I bought a couples Hot Stone Kisses package and had an extremely amazing experience for a 5th anniversary with my fiancé. Yuki and Eric were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. I was so relaxed and the energy felt so calm. I added 30 minutes of infrared-sauna to end and loved every minute. I had the pleasure to meet Fali and Sunny, the owners. Very humble and I can see how much their business means to them. They pour their heart and soul into the spa and its evident. The engineering of the salt room and design is spectacular and a must see. I learned some history about the house and renovations they had just completed. Everything was updated and everything very clean. Nice spacious storage lockers for your belongings to be safe. The face mask guidelines, due to the recent current events, are clearly communicated prior to the experience and I appreciate a business that is as careful about those things. I absolutely plan on booking more time with them in the future.

The owner is so sweet! She has such a sweet and kind spirit! If you want to come to a genuine place that does not just want you money, this is the place to be. You get a tour before your massage. Every room is immaculately clean Covid guidelines approved🙌🏾 I can not wait to return and sign up for my annual Jasmine membership! Also free medication classes on every first Tuesday I believe. So I was looking for a good spa to visit for my birthday when I happened to stumble upon this gem. When I got there, I was completely blown away by the unique style of the massage parlor and loved that it didn’t look like any other chain place. The staff was super friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Ash was my massage therapist and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and professional but also made me feel extremely welcome. This wasn’t just any other spa day, it was an EXPERIENCE!

I am not big in posting online reviews but I was compelled to break that to put a review for Seventh Wonder Holistic Spa. We took a 3.5 hour drive to just have an awesome spa experience. The owner Falli, the staff and massage therapists are nothing but the very best! You have a very relaxed vibe as soon as you step into the spa and the attention to details so that one gets the best possible and rejuvenating spa experience is more than you can ask for. If you havent given much time to self care, Seventh Wonder Spa is THE place to start that journey.

We had a wonderful and relaxing day at the spa! The location is beautiful, therapists were great and staff were very friendly. They use great products and focus on the body, mind and soul- would definitely recommend!

I have frequented other Spa’s even those located at the Beaches- None can compare to the experience I have each and every visit at Seventh Wonder! So quiet - tranquil - relaxing . The therapist does not chat during services (which often is the case at other spas). The environment is spotless ! There are a host of services offered including yoga and delightful and delicious cooking classes ! If you haven’t visited seventh wonder holistic spa yet; gift yourself soon . This is a wonderful place to come and relax. The personnel is wonderful and welcoming. All precautions are taken to protect you from the pandemic. Their website gives you many things that they offer to make your life feel complete. I call this place Seventh Heaven. I highly recommend Ashley for facials. She is very good at assessing your skin and recommending what is needed to help you. Whether it is for a couple or a single person there is something there for you. You cant go wrong if you want to be rejuvenated.

Seventh Wonder is a slice of heaven here in Jacksonville, FL. The experience was absolutely magnificent. The environment is warm, welcoming and serene. I felt both the comfort of being at home while also feeling the tranquility and luxury of being at the spa. All the products are plant based which just makes everything 100 times better. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend to anyone and will be bringing my family and friends along with me to future visits.

My husband and I went here for our 10th year Anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. I loved how it was very private and intimate. The staff are so nice and welcoming. Our massages were amazing. I have very bad lower back pain that just disappeared after my massage was over. I love the atmosphere of the place and the decor is very beautiful and relaxing. The staff made this such a beautiful experience for my husband and I. I just cant thank them enough.

I took my daughter for eyebrow threading today and had a wonderful experience.Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by several staff members and given a tour of the beautiful historic home-turned-spa. Every room was extremely clean and tastefully and thoughtfully designed. We were offered herbal tea and made to feel right at home. Being that there have been so many deaths in the US due to Covid and as someone that also works in the beauty service industry, I greatly appreciated the care in establishing precautions to protect their guests and staff. Temperature checks are taken at the door and masks are required as posted on the door and mentioned at the time of booking. We have been to several other salons to have my daughter’s eyebrows threaded and no one has ever taken the time to perfect them like they do here. I look forward to being back soon to have some services done for myself.Kudos to the owner for standing up for her staff and refusing service to the guest that left a nasty review because she didn’t want to wear one. Only a selfish and immature person would behave in such a way in the midst of a global pandemic. There is no legitimate medical condition that would prevent someone from wearing a mask and the spa is simply compiling with the city’s mask mandate.Thank you ladies for a wonderful service! It’s always a pleasure when I receive services at this spa. But today, Mr. Ashley came through with the best bamboo sticks n hot stones massage!!! He was so attentive with every area I wanted focused on, so cloud 9. Afterwards the salt floor infrared sauna took me to cloud 11. Thanks Ashley, you made my bday fantastic😍

