I appreciated the wonderful customer service I received from the students and their educators. I had a haircut by a wonderful young woman. She was very warm and professional. Her name is Meghan and she will graduate in November. I bought some products for my new look. I liked so much that I will go back soon to get some new color for my hair. Very welcoming from the beginning. It was super easy process to book an appointment. When I got there I was welcome with a smile. I went to get a root touch up and ended up getting a facial too. Chayanne did my hair, it came out perfectly matched. She explained all the products she was using. She’s graduating next month, I’m sure she’ll do excellent in the real world. Keisha did my facial. I felt so relaxed I totally fell asleep. Definitely will be back. I love Aveda products

Most people don’t truly comprehend that the ladies and gentlemen working here are students! Please make allowances for your time and give them a break as they are learning! It does take a while to get up to speed and confidence in your ability’

I went into Aveda with damaged hair that hadnt been cut in many months. Alex listened to what I wanted and gave me a great haircut, along with a restorative treatment. My hair looked and felt great when I left. I was happy that instructors/supervisors were on the floor at all times in case the students had questions/issues, etc. Great value and I will definitely go back.

My hair stylist was great. But the people who schedule and also the higher ups are super rude. They kept messing up our schedule and when we came on time they were still late. Then they were super strict on letting me check on my friends hair, just super unsatisfied.

I had a really wonderful experience getting a facial and haircut at the Aveda Institute. The woman who did my facial ensured I has a relaxing service. Because it is a training school I could hear other students working with an instructor but for me it wasnt distracting. My only critique is i would have like for her to have gone over the products or condition of my skin with me when she gave me this list of products.For my hair that was also a fine experience. Im not picky about my hair and my only requirements really were that she give me bangs and cut enough length for me to donate. Those were both easily met. After consulting with the instructor she got to work. The cut itself was pretty simple but not bad. Ive found that at institutes when I dont have a specific look in mind they either go super simple or use it as the opportunity to get a little crazy with it (which I love).Overall, its a great no-frills experience for the price and Id go back for future services.

Previous experience was very good with color and haircut. Recent visit the stylist did not know how to work with long hair, she left long uneven layers that don’t match, and way to short. it was not what I asked her to do. I asked for long loose layers and just a touchup was there. I pointed to one of the instructors that had the same long loose layers that I HAD when I walked in. All she needed to do was lightly trim what I had from the last intern stylist from the last visit. That’s all she had to do. Instead I gotLong and UNeven step layers, that I hate, that the instructor tried to fix and actually made it a little bit worse. I would let them color my hair but I think I’m not going to get haircuts there anymore. Now it is going to take me a year to grow this out. The students need mire guidance and hands on, if they are not use to working on different cuts and stylesThe girl that did my spa service this time was excellent.

My stylist, Heath, gave me a great cut + style and was super friendly! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a haircut or a new look. The instructor came by and checked before, during and after. For only 18$ this is a great deal and i got a better cut and service than I’ve gotten in a regular salon. They ask in depth questions in regards to what you’re looking for to ensure you’ll walk out with what you came in mind. Loved it! I’ll be back for sure.

It’s a great school and they are doing a fantastic job training the students how to be great hair care professionals. Jaimy surveyed how I feel about my hair and how I’d like to improve it. She then used great products and suggested what I can use at home to get the outcome I’m looking for. It was a very good experience.

I enjoy going to Aveda. I think it is a win-win! You are helping someone learn and the student is eager to not only please YOU, but, his or her educator! They use quality products, you get to meet new people, the price is reasonable (with the exception of the products...but, you pay for what you get) and *if* for some reason your service isnt the quality expected, it will be corrected by the educator. 😊

Terrible haircut! My daughter went in to have some layers added to her long hair. She came out with a mullet. It’s absolutely horrible. The amateur stylist butchered up her beautiful hair to the point that she is having to get it completely cut short to fix it. Don’t waste your money here to save a few bucks. It’s not worth it unless you just need a straight cut. I can’t imagine they can mess up a straight cut.9/13 update- although the reply indicates someone will reach out to me, that hasn’t happened yet!

