This is hands down the BEST Quest I’ve ever been to. They are quick with or without an appointment and are able to draw blood from my 2 year old on the first try. They are always so kind and sweet to him when he’s scared and they are always patient with him. The greatest staff ever!

This group of women are amazing. I did a walk in this morning and was greeted with a smile from every single staff member, everyone went out of their way to say good morning. A huge shout out goes to Destiny for doing amazing job by drawing my blood. Have a beautiful week ladies thanks again

First time coming to this location and the process was painless and smooth. No appointment, only waited about 15-20 min or so. Had no issues with check in and the blood draw went perfect. Im one of those with deep veins that tend to roll so it usually takes like a min or 2 to find it but she still did the draw in less than 10 min. Ive had worse experiences at the one on Kingsley because those ladies there just have no idea what they are doing and I always ended up being there for over an hour. I usually get bloodwork done at my drs office but for those occasions where I have to go outside the office I will be going to the Quest on Roosevelt from now on.

I always go here and I never had a problem. Always nice and friendly to me

I have been to this location twice in a month and both times Dee made the experience wonderful, she is welcoming, professional and very efficient.

After dealing with the quest on lem Turner came to St John very pleasant got my draw and gone home.

To be a place of professionals they sure were NOT. Loud boisterous laughing and talking that carried over into waiting area. You could hear their whole conversations. Though wait moved rather proficiently I would not make this particular Quest my first choice. Lets be more professional.

My Dr had to fax my paperwork 3 times before they actually got it, but the drs in the back were great, friendly and no bruising

I recognized Gloria from my visit last year. She was very friendly and thorough going over my I formation. Most nurses have a hard time drawing my blood on the first try, but Gloria got the first time 2 years in a row!! Thank you so much!

Went in with no appointment filled out information on the kiosk. The kiosk gave me a 31 minute wait time and offered the option to wait inside or outside to be notified by text message when it was my turn. Amazing! Id chosen to wait outside, after fasting for a little over 12 hours I decided to use that time to pick up breakfast at Krystals to devour immediately after.I drove about a mile up the street and while waiting for the food at the window I received the text asking me to return to the check in desk. It took me about 5 minutes to get my food, drive back and be seated. Soon as I sat down I was called back with no hassle or long wait times. The staff was professional & knowledgeable.I was taken care of painlessly and with ease. Thanks for taking the dread and dreary out of getting lab work completed.Im very pleased with my visit to this location.

I have had good experiences here. Its the one closest to my home. Its super clean, they dont let too many people in during Covid, and People are nice and work pretty quickly to get you in and out. I had had to do a 3 hour glucose as a walk in and they took me even though there was a line, and constantly checked on me as I waited. The lady with short hair is super gentle at taking blood. This is the location I come to for everything. youre scared of needles or medical stuff, this is the one to come to. Ive only used this location for the last 3 years and will continue to.

One of the best quest this women get you in and out. They are always friendly and respectful I always enjoy my visit.

Never had a bad experience here. Everybody so nice and professional. Never had to wait long. Usually get right back. In and out. The phlebotomist are really gentle and caring, never hurts, cant even feel it . They are funny sometimes to. Always cheer me up ☺️☺️

The security guard and the lady that draws blood are both extremely kind and helpful. I filled out my stuff online and got sent up to the roosevelt office. They were sorry to tell me I was not on a schedule. They both let me come in early next morning. The next morning I was there and they did as they said. Got my results back I. Less than 24 hours. Price you cant beat!!

I have always had a good experience here. No problems with check in or lab draws. Long wait time sometimes but this is to be expected with our new way of living.Would definitely recommend.

I have been here several times since the pandemic started and each time there would be a line for walk-ins and a line for appointments. Today they are taking appointments as if the are walk-ins and when you are finally able to sign in the screen tells you that you are now late and will be considered a walk-in. Really? Why do you think I made an appointment? I made if for a time that worked for me. I do understand the problems Covid-19 has created but an appointment is an appointment.

I have been coming to this location for years! I love the people some who have been here the whole time! Lol They work hard and are trying to do the best they can to follow the guidelines given to them in this difficult situation. Thank you for all you do Quest employees you are underappreciatiated by many but there are some that understand you are great at what you do !!