I will say the place is nice inside and out very relaxing and calm atmosphere but I do not recommend anyone to get a facial from them because when the man was done I literally could go in the bathroom and squeeze black head out of my face that he didn’t even get I laid their for a while it seem like he know what he was doing because it felt like he was getting the black heads out but that wasn’t the case I could literally sit here and get every black head out at home for free if I would of know it would of been a waste of my 125 dollars

I enjoyed my first visit yesterday! The owner greeted me and gave me a tour upon check in. The building is really historic, and the owners have done a great job updating, while still elevating the original style of the house.I had booked the Personal Wanderer, and it was lovely! Stephanie was with me for all three treatments, massage, facial and pedi-chi. She took great care of me! The massage was heavenly, and OMG the facial was perfect! I had 2 oxygen masks for my spot acne, and even after I had been home for a few hours, my face was still glowing from the treatment! I looked so hydrated and dewy, plus the massage had help drain my neck lymps.The pedi-chi was a great foot massage and a scrub. Then the detox bath was intersting. You put your feet in a bucket of water with a wrist strap attached to machine, that then is aeroating the foot bath, and over the time 20 mins or so (I was so blissed out from the first 2 procdures, that wasnt really listening) and theres a color chart for whats being pulled out of you by the machine (?)Anyway the water turned like a light brown, and had some flecks and bubbles, it looked super gross.I am excited to try out their other facial options next time!5/5

This was our first visit to Seventh Wonder Holistic Spa. Now we wonder why we waited so long! My husband and I received the Ayurvedic Marmapoint facial treatment simultaneously in the salt room, and it was divine. The energy in the space and the mindfulness during the treatment created the perfect seamless experience of letting go and relaxing, which was exactly what we desired. Much gratitude to Falli and her staff for a wonderful first (but definitely not last) visit.

Overall, I will have to say that my message was fine. Not what I expected, but ok. My husband paid $105.00 for a 90 minute massage for me. My appointment was at 10:00 and I checked in about 9:55. I was asked to have a seat, and then I used the restroom, came back out sat down again. I wasn’t taken back till about 10:15. Once in the room, I was asked where my concerns were and I pointed out a few areas. Probably another 5 minutes. Then I undressed and got in the table, therapist came back in got situated and then started. I don’t have exact times, but at that point probably my massage began at 10:20, and I’m being generous. I expected for my knots to be targeted and worked out, but it’s more of a “holistic, healing, zen” approach, which again is okay, but you’re not going to heal years worth of stress in 90 minutes, so just make me feel good. At 11:15 the therapist says, ok that’s good for today, and I get up and get dressed, we talk a little more then I leave. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which of course I did, but I don’t think I’ll be going back. I clearly did Not get 90 minutes of massage. I was in my car driving away at 11:30. So I don’t think it’s okay to sell a 90 minute massage and then only give 60. They are very nice there, and I can appreciate what they’re trying to achieve, but I don’t think it’s for me.

I booked a massage for my sister and I because I received a gift certificate. There was no mention when booking of having to wear a mask DURING the massage/treatments. We arrived to this place that looked and smelled like an old, stale, dirty house. Keep in mind when we walked in the receptionist had her mask down around her chin.. We checked in and went to sit down. Then the owner/manager Deana yelled to the receptionist “MASKS?!” To which I responded, “we’re not able to wear masks.” She said “then I can’t treat you” I informed her that I had health issues that prevent me from wearing a mask and she responded “yeah so do I, but I STILL wear a mask.” She then walked away and left her receptionist to deal with the situation. She was EXTREMELY rude and not at all apologetic about the situation, making it clear that she didn’t care about losing business. Would NEVER recommend this place.

Wonderful place to relax and be free of all environmental toxicity that were exposed to on a daily basis. The one word to describe it rejuvenating.