Great cut and experience with my stylist.I had to reschedule my hair appointment and the original date had a discount from the customer appreciation event. The discount was not applied to my new appointment date when I asked about this I was told that I had to keep the original date or lose the discount. I have been using Aveda’s services for years and never had an issue with the discount and appt date changes. Eventually the receptionist gave me the discount after some discussion and making me feel at unease.Also, I was told that Aveda is going to cashless …. After years of only accepting cash for tips, so it was easier to pay with cash, it would have been helpful if this change was conveyed to customers in the email and text appointment confirmations.

I booked haircut with style for my daughter with McKenna. I explained what needed to be done. My daughter wanted to add some layers to her long hair and had her hair styled to reflect it. She came out with tears in her eyes. The bottom of her hair was butchered by this incompetent girl. Even instructor couldn’t fix it. McKenna cut my daughter’s hair into ragged shapeless edges, did not wash or styled it. She said to my daughter that not washing it would make things easier! Easier for whom?? It appears that being a hair stylist was not her vocation. Regardless - it was my daughter’s first hair salon visit and she was traumatized by this experience.

Brittany who is a senior student did an amazing job today with placing various drastic layers in my hair. She is talented and has a gift to do hair!! Any salon who picks she up is lucky. I would like to know where she ends up after graduation.

My hair is incredibly difficult. No matter where I go and no matter what I spend it never ends up the way I want it. Not the case here. The educators are very skilled and the students very receptive. So far everyone Ive encountered has had the highest level of professionalism. Ill be back.

Alyssa Phillips was my esthetician and she did an absolutely amazing job on my facial! I just got my eyelashes done at the time and she made sure to keep that in mind the whole time and made sure I was well taken care of and relaxed, it was a facial reset for sure and recommend her!

Even though she’s a student, she’s is exceedingly talented, is profoundly professional, and I keep forgetting she’s a student! She listens, and she takes so much pride in what she does and the results speak for themselves. What a super talented young woman she is!!!!

I recently made an appointment with Emma M. and she went above and beyond with my hair! The environment was super clean and professional. I asked for platinum blonde with a money piece and, along with the supervisor, they gave me the most natural looking and gorgeous color without damaging my hair whatsoever. I definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!

UNSAFE !!! Stylists and even educators are Not wearing their masks properly. 75% of masks were under their noses and some were under their chin. No social distancing. Clients were only 4 ft. apart. They have a screen to check temperatures when you come in but no one was using it. I should have walked out. I wont be going back. UNSAFE !!!!

A simple hair cut turned into a mullet. Even the supervisor couldn’t fix it, on top of the bad haircut, she didn’t’ blow dry it all the way or do any styling. I came out looking like Jim Carrey in a bad way and I am a 65 year old mom.

It was a horrible experience, the stylist I requestedWas over booked and wasn’t available so they had to change my appt to someone else. This stylist left my hat wet after blowing drying it, did not flat iron my hair. When I complained to the manger I was told I would have to pay an additional $30 for flat iron. Both stylist and manger were very unprofessional. I won’t be back.

Whenever I am in Jax visiting I always have a facial here. It’s beyond the best service I have had at any institute. As a a cosmetology instructor myself I value a students talent and these ladies are very talented and professional. A shout out to an AMAZING instructor teaching them.

This Aveda Institute locations students are wonderful but their management and safety practices leave much to be desired. The salon overbooked themselves during my visit with my mom, leaving to significant waiting times and cancellations of some of our services. This also made social distancing impossible (chairs ~4ft apart), but thankfully we were vaccinated and everyone was wearing masks. Despite all these issues, I am still leaving a 4-star review as the student stylists who worked on me (Selina, Luisa, and Nicole) were phenomenal and helped make up for the management hiccups. These 3 students were attentive, meticulous, patient, and friendly -- even despite clearly being overbooked. If we ever go back to this location, it will be because of them!

Ashlie Lopez has done my hair four times now.The first three times she did highlights, toner, haircut and style and she did a great job.The fourth time she put toner on my hair and cut and styled it and she did a Wonderful FabulousJob !!!! I noticed the 4th time that she demonstrated a lot more confidence than the other times before. They have given me an excellent service the student that did my hair treated me well as well as the instructors were kind and polite.

I love going to the Aveda Institute as I love the products which are created from pure flower and plant essences! No chemical smell when I get my hair colored. Not ready for grey hair yet! Plus I like meeting the students and talking with them. They try very hard to please you; the client. A nice and relaxed atmosphere with uplifting music playing.

