I love community first. I have accounts, a credit card, and even purchased my car through their fall car sale event. Today, I realized I needed to deposit some cash in one of their atms and so I parked and proceeded to enter the building to try to shorten my walk instead of walking all the way around since I have a sprain in my left foot. The moment I walked into the door the security guard at the door began yelling at me. He was extremely rude and told me I had to go around because I couldnt just stroll through a corporate building , I didnt want to cause any trouble and tried to apologize saying Im sorry I thought this was a bank and I was just trying to walk the shortage distance. He got up from his chair and began to come around the desk to try to escort me out of the building. I understand that I made the mistake of assuming that I could walk through but his demeanor was completely uncalled for. As I used the atm after walking around the building he stood inside glaring at me like I was going to escalate the encounter. When I got back to my car he was still glaring at me and I guess waiting for me to retaliate in some manner. Could you please, place a visible warning on the door or hire some with any level of customer service. I love community first and will never hold this against your credit union, but this was the worst experience Ive ever had with a representative of a company. ThanksThen fix your listing. This made me think of changing banks due to your approach of how you dont post this as a corporate office but a location of banking. Fix your listing and maybe others wont make this mistake. This was honestly the most inappropriate response Ive ever dealt with. Also there was no explanation of my apparent transgression. Put a sign, or some kind of warning. This is negligence on your part

This is the best credit union ever.. i have been apart of this credit Union since I was in my 20s.. They are patient, even when you make mistakes and goofs they work with you.. Also the best part about this credit union is.. The fact is i dont have milllions of dollar.. Are even thousands of dollars.. However they treat me as if i have billlion of dollars in there bank.. The fraudulent department, called me and informed me that someone from another country.. Was trying to take money out of my acct.. It made me feel like i bank, at a place that Cares about my money no matter how big are small.. And about me as a person... And everyone you speak with on the phone talks to you like a human being..Laugh.. In closing this bank is just wonderful... Thanks Pamela Blount..

The 637 N. Lee Street location is the credit unions HQ. The only service available at this location is an ATM; it is not a full-service branch. The nearest full-service branch is at 623 N. Main St (at the corner of Main/Beaver) or at 1012 Margaret St (Riverside).

This is not for normal banking. Dont accidentally try to bavigate here. This is the corporate offices.

THIS LOCATION IS NOT A BANK! It is their corporate office and they occasionally have car sales here! Do not go to this expecting banking help if Google maps sends you here. Ive ended up here twice by accidentally saying community first downtown into gps.

Drove all the over here on my lunch break and i tried using the walk up atm and it doesnt even work. so I go to walk inside and the main doors are locked as well.