I arrived around 2:30 as a walk in today. The waiting room was empty and I was seen right away. All staff were welcoming but I have to praise the woman who drew my blood. She was phenomenal! I have a true needle phobia and been told I had difficult veins at other places in the past (being poked over and over). Now I wonder if they just didnt know what they were doing because she didnt miss a beat. I barely felt the stick and she was successful the first time!!! Even better was that she changed out the tubes many, many times (glad I didnt know how much they needed in advance - yikes) but was so gentle and/or skilled that I didnt feel that either, just heard it. With other blood draws, that has also been painful. Oh and literally no evidence just an hour later that I had blood drawn at all - no bruise or soreness! Truly, I am amazed and could not be more pleased! THANK YOU again!!!

I have to get my blood checked every 8 weeks due to medicines I take! I have never had a bad experience here. Most of the ladies at the desk know me by name. Always very friendly! Awesome experience every time!

Yeah the building is a bit old but the women working there are so happy and pleasant. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs! I believe her name is Dee, who checked me in. I didn’t grab the name of the woman who completed the lab but she was also awesome! Went in as a walk in on a Tuesday morning and it only took about 8 minutes between check in, wait times and blood draw. I will always go to this location when I need labs done!

Appointment schedule pretty sketchy. Stand outside in the in the heat. They need to ask if you have an appointment. Not sure its worth going during the covid situation if you dont have to. The phlebotomist was very good...

Got a referral to come here to do blood work at 2:00...get to the lo location and the sign on the door says open until 3:00 and it is only about 2:30-2:40 but the door is already locked. Nothing posted about closing early so I guess the staff just didnt feel like working today?I will update this to say I did go back today after having to take more time off work and the place is very well run with very friendly people working there for the most part. I got there 5 minutes after they opened with standing room only in the lobby and was still done and out of there with no appointment in 50 minutes.Great job to the workers...terrible job letting people know you close early on a regular basis. That SHOULD be listed on your website.

Showed up without an appointment on saturday 30 minutes before closing needing first time blood work on a scared 4 year old (Im the worst I know) they were so professional, comforting, sweet, and chill people. the place was clean and we were in and out faster than I could imagine. great work today- they made my daughter feel brave and were very fast and clean about the whole thing. my daughter left today saying she felt like such a big brave girl and i thank the ladies working today for being a part of that!

Had an appointment at 2:15 and was out in 10minutes! I didn’t get the name of the girl who took my blood, but she was awesome. Checked me in quickly, then went straight back to draw my blood. We talked the whole time and she was very gentle but quick. I have a great vein on my left arm but I’ve had phlebotomists miss when I was giving blood & bruise my arm. I should’ve gotten her name, but if I ever have to get labs done again, I’ll definitely see if I can find out who that was and ask for her!

By far, the friendliest, most welcoming staff Ive yet to experience in any laboratory or diagnostic association. The bedside manner, particularly of Dee and Lanita, exceeded most hospital and doctors offices Ive yet to experience. Stellar staff, both thorough and efficient with genuine care and compassion for each person that enters their doors. Sincerely impressive.Thank you!

Lady who drew my blood was by no means professional in any manner. She looked like she was scared of drawing blood. She busted my vein and I have had a nasty bruise for over a week. I emailed Quest but have yet to hear from them. Very aggravated and wish Quest would get back with me.

I have had to use this facility several times in the past few months and it has been as decent an experience as one could expect. I like the check-in kiosks. It certainly pays to have an appointment because these are given priority. However, unless you know you will need a test well in advance, it can be difficult to get an appointment. As a walk-in, plan to be there a while.

It was an overall pleasant experience. However, I was kept waiting a very long time while in one of the cubicles, because somehow, they forgot I was in there. So, I was there almost an hour and there were only 2 other patients there. But, the lab techs were really pleasant and nice, so overall it was not that bad.

Good luck trying to get help at this place, they are rude and the place is nasty.

The voicemail box at this location has not been set up yet...at least that is what I am told when I call to see if they received the doctors order that was faxed... :(

The place wasnt exactly nasty but it did look a little run down and bland. Very easy to check in by tablet and I had no problem getting in even without an appointment. Within 2 or 3 minutes they called back a round of people and I was in the back, done, and gone within 20 minutes. The staff I dealt with wasnt rude but very laid back.