The personnel are very courteous and Professional.

Ive been going to the Aveda Institute for years and love the service I receive every time. The educators work closely with the students to make sure their work is top notch. You cant beat the value!! Only downside is it takes longer than a normal salon, but totally worth it considering the quality and savings.

My stylist Alex was very easy to talk to and went to great lengths to explain what she was doing with my hi lights and why! I will definitely request her for my next visit 👍

Heres whats up, although I originally had a blonding and a haircut scheduled they still squeezed me in for a haircut. They were definitely understaffed but seated me with Stephy and she was so awesome. I always come here because everyone gives me great advice on at home care.

I have had good experiences at this location but today truthfully left me in tears for a while… I came in for some highlights and a TRIM yet they scheduled me for a balayage (they said because of the time block). And they needed it because I was there from 10:30 to 4:15 because of how much 4 different people had to do to fix my hair. My girl, Natalie, was nice and did her best, but messed my cut all up. It was so much shorter on one side than I ever wanted but at that point what could we do but cut it all to the same short length. I’ve never had it this short since the last time I cut it and I asked for a chop! This is even shorter than then… Because of how many times I had to go shorter to fix to align it with the “guide” that the instructor Natasha made for Natalie. That guide itself was already even shorter than I wanted. Natasha was rough on my head and neck and went in aggressively with hard cuts and lines and you could visibly see in my eyes and in the mirror how it didn’t fix the problem. I was later told that Natasha was new and I really wish she hadn’t worked on my hair. 😓 Natalie went in with various layering techniques and thinning of the edges to make it not look so bulky because my hair is extremely thick. She did okay on the highlights but I did say that I really didn’t want them all the way to my roots because I don’t get my hair done that often and when they grow out I didn’t want there to be a definite line. And I tried to kinda tell/imply a few times that a wet brush is all I use on my hair anymore because she was using a regular brush that was pulling and yanking my hair and it was getting all knotted… And I was surprised she didn’t spray or put anything in my hair like a heat protectant before she went in with the hairdryer or flat iron… A wet brush and heat protectant really help my hair… anyway, Later on an instructor named Jennifer came to the rescue and tried to help blend the layering with some alternative cuts and then eventually just said if it sits straight you’re always going to notice differences in length, but if you bevel it and curl it in word with a flat iron it will kind of hide those. But what if I want to straighten it? I appreciated what she did but I’m not going to be able to wear my hair down straight for a long time until all of these harsh edges grow out. Cory, another student also tried to help give some advice and I appreciated that as well. They knew it wasn’t what I wanted and that it was much much shorter than we both had acknowledged. Everyone acknowledged it. Both Natasha, Natalie, Jennifer, and Corey, but yet I was charged exactly what they said at the beginning and no less even though I was leaving extremely disappointed. I kept a really good attitude and didn’t make a scene but it’s sad that the people who do react strongly get the lower prices yet people like me who just except it and try to move on have to pay for $78 for an entirely wrong cut and highlights that I wasn’t exactly pleased with. I didn’t have the guts to ask Jennifer if she could do anything about the price, but now I’m debating if I ever even want to come back. If I could get like 50% off of my next visit I might come back again but I just didn’t feel that they allowed the price to reflect how much they messed it up. Natalie tried really hard to fix what other people had done and she even admitted that she messed up too and that at the end of the day my hair was just extremely thick and there’s only so much that can be truly done. I understand that and appreciated her honesty. I hope we can make this right so that I can return on good terms because literally I was tearing up in the chair with them all around me. I’ve been truly growing my hair out for six months and this is shorter than it was when I started that process so all of that length and time was totally wasted. As soon as I got home I burst into tears with my husband not ONLY because of how short it is, but because of how much I paid for something that wasn’t even close to what I wanted.

My mani and pedi took a little long .Jessica was relaxed and friendly but the polish took forever to dry . Before she put on toe polish she found out about dehydration drops from another student . Neither of them had any idea there was such a thing and the supervisor was there and knew . Why wouldn’t the students know this ? Disappointed that an educational studio wouldn’t share this with their own students . This definitely affected the quality and timing of things .Facial was great Chanel did a great job. She apologized for the noisy students right outside my facial room. They were just hanging out and bring loud like it was a break room . I appreciated her apologizing but they should not be able to gather in that service area.Agsin it affected the quality of the service.