Dont give a gift certificate to here to anyone you truly love.I bought my wife a gift card to here for Christmas. She came home crying from her appointment and told me that they had shorted her 40 minutes from her service. The manager refused to give her the time or her money back, instead only offering 10% off. That isnt even enough to cover another service.When I called to talk to someone about it, that manager said that it was a new guy, and hed gotten confused about her appointment. She offered a different service, at a still lower price point then the one I paid for.I asked for a refund, and she said she wouldnt refund a gift card, that we could pass the gift card to someone else. Maybe if I had someone I hated.Dont waste your time or money. Thanks for ruining my wifes time to take care of herself.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband bought me a gift certificate for this spa for Christmas.I was finally able to make an appointment And scheduled my services. I was scheduled for a 70-minute massage and a additional 30-minute foot focused massage.I arrived on time but services started 15 minutes late. They started at 11:35 and finished at 12:30. Yes, you read that right I was shorted 40 minutes of my massage. When I brought that up to the front desk person who claimed to be the manager she shrugged and said I can give you 10% off thats what we give our members.I asked if that would make up for the service that I missed and she said no, it would cover a ear candling or a foot soak. I left, visibly upset.My husband called and asked for a refund. The manager said that they didnt want to give a refund they wanted to Make it right and offered a service that was less expensive than the one I paid for.He called again after speaking to me when I said that I didnt want that and to just get his money back so we could go do something that Id actually get my moneys worth.The manager said that she wasnt going to give a refund, the money was back on our gift card and we could buy some products with it if we didnt want to come back.This is absolutely disgraceful. If I hadnt even mentioned the length being short, they would have let me walk out and kept my $65.Do not visit this spa if you value your time and money. They do not care about you or your experience.

Seventh Wonder Holistic Spa was wonderful! Deana was fantastic and was able to tune into areas of tension and spent extra time on those areas, while applying the perfect amount of pressure. It was evident that she knew her anatomy/physiology and was extremely knowledgable on pressure points, musculature, etc.! The facilities are amazing and all of the staff are extremely professional. I would highly recommend!!!

I brought my friend here for her birthday and she totally enjoyed the detox and treatment as well as the massage. She left feeling very relaxed and wanted to return. The customer service was superb. And their cleanliness and layout of the facility was quaint and beautiful, which created a homey intimate ambiance. We definitely plan to return.

Ive been coming here about a year and love it. The building itself is just amazing. Its very old, but remodeled. The owner was very creative when designing it. Its just beautifully done. The staff is always helpful and very kind. It highly recommend this place. Im a jasmine member, so I come once a month. Ive also had the footbath treatment. Amazing!

I always have a peaceful and relaxing experience when I visit. I go for the facials and they never have disappointed me. From the time you walk in, until the time you leave, they make sure you feel at peace. The spa is beautifully decorated, very clean, and everyone is friendly. Everyone talks in a calming voice (which is so nice) and your stress level instanly goes down. She will also do my eyebrows and they always look fantastic. Love my visits here, wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have been a customer for over a year. Every time the experience is exceptional. The staff is always professional and nice. Its a beautiful, historic Avondale home that has been converted into a spa. I recommend the Ayurvedic shirondhara treatment for sleep issues, massage for relaxation, facial for a more youthful appearance and the pedichi foot detox to rejuvenate your feet. Be sure to request the stunning Himalayan salt room. It is $30 extra, but well worth it!

Moments of tranquility from the second we stepped through the day. My husband surprise me with the couples packet for my birthday. We spent 90 minutes of pure bliss at the hands of the staff. They were tentative and polite. We will definitely return.

Wow absolutely blown away by Seventh Wonder! I received the Ayurvedic facial by Erika and it was amazing! My skin feels noticeably softer and more firm and my problem areas were attacked with a vengeance!! I literally cannot wait to sign up for the Jasmine club and get my monthly treatment. It will be extremely difficult to choose so Ill probably end up getting even more services on a monthly basis!! I plan on doing the facial each month and then trying the energy work and massage services as often as possible. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and the best I have ever received. I 1000% recommend Seventh Wonder!

I started going to Seventh Wonder just a few months ago. I had always driven by it and thought it sounded great! I went in for my first facial with Maria and was instantly hooked. I got their jasmine membership that day. Maria is a wonderful woman. I love our monthly meetings and her facials are the best I’ve had, and I have had quite a few. Maria has transformed my skin into what I have always wanted it to look like. It is smooth and glows from her magic touch. Maria isn’t the only gem Seventh wonder holds their infrared sauna is a great bonus to holding a membership. I love Seventh Wonder Spa as soon as I walk in I am instantly at ease I would recommend anyone to try them out!What an incredible spa! I took my boyfriend here for Seventh Wonder’s Couple’s Embrace massage package for our anniversary. We had an awesome day! I opted to have the massages in their salt room. I highly recommend any service in this room it is so serene and romantic for our day. Deana and Shay instantly put us at easy they were attentive to our needs and gave us great massages! Afterwards we spent some time in the sauna and celebrated with champagne and chocolates. It was so wonderful to have our anniversary spent there!! Had a wonderful experience! A tension headache brought me here and the wonderful staff suggested an energy clearing and head massage that was sublime! Cleared it right up, amazing! Their himalayan salt room and sauna is incredible and very soothing. Feel so happy to have discovered this place.

This place is a God-send. The atmosphere is very tranquil and peaceful. The meditation classes are super awesome. I dont regret finding this place.

