Had to wait over an hour for a free employer/employee drug screen. The session was clean and efficient but the wait area was packed with many people Waiting outside.

I arrived at 11:55. I stood outside the door waiting for help - no one came. I called, they hung up on me. The lobby was empty and there were two signs on the door. One said open until 230 pm, the other said maximum 9 people. An employee came to the sign-in window and avoided looking at me. Five minutes later, she opened the door to let someone out and told me “We open back up at 12:30” and closed the door in my face. IF THEY HAD PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR OR NOT HUNG UP ON PEOPLE WHO CALL, that might help. I also have no idea why they can’t stagger employee breaks to stay open during lunch hour when people need testing. To top it off, she had her mask under her nose. 13/10 suggest you go somewhere else.

I had a great experience. They are brisk and busy! No appointment, checked in at the kiosk, waited a reasonable time, was seen by a caring and competent phlebotomist. I also had occasion to call the billing office (general question) and the lady that helped me there was also kind and professional and answered my questions. Thanks folks, I think you did a great job!

I was in and out for a walk-in appointment in less than 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly.

No social distancing....no way to know how long the wait. I arrived and asked the receptionist how long the wait? She stated two hours. Two hours for a drug screen? She says shes servicing two other labs with Two techs. Twenty to twenty five people in the lobby with an additional twenty out side in the hallway. Efficiency is not being measure or tracked nor is Social Distancing. COVID anyone ??? People coughing. . Ah... wheres the hand sanitizer?

This location was selected by a potential employer to take my drug test. I clicked on the address and the hours stated 3pm as their closing time. I arrived at 2:30 pm to discover they were closed. Its an inconvenience to the consumer when the hours posted online is not in sync with the actual hours of business. Hopefully, someone will address this issue in a timely manner.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Waited for over a hour when the lady said 45 mins. Every appointment that comes in after you checked in gets ahead of you so you sit there for hours. Very unprofessional, they give attitude when you ask them any questions. They dont care if you have to go to work because they are already at work getting paid. Last time i did bloodwork there i told the tech to use a small needle because my veins are tiny, they used a regular big needle and i was brusied for over a week. I wont recommend this location to anyone!

Lack of professionalism, very rude and unorganized.

Extremely rude staff. Appointments also are meaningless here. Overpacked wait room so people had to wait outside the office and they wouldnt come outside and announce names so people got slipped because of their incompetence. This labcorp and its employees are a joke and should feel ashamed of themselves.

I don’t write reviews but everyone is incompetent! I have to do some Glucose test for my pregnancy I called an hour BEFORE my appointment and I asked if I can come in at 9:15 can I get my glucose drink so when my 10:15 appointment comes around I will already be done with my glucose drink, she said that’s fine come in! It’s currently 10:00 I haven’t gotten ANYTHING! The front desk lady is knowhere to be found either and the line of old people can’t figure out the express check in machine and nobody at the front desk is there to help them. I’m still here and NOTHING it’s 10:39 and I’m about to leave

Scheduled an appointment for labwork, well past my appointment time and havent even been acknowledged yet. When I asked about it I was told, were busy. Very rude and unprofessional.

I wish the one on Riverside location was open, although Im not sure if the workers have the same attitude as the workers on Beach Blvd location. Workers display attitude and rudeness over the phone and in person. Theyre not like typical healthcare professionals in a hospital environment, where customer service is valued. Very low quality customer service or almost none at all. I think the receptionist was okay.

I don’t think people should bring they kids if they not being seen it’s not a lot of sitting for the people who is being seen this lady is standing up and she is being seen. I hate coming here 🤦🏾‍♀️

The workers here are very rude. They speak to you with an attitude and tend to be very disrespectful. I thought it was just towards me, but I heard them speak very nastily towards other patients as well. This store should be ashamed of themselves. I have never been to an office where the mannerisms of the health care workers are degrading. Labcorp should be ashamed to be represented by the workers at this office. If you can help it, go next door to Quest Diagnostics they are more kind there.

I didn’t understand you wrote you closing 2:30 i arrived 2:29 she said no we close at 2:00 either she not helpful or you have to change you hours in your website

Very clean and staff was professional. Lab tech was very personable and pleasant, recommend service highly.

On the door it started that they are open at 6:30, there is 6 of us waiting out side at 6:35 the first employee shows to open the the doors for us to sign in at 6:40 the techs are trickling in walking slow no sense of urgency

Well the staff was very friendly and efficient, but the automated kiosks very difficult. And, one of them was broken...

Disorganized..no instructions on how to get sample and was not given the instruments/tools to do so. Unprofessional