We went, it was amazing! I got my haircut there. Into a super short pixie. My daughter got her hair cut into a pixie and the my son got his hair cut. These folks are thorough. It is a learning place but so worth it!!!! (It May take extra time, but for 18 a cut? FANTASTIC

Appointments are necessary which is fine. The staff is very helpful & while the stylists do suggest products, theyre not pushy about sales. Its a great place for a blow out.

First off, I dont write negative reviews unless Ive just had it. Im almost there.Ive been going to Aveda for 7 years and I have in the past been extremely happy. Recently though the level of service has declined. And by service I mean on the front end, the students are great. Today I was scheduled for an appointment, its Saturday- my only day to sleep in (I work extremely early during the week) so I get up early, get dressed and I was getting ready to leave, and its Aveda calling. They cant for some reason do my entire service, even though they screwed up and booked me for 2 appointments today. (Thats another screw up...long story) So despite having 2 appointments on the books, I can choose to have half my service today, and come back another day for the rest, OR reschedule for the entire thing. So Ive wasted hours getting up and dressed, and lost sleep for nothing. Its beyond frustrating since I moved across town and it takes about 40 minutes to drive there now. This is the 3rd time recently this, or something similar has happened- they have one more chance to get back on track, or I will be going somewhere else. Paul Mitchell is way closer to my house.Again, the students are great- this is happening up front. AVEDA if you read this, know that you will be losing me as a client if this happens again. The 3rd strike just happened and Im NOT happy.

They canceled my app cause I came with kids. First I was offered that I can stay if one of my girls will have a haircut and then after 5 minutes and getting us seated informed me that none of us can have a haircut done. Ridiculous policy and treating a customer.

I had a very nice experience getting my hair cut. This morning I noticed that it was too long in the back and needed a trim. The receptionist that took my call was very nice and polite. And she advised me that I might have to pay for another haircut because they have to evaluate it. I was disappointed as usually when something like this happens you just go in and they trim it up real quick. I am disappointed. Rosie and Antonio were wonderful. I can’t say that I will be back.

Got my hair done for prom. The person doing my hair took 2 and a half hours just to curl, meanwhile the curls were all uneven and fell out within 20 minutes. I asked for a specific hairstyle I wanted and it turned out horrible. Cried the whole way home. Do not go here. Worst experience ever. Not worth it at all

I was recently there and all safety measures seemed to be in place. The educator, Antonio is one of the best stylist I have ever had the honor of meeting, in my life. He oversaw the master student who was doing my hair. I scheduled another appointment only knowing an educator like this is at Aveda! I was so frustrated jumping salons trying to just get my natural copper after an illness. Talk about fire! I left feeling like myself again. Thats what its supposed to be about. Thank you!

Master Student LOL told the educator she knew how to cut my hair a stacked Bob (with photos) but DESTROYED the back of my hair. I have thick hair and a well rounded skull but it looked as though my skull was flat in the back. Two educators recut and had to shorten the sides but the back remained hopeless. No MS in the last few years has been trained or maybe talented enough to cut a Bob in the back. After 3 months its still too short to be reshaped!

I went in for a cut and color. I wanted to do something fun and different and being a breast cancer survivor I chose pink. Skylar C. was my stylist. She was pleasant and polite. We discussed what I wanted and she was able to do the pink just as I saw in my mind. She took off about three and a half inches and soft layers framing my face and some in the back to make it less heavy. I could not be more happy with the cut and color!! She has a gentle touch and really listens to what the client wants! I will be going back again!!

Im very disappointed with the Aveda Institute during my last few visits. I always make appointments every 5-6 weeks for a haircut and color. During my last visit I was informed by my stylist that I couldnt get my haircut since there was a customer right after me and enough time wasnt allotted for both a haircut and color. She said I could come back another day for the cut (which I didnt do).I have another appointment for tomorrow (and I have an appointment card to confirm the date and time for both a haircut and color). Today I called to confirm my appointment and was informed that someone changed my appointment on November 11th and my new appointment is 2 days away at a time thats inconvenient for me. I was never contacted about changing my appointment on November 11th. I asked if someone else could do my hair and was informed that there are no appointments available on Wednesday. Guess its time for a new salon. Not a great way to train new stylists on how to treat customers.