They offered a mothers day package and although the esthetician couldnt make it for the facial, they made up for it by offering a longer massage time. It was pricy but so worth it. I really enjoyed our massage therapists, Deana and Shea, and their comforting personalities. The coconut water is also really tasty.

I have been suffering from arthritis in my back knees and ankles to the point that what appeared to be bone was sticking out of the side of my ankles and knees apparently it was severe inflammation problem solved by Seventh Wonder through their treatments and they have several several things to offer the largest salt room in Jacksonville and the people are unbelievable helpful and sweet... they offer all manner of yoga workshops and Retreats and holistic healing

I used to come into Seventh Wonder quite a bit for treatments & occasionally with my husband for a couples massage. This place used to be my absolute favorite place to come, especially for couples massages in the salt room with my husband, followed by chocolates, champagne & sauna time. In fact, one of the best massages I’ve probably ever had has been with your massage therapists. In having regular treatments with Falli, she continuously pressured me to leave good reviews online. Let me stop right here & say, my reviews come 100% from me & the only thing putting pressure on me is going to do is knock a star off the review I leave. I told her that I’ve left a review on all platforms that I use. She told me that I didn’t leave a review on Yelp. I told her I do not use Yelp. I feel that the other platforms I use (Facebook, Instagram, trip advisor, google, website) are enough. She pressured me to download Yelp. I was getting pretty fed up at this point. To top off this feeling, I came in one day last year for a treatment I had scheduled, and the first thing Falli said to me was “wow, what happened, you’ve gained weight.” This was said in front of other customers who were in the waiting room. I was left humiliated & absolutely dumbfounded as to how someone could bring themselves to say that to one of their customers, a VERY good paying customer at that. Like, really? I completely understand she is from a different culture, and I’m sure I can’t imagine the differences from the culture here. But, even so, I cannot understand saying that to someone, much less a good paying customer at your establishment. The very few times I came back after that day, I found myself just dreading walking in there & hoping that Falli was not there. First of all, I think Falli is a beautiful person, inside & out, as I had gotten to know her through all the times I came in. I certainly know she didn’t intend to be inappropriate or rude. That’s why I was floored when that comment was made. I am a somewhat self conscious person as it is, and that really just blew me away. Therefore, I haven’t been back in over a year now. It’s just sad because, like I said, this used to be mine & my husband’s favorite place. I have reached out but have not received a response from Seventh Wonder addressing this issue. We will not be back.

I had a pranic healing session with Falli and she was wonderful. Very calm and sweet. The spa has a lot of nice zen full touches. Scheduling was simple and there was no waiting time. Falli gave me a tour of the spa. I can’t wait to return and see the garden they are working on in the back patio area. They also have a lot of things you can purchase such as salt lamps, crystals and skin care at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this spa. Overall It was a great experience.

Let me preface this review by saying I have had a positive experience having my eyebrows threaded here prior to my negative experience below.For mothers day my husband bought me a package that included pedichi, massage, and a facial (about $250). It was scheduled from 11-3.The pedichi was first. Apparently when they are busy they put the overflow in the kitchen. They call it the chill out room I would disagree. The employees kept coming in and out through a door that was less than 6 inches from my head. After the foot massage part, I was setup in a bath of water with salts and an electronic device. The spa claims it will pull toxins from you feet. Please do your research, this does not happen. It is science that turns the salt brown and chunky, not dead cells from your feet. Also if there is any color in the water that is from other things being introduced into the water, for example the stuff they put on your feet during the massage. You can not detox in water. Worse than that the electrode they put on my arm caused a small burn that scabbed over. Last detail, the person conducting this service left to eat her lunch for 20 minutes. Yep so just me in a low back chair in a kitchen soaking my feet in salt.Next was the massage (with the same lady) and all I can say was it could have been the best massage of my life. She really hit some spots that I didnt even know were suffering. As soon as I explained I had a c section she got right to work. Truly a magician.Last was the facial. It was pretty standard, felt cooling... my skin was glowing and still looks great almost 5 days later. I also picked up the recommended milk cleanser that I am loving.My husband visited the salon today to discuss our concerns. They acknowledged that yes, I was in a kitchen and yes the employee did eat lunch during paid for spa time, they could not refund money because it was part of a package. They politely offered me a free service but we did not want to take our business back to a spa that stuffs as many customers in as possible. We would rather find a new location and pay. As a mother, you cant get that time back.

I had a terrible experience at Seventh Wonder. The person who did my eyebrows was unprofferional and did not know what she was doing. She made one of my eyebrows smaller than the other, and took out a chunk of my eyebrow! Now my eyebrows are extremely uneven and I am missing a big part in my eyebrow.