My visit was wonderful this morning. My Phlebotomist, Ms. S, young lady with the sparkling glasses, was so patient and I didnt feel anything. Perfect👌

Wow, what a difference new technology and training makes. Quests new sign in kiosks are easy to use and information about who is next in line is then displayed on a big screen TV. All of the staff were very friendly and for the first time I felt that they cared that I was there. My phlebotomist, Precious, was very positive and kind. I made an appointment online and this is the shortest time Ive had to wait since going to this Quest. I was in and out of the office in 15 minutes!

Wonderful experience, Deborah was great. Things run so smoothly when shes there. Shes a very caring lady. They should never let her go.

I had blood work done in October 2018. I usually dread coming to this office, but I was pleasantly surprised this time. You check in via tablet, had no problem. I did have an appointment, I waited @ 5-10 min, got called back for registration. My appointment was in the afternoon, I wouldn’t be surprised if the wait time is longer if it was in the morning. There was a problem finding my Doctor’s information because his phone number was incorrect on the test form, this was easily taken care of and I was able to get the test. Sent to the 2nd waiting room, waited less then 5min. Corrine, who did the blood work, was professional, asked the questions she needed and answered all mine. The waiting areas do need to be picked up, vacuumed more often. The office wasn’t dirty but not as clean as I would have liked. This is why I only gave a 3 star rating. I was told I will get the results within 5 days, we’ll see. There was hand sanitizer pumps handy.

All the staff at this location are very pleasant and helpful. I give Precious the five gold stars plus an A+. I am a hard stick patient and she is very patient and understanding with me. I make an appointment for my lab services which I would suggest other people to make the appointment. It not only helps the techs but your waiting time.

Every time we come here we make appointments. Today his appointment was at 9am we are still here and its after 10:30am!!!! This isnt a way to conduct any time of business!!! Why make appointments if you still have to wait 2 hours???

Usually at least a 4 but this morning, i walked in at 610am without an appointment. Got in quick but the tech was obviously not happy about being at work. Appeared to be short handed and very rushed. No smile, no Good morning, no warm fuzzys at all.

Updated sign-in process was quick and easy. We were registered on time (had signed up online for a registration). Paul was our phlebotomist and he did a great job.

Staff is friendly even at 7:00am. Quick service especially for a Saturday morning. All around a great experience!

No one likes going to the Lab but the staff here is friendly and makes it painless. For a quick experience head to their website and set up an appointment. You should be in and out within 30 minutes.Parking is not an issue.

Staff pleasant. Check in system is jacked up. You get called back from the lobby only to be put in another holding area. Got in at 745, hope to be out by lunch time.

The location details need to be updated. It does not display that it doesnt do drug testing like the other locations. I didnt become informed until I arrived.

If you must have an appointment then you should only wait 45 minutes to one hour my time is just as important as yours!

They sucked not clean and I sat there for 3hours and left and went to the one in O.P was there 15 mints and called back and they are very nice and very clean

If I could put zero I would. This lab is so incompetent. First this miss handle my test sample, which my doctor had to inform me the lab didnt even have the audacity to call me and let me know then to top it off its over an hour away and the staff had an i dont care, I hate my job attitude even though there the one that mess up... made me wait after being told by the quest diagnostic head quarter that I would be expedited. This Lab is a joke! Stay away

Ive never been in an office that is so unprofessional. . Aviod this office if you can . The staff is rude and you wait a half hour just to pick up a kit or drop off a sample.. I havent been treated so rudely since I left the VA.

I am always treated extremely nice and Wendy is the best ever only one stick yea and she smiles and is a great person.

They kept me in final waiting room for more than 40 mins and until I reminded them for I am still waiting, they continueed wandering around

The staff is great i always get right in and out but thats because i make my appt early and i come in around 7am...if you want a speedy in and out lab experience then it would be best to make a appt.

