covid test had been booked completely. These guys provided me with complete relief that we would get PCR test results to us the same day and that promise had been kept. I am very thankful that I came across this company and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need for a PCR test for travel.

Needed a PCR test for travel out of the country. Spoke with Bianca who promised same day results if I was in before 11. Arrived at 10, Bianca did the test, and I had the results hours later. Bianca was pleasant on the phone and in person! I had contacted another lab, which was $15 less for the test, but they would only guarantee results within 2-4 days. The extra money was worth it.

Made an appointment at 10am EST (today, Saturday) and just got the results at 7:11pm EST. The staff even called us to make sure we got them on email because tomorrow is Sunday when they are closed. Everyone there was nice, polite, helpful on point. Great job and would definitely come back here if needed. Outstanding.

Very happy with the service and professionalism of this lab. They are the fastest lab in town hands down! I have gone twice now for testing prior to travel, and the first time was a hasty last-minute request on my part because my first appointment I made did not tell me their lab would take 3-5 business days. Aces staff was polite, professional, very gentle with the swabbing, and thorough with their sanitization/protection protocols. I had my results the very next morning the first time, and after seeking another test for travel this morning I got my result the same day! I needed to get a COVID test for international travel to Singapore. My son was petrified of the swab and I didn’t have much of a window to get the results due to flying at 5am on a Monday.The young lady that conducted the exam was extremely gentle and quickly made my son feel at ease. I also received the results in a PDF format, through email in less than 24 hours, with our passport numbers and DOD ID numbers listed as well. I highly recommend Ace Biomedical Labs if you’re in need of one of the services they offer.

Went in for a rapid test last week and had a very nice experience. Once I received my results, the following day took my kids in to be tested. They were excellent, courteous, and professional.

Fast and efficient at time of care. Arrived as a walk in a little before they opened at 9am, and was done with test by 9:15 after first couple of people before me. All the staff were polite and professional. If I am traveling again and need another COVID test, I will surely use them agian.

DO NOT GET A COVID TEST HERE. First off the office is not sanitary at all. And it literally is just some random office. Charged $90 for a rapid test that is suppose to take 2-4 hours. After 5 hours I had to call in and they said they would send over results in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later and 3 phone calls, they finally sent the results. The results werent mine and had positive and negative on the page. Called again and they said they would send the new, correct, results. its been 3 hours and I have called multiple times and still no results. DO NOT USE

I need testing every 2 weeks for work and a new requirement is the PCR test and not the antigen. I went yesterday at 1pm and got my result next morning at 9am. It is a small office and they understandably have you wait outside till its your turn, I only had one person in front of me and I did not make an appointment, just walked in. Friendly tech, gentle swab, little wait time and quick result is all Im looking for and thats what I got :)

Everyone was very nice and professional and results came back less then 24 hours. It is nice to be treated well since you are in need of help and this COVID situation is very scary. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients Dave and Sonny were knowledgeable, helpful, and they moved quickly. I will continue refer my clinical employees to come here to get tested every 2 weeks since my company requires it. No more shipping out our tests and waiting DAYS for results! I will never to to Quest or LabCorp again. My crew was very well taken care of.

I went for a COVID test and they were terrible. The nurse giving the test did not have his mask over his nose. Then they tried to tell me it was going to cost 185$ and when i told them i had insurance they backtracked. Also they took blood when i never asked for it and pretty sure they did that to scam the insurance. I will NEVER go there again and tell everyone I know to avoid it.