I was very disappointed with this Aveda Institute. I made an appointment with Aveda a week before the appointment day (appt day: 1/23/2021 at 8:30am) and when I got to the institute there was apparently a mix up with my appointment and instead they had it scheduled for a different day (1/30/2021). I am a college student and came all the way from Gainesville so it was a bit irritating that I wasted my time and my friends time driving up to Jacksonville. Fortunately, my friend and I were given complementary wash and blowouts and my original appointment was rescheduled to 12 pm of that day. The blowout was horrible. I understand students are the ones who work on hair but you would think they had an understanding of how to work with curly/wavy thick-long hair. By the end of my blowout, I honestly looked like Mufasa by how frizzy and fluffy it was. My friend who has thick-wavy hair with a great amount volume literally had all of her volume removed with the blowout. Her stylist was going to curl it and only the ends of her hair were barely curled. I have blown out my own hair before and it has never looked like that. I, unfortunately, shouldve taken that as a sign to just go home but I really wanted to get the balayage that Ive been waiting to get done for weeks. At exactly 12, a stylist sat me down and got her teacher or advisor to, I believe, ask how to start or section off my hair. The stylist was very kind and understanding but her teacher was very unprofessional. With a snarky/rude tone of voice he remarked how the balayage would start at $170 because of YOUR type of hair. I understood it wasnt going to be a cheap service but I did not understand what he meant by my type of hair, since I have 2b-2c curly thick hair. I wholeheartedly believe he used very bad choice of words for a professional. The stylist was then ready to start on my hair when another one of her teachers came and told me it would take about 8 hours to do the balayage. So from 12 pm-8pm I wouldve been done. When I was getting my blowout, this same teacher was helping the student who was doing my hair and knew I was there to get the balayage. I dont know why she couldnt tell us the time earlier, while I was sitting there getting my blowout earlier. A month before I even went to this Aveda location, I went to the one in South Florida for a consultation and the stylists were much nicer than the ones at the Jacksonville location. They looked through my hair and gave me a starting price of $116 and how long it would take (about 6 hours). (I did not go to the SF location though because I had no time since I was going back to college). Unfortunately, this Aveda institute isnt respectful of time and how they referred to my hair was distasteful.I am giving this place two stars though for the stylist that tried his best on the blowout as well as the kind and patient stylist who was going to do my balayage.

New to Jacksonville, so Google reviews led me to choose an upscale Aveda salon. They completely loused up my hair for major $$$$!Enter the Aveda institute…which I somehow stumbled on upon a search. I called and explained my dilemma to Emma who attentively listened and assigned me to a student who could help. I honestly did not know what to expect when I arrived.Aveda institute was very clean and everyone there was taking all safety precautions necessary due to Covid.My student stylist was Destiny B. I brought in photos of hair before botched hair job and she and her instructor Antonio devised a plan for my colors.Destiny meticulously highlighted my hair with a very pleasant demeanor while doing so. The instructor does come to check periodically throughout. Antonio is a great hands on instructor.She did an amazing job! The colors were beautiful. I was hoping they be a bit lighter, but after a few days in, I am loving this shade!! I have booked another appointment in 4 weeks with Destiny.Sometimes the adage “you get what you pay for” doesnt always ring true. I paid one quarter of the price for highlights/lowlights here. The quality of service exceeded my expectations and by far surpasses the pricey place!The students and staff are professional in every way and I would highly recommend Aveda institute.

Alexis was the student who gave me a beautiful blowout! My hair is naturally very curly & coarse - especially after so long of washing my own hair 😆. Everyone was very professional, they communicated well and I got a great look!! Also in this time of uncertainty - they did a great job being safe. Masks for everyone, shields for yeh ones washing hair & gloves all around.

Antonio, an educator, completely botched my daughter’s curtain bangs and gave herWhat I can only describe as very uneven, ridiculously short bangs. The front desk “help” are not very professional at all. Communication is extremely poor and scheduling needs to be addressed.

Had my haircut and color done with Emm today. I was highly satisfied with my service. Emm did a fabulous job and the Instructor Abby was very sweet and professional. I will be booking all my future hair services at Aveda!