Helpful people, clean office, upbeat atmosphere, efficient/informative tablet-style automated checking with name-and-initial waiting time status in main waiting room. Nice lumbar support in the chair backs :) waiting status by minutes and Name/last initial as a sidebar to TV.Then a call to a check in cubicle.Then on to a second waiting area to wait for lab staff.Note: this office is across train tracks from Roosevelt Blvd, so it is best to approach the office *from the west*, not from Roosevelt. A long freight train might make you late for an appointment. It’s a long way to a place that you can get over the tracks by bridge. ;)Note: the ‘hydration station’ is in the first main waiting room (easy to miss on a first visit as the chairs face the opposite end of the room). :)Also note: the signage in the main waiting room is plentiful and fairly supportive, but not very contrasty (a bit hard to read, especially the Spanish version).Also note: There will not be a human greeter at the desk - patrons just check in on one of three tablet stations. The menus are simple. And there is an option in the menu for dropping off a sample if you have to pick up a collection kit here, collect something at home, and bring back the completed kit later.Reason for taking off a star: the usual sterile towelettes for a ‘clean catch’ were MIA in the ladies’ room on the busy day when I was there, seemed to also be MIA when a staffer promptly headed into a storeroom for them (but shortly went elsewhere in the office and came back with some), and a regular client in line indicated that she generally made do with a couple of regular paper towels. Hmm. Oh well, the hand soap *did* seem to be Castile soap, and that probably would have worked fine. :)It would also be cool if Quest could figure out a way to have restroom doors indicate occupied/vacant like airlines or port-a-pots (save knob-rattling and wondering if the door was accidentally just left locked. :)Overall: Much improved experience from the pre-tablet checkin mode of my last visits!

Im doing 2 reviews as precious & the specialist phlebotomist who stuck me were the highlights of my experience but JEMETRIA the blonde messy haired white girl who works here I wouldnt let stick my cat let alone myself! Her appearance was untidy not clean & professional like a medical professional should look. She was rude & nasty and screaming at other employees about us patients who could hear her talking bad about us we were sitting right there! TWICE i asked her for help TWICE! Yet she walked right pased me muttering under her breath REFUSING to assist me my first visit not knowing where to go! She instead took a seat in front & gossiped with a co worker while the wait was overflowing in 2 rooms! 5 minutes later she got her a big drink and stood in our way chatting more prior to grabbing her stuff and saying bye to her coworkers! The bathroom trash was overflowing & it was out of necessities SHE WAS A LAZY & RUDE disheveled mess!

I cant even get a real person on the phone to have a question answered. Patheitc.

Ive delt with this location for going on 4 years, and every time ive been here, ive had a terrible experience. Deborah is the rudest woman i have ever met in my life. Every staff member has the attitude of i hate my job. However, out of every staff member ive delt with, Deborah is the worst! I have seen her deal with people other than myself and she treats them the same way. She acts extremely unprofessional. She treats the people she deals with as if theyre idiots. If it was your first time getting blood work done and didnt know the routine, youd be annoyed by her lack of enthusiasm to help you. I came to the window and its understandable they dont want you on your phone, however i got a phone call letting me know a family member had just died and she said to me You need to get off of your phone! And i tried explaining to her that it was an extremely important call and she told me that if i did not get off of the phone at that second, she wouldnt help me. This woman has been rude and disrespectful of patients every time ive seen her. I wish i could rate this establishment 0/5 because thats what it deserves. They need to hire staff that care about what theyre doing, and not just there for a paycheck. Do NOT come here for your bloodwork, go to any other Quest Diagnostic location but this one!

I had an 8:30 appointment, arrived about 15 minutes early, was out by 8:35. Friendly, pleasant staff.

I have used many quest locations in the past and this has to be the worst one!! Staff was extremely rude!! Facility did not seem very clean. Waiting room was so full there were no seats for me to sit in. I waited 45min after my scheduled appointment only to be sent back to another waiting area. Would not recommend this location at all.

I found the staff to be not only courteous, but also professional and efficient. My experience there was as enjoyable as one could be which involved getting stuck with a needle!

Multiple times Ive shown up to have labs drawn, only to find that theyve closed early with no warning or signage. The most recent time, I arrived 20 minutes prior to closing, and the doors were locked.

I got there early and was in and out.

The staff members are so ghetto and unprofessional. They couldn’t get the blood work from my baby so they basically tortured her due to them not knowing how to do their job. I’ll make sure I go to the one on Kingsley.

This location has the sorriest bunch of people working here. I made an appt fir my husband which didnt record it. It took an hour and 5 minutes for him to complete his visit. Some employees are very rude with an attitude problem.

The wait time was terrible. I waited for an hour in two different waiting rooms. Then they moved me to a cubicle where I waited for another 15 min. They forgot they had put me, in the cubicle and called my name again in the waiting area.

The lady is has no respect staff was so un professional !! Place is so dirty !!
