When I think of the best Dentistry experience, I think of Dr. Farnham (or Dr. Mac)After a grueling experience with a former dentist and a plethora of built up anxiety around the pokes and prods that come with dentistry (but are none the less terrifying and awful), I finally broke down and actually took a piece of advice from my best friend who had been telling me non stop to give up the anguish I had been experiencing and see Dr Mac. So I put my pride aside and swore to her that if this turned out badly that I was coming after her for wrongful testimony.Well I’m glad to be standing here, or rather sitting in my car typing here, proudly proclaiming that they are doing something right.The ladies at the front were pleasant on the phone and answered all of my over analytical questions and concerns with ease. Dr Mac is a very genuine person and you can tell that he truly cares about his patients and is passionate about his work. I was so happy to find this office with such wonderful staff! When we moved to Florida we had difficulty with the larger dental groups and wanted to find a smaller more personal dental practice. We found it with Farnham and I have been so pleased with the customer service and care we have received. Its easy to schedule and appointments have been on time. The hygienists and doctor take their time and explain recommendations, etc. I would 100% recommend this office!

We followed my husband’s career for the 1st 17 years of our marriage, so we moved a lot! Ive had many dentist in the last 50 years but I never had a dentist like Dr. Farnham. He is a perfectionist at Dentistry. I can’t say enough about the quality of his work.

While going from DoD to private dentistry my outlook might be skewed but based off others experiences and my own first experience I feel 5 stars is the absolute minimum Dr. Mac and his entire staff deserve. The passion that exists within this office is undeniable. From the friendly front desk staff to Megan who was amazing, professional, and patient comfort and care oriented, to Dr. Mac himself who was informative, swift yet thorough, and overall just a genuine guy, my experience was nothing less than exactly what I hoped for. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m appalled by this company’s lack of respect to workers. They are very unprofessional to employees as they will cut pay without notice, allow an unhealthy work environment and show little care for the people who provide customer service.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Mack at Farnham! I am fairly new to Jacksonville and chipped my front tooth. A friend referred Farnham Dentristy to me, and they were able to get me in the next morning for a consultation. Both Dr. Mack and the office staff were incredibly kind. Dr. Mack took his time with me and explained all of my options for repair and explained each step in detail to make sure that I felt comfortable. He was so easy to work with, and also easy on the eyes! I would highly recommend Farnham Dentristy!

I required a crown on one of my lower molars and was happy to find this office who creates In-House crowns which means no waiting and scheduling a second appointment. It took less than two hours to complete the procedure.Technically speaking, Dr. Schulte is a superb dentist. She is also very solicitous and friendly. The office is also very technologically advanced ensuring that you will experience little to no discomfort. I will definitely return to this office for prophylaxis. 😊

My wife and I started with Farnham Dentistry back in 2002. Not only was the dental practice excellent, they were always up-to-date with the latest in equipment and procedures. Cleanliness was paramount and sanitary practices were evident. Office personnel were very cordial and always greeted you with a smile. The dental staff, technicians to dentists, were the best in their field.

Dr. Mack is an awesome dentist and highly trained in his field. He is passionate about dentistry and truly cares about his patients as they are not just numbers to him. Dr. Mack goes the extra mile with his treatments and I never had a dentist that cares like he does. If you are looking for a great dentist that knows what he is doing, I would giving him a shot at whatever you dental needs are. There are hundreds of dentists in the Jacksonville area and I have been to a lot in my life time and I would recommend Dr. Mack to anyone! Over 30 years ago, I started seeing Dr. Jackie and my husband started seeing Dr. Sutton. When our children were born, they started seeing one of the Dr. Farnhams. Weve loved the addition of Dr. Mac! Hes continued the great care that our family has had with this practice.

Do not use their texting system to confirm or cancel appointments. It does not work and then they want to charge you because they didn’t receive the message when you canceled through the text system. Also violated Hipaa 2 times. The dentist went into my patient chart during my husband’s appointment and started giving him information on my treatment. This is a no no!! Doctors should know better. Then because we share insurance, the front desk staff thinks this is legally ok to give information about my appointments. Gather the facts before you treat patients like this! Thanks for being so concerned with the violation and patient care. That was a lovely message today. I will be reporting you!

Dr. Mack and his team are excellent. I had some dentistry and even a follow-up done at another office, but they didnt take care of my issue. Dr. Mack took the time to get things right and explain everything to me. I will be going back. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience!! I had some anxieties which were immediately put to rest by the capable dentists and staff. Needless to say, I am so happy to have the first major procedure done and after 4 months of healing I will get my permanent crown on the implant. All the staff were knowledgeable and understanding. They were very considerate of my husband in the waiting room and letting him know what was going on. Dr. MacK, and Dr. Schlute and Dr. Jacqui and all the staff are proficient, kind and caring. I would definitely recommend them.

Years ago I came here looking for an alternative. Since then I wouldn’t trust my mouth to any other dental practice. The best professional, knowledgeable and friendly family practice. Dr Mac places your concerns right up front, you are encouraged to be a part of the solution. I’ve had crowns, bridges and inserts. He is now straighting my teeth using Invasilign. You couldn’t ask for more patience and expertise. All of the group are top in providing dental cleaning, dental assistance and front office procedures. Is there a 5 1/2 rating?

In today’s environment, we are running across assembly line dentistry. It’s getting harder and harder to find a dentist that makes it their practice to get to know you and dedicates their practice to making sure you are their focus. I have been to many dentist and have never experienced the care I have been given from Franham Dentisty. I had not been to a dentist for WAY too long, so after moving to the Jacksonville area, I knew it was time to be a big girl, and work my way back to oral health. I searched and looked for a few services/ qualities that would make me most at ease before seeing a dentist. The qualifications had to be “The Wand” anesthesia delivery tool, which did not sound as bad as a shot, a 5 star rating with perfect reviews, and the CEREC device that made crowns on the spot. Finally, the biggest requirement was digital imaging that replaced the WORST thing ever... IMPRESSIONS. I scrutinized the few contenders and ultimately chose Dr. Farnham’s team. I’m so glad I did and it was a perfect experience. I entered the “No Judgement Zone” as Dr. Schulte explained and from there, I was pampered with excellent care, had no pain at all, and was treated with utmost kindness and respect. They are a hardworking team, and I really mean a team! Both Dr. MacK an Dr Schulte worked all day and rearranged their schedules to restore my teeth. In one day, I had a total tooth replacement, no pain, and left with the best Christmas gift of all, a new smile. I leave this lengthy review because reviews are what brought me to this amazing practice. Thanks so much to the entire team at Dr. Farnham’s office! I’m not even scared to come back:)

Doctor Farnham has done more for me in the 1st 15 minutes I met him than all of the Dentists have done for me in the last 10 years. There is no doubt my mind I will be using his services for the rest of my days.