Very sweet young lady cut my hair. Got a very relaxing wash, followed by the cut (which her instructor came, reviewed and oked), and then a blow dry. Only $18 for a cut Im pleased with! I will be back for my next cut. I saw Kim O. and i will be requesting her again. She was very focused on me rather than her fellow hairdressers and I appreciate that.

I had a really awesome experience with Aveda. I went in for a brow wax and haircut. My hair texture is very thick, wavy, and frizzy. It usually takes at least an hour for just for the cut, and some salons I have been to in the past rush my haircut so they can move into the next. The stylist here took her time to give me a quality haircut that was exactly what I had envisioned. Based on what I saw I am really excited to have them color my hair for my next appointment. Not to mention, the quality of the products they use are amazing and worked wonders for my hair. I highly recommend. Everyone was so professional and nice. In my opinion, the services offered here are better than some at top salons.

I went to the Jacksonville Aveda Institute while in town for medical treatment. An appointment was not available for the day I wanted but the gal doing the scheduling was on the bal and called me immediately when a cancellation occurred. I was scheduled with Nicole, who is due the graduate in February (3 mos away). She was absolutely terrific, took her time with the consult, explained how the process worked, and then brought her instructor who did the same. Never did I feel like I was not in the hands of a pro. The instructors stopped by to give their opinion when she asked for it but never seemed to lean on her or cramp her style at all. Nicole’s talent far surpassed her experience level in every way e Celt the time taken (4 hrs), but know that you have to expect that when you go to a beauty school and have a student practice their new skills on you. I have gone to Aveda salons (not the school) for many years and Nicole was as good as any of the fully experienced veternal stylists I have seen, and I have never been disappointed. The huge bonus of going to the Aveda Institute is that you get SO I have more for your money! I had highlights, lowlights, a special super-conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry for what I’d normally pay at a salon for only highlights! My hair feels and looks so soft and healthy after today and I am thrilled with the results!

Its always a great experience with my hair. I will not pay full price at a regular salon again! They acknowledge great listening and communication skills. Teachers are alwaysChecking up on their students to see how they are progressing with their clients. Sometimes a teacher needs to step in to guide the master student when they need to. Its ALL ok! You are in great hands . Thank you for a great experience all the time.

Wow!!! Is the first impression I got walking in very friendly staff. But the main reason I am writing this is because my hair styles Haylie was amazing 😉 she was so nice and caring. My hair came out amazing thanks to her. I know it’s not easy going from dark hair color to a honey color and she did that. She took her time and the end result was PERFECT 👌🏻. Very talented and all around great hairstyles.

I’ve been going to Aveda for over 3 years for color retouch and haircuts. Never had any serious problems. Always treated professionally and the students always ask what I need and confirm with the educator that they fully understand the services I am expecting. I recently added getting monthly facials. Facials are great and very relaxing. Sometimes the students work a little slower than what you may want, but I always plan my appointments accordingly just in case this happens so I have the time to be patient and and not rush them.

My stylist and teacher did a great job! They actually listened to what I wanted and did it. So many times stylists just don’t seem to listen. I’m very happy with my cut!!

You get educators and students. That make sure you look great

If you plan on attending here as a student I don’t recommend if you have a busy outside life it is NOT flexible at all especially with all the money you have to pay to even attend.

Been getting hair, pedis and facials here for a couple years. The prices cant be beat, the products are wonderful and everyone is always so pleasant.I was worried about having students cut my hair, but there are many points that educators come over to check on your progress so theres really no way that things wont go right.Its like having 5 people constantly improve on your hair. Ive never left unhappy!

Was in on 2/28 and Paige was my stylist. She was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. My curls turned out perfect and just the way I wanted them. I could not be happier with the out come. I will definitely be back to see Paige again. Thank you Paige!!

Wonderful experience! I was offered hot tea or water and was explained in detail everything about my appointment and the products . Great hair cut by Kelsey and ended up buying the tea and other products suggested. They start off with a scalp massage before washing the hair ........ soooooo good! Great prices , high energy and knowledgeable staff.

Aveda Institute is a great way to help students and receive outstanding services. You do need to realize that you wont be with the same stylist each time, but they all receive impeccable training and the educators are always on the floor observing. They just started performing facials and I have been so pleased with each service I have received.

I have been going to Aveda for years and Always have had an amazing experience! I love the outcome every time and for a great price!
