After spending 10+ years with another dentist office that treated my awful ,Bradberry Dental is a breath of fresh air. I’m treated like a friend each and every time. Dr McCabe is AMAZING. She is out of the dozens of dentists,orthodontists, and even surgeons I’ve had, she’s by far the best one I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt judgement from her about my teeth , which is something I have always struggled with before. 10/10 recommend.

Had an appointment scheduled for this week. Due to the delta variant strain and the surge in our county (Duval) and state (Florida) I contacted my dental office to share my concern and request which was due to the close proximity of the hygienist and me being unmasked I preferred someone who is vaccinated since I am vaccinated. The receptionist simply stated would you like to cancel and reschedule because of HIPAA they can’t disclose such information. You would think that in a day and time of such a deadly pandemic that medical care practices would be onboard with assuring the safety of their patients so I was surprised that my concern was not accommodated by simply assigning me with a vaccinated hygienist.

Dr. McCabe and her staff were awesome. They were all so accommodating, from over coming typical insurance issues to giving me a procedure right away and also keeping my mind off my tooth extraction by keeping my giggling. Thank you Robin for being awesome.What a positive experience and great advise too.Thank you all.

I was so scared at first, because I’m terribly afraid of needles, but ivy and robin made me comfortable and the needle wasn’t that bad. Ivy worked on my teeth first , she did a great job , then the Dentist Carol and Robin worked on me next, fixed a broke tooth and i look back to myself, i have so much more work to do and I can’t wait to see how my new smile is gonna turn out, I’m not even afraid anymore. I am not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from.While the staff and Dr. Bradberry are nice, her treatment plan included eight fillings that totaled over $1,000. I could not believe it, since I take care of my teeth and saw my previous dentist regularly before moving to Jacksonville. I received a second opinion and only two of the eight fillings recommended by Dr. Bradberry were necessary. While her staff and website state, at Bradberry Dental we practice “conservative” dentistry, meaning we work hard to preserve the teeth in your mouth through prevention and maintenance. We will never push unneeded or unnecessary procedures or treatments, my experience was the exact opposite.With so many dentists in Jacksonville, I would stay away from this office.

I was in the area visiting and I had a toothache and my friend recommended Bradberry Dental. Dr. Truong was very attentive and she showed compassionate care. She found the cause of my toothache and fix the problem the same day. I was able to enjoy the rest my trip (eating delicious food) with my Floridian friend. I highly recommend this dental office. If I live here, I would switch my dentist in a heartbeat!

This unethical practice will seek to maximize treatment on a new patient. Just a few months ago I was told by a more honest dentist that I had just one tooth to watch. Now Bradberry Dental is telling me I have $2000 worth of fillings to get done! And they will tag team on it too: the hygienist, who is not supposed to diagnose (absolutely unethical), will start to tell you what she thinks you will need done, and then the dentist will agree on it. If you’re reading Google Reviews in search for a new dentist, I recommend looking for a more honest one who won’t take advantage of you and recommend completely unnecessary procedures.And if you don’t want to hear it from me, take it from Dr. Mindy Weinman, a dentist herself and also a dental school professor: If you go in to a new dentist for a cleaning, and things are feeling good in your mouth, and all of a sudden they say you need a ton of work — thats probably not a good thing.”

Dr. Linh and her staff are always pleasant, very professional and well organized. I chipped a tooth and needed to visit for care December 16, 2020. The precautions in place to address the COVID threats were obvious; patient temperatures were taken and written guidelines were presented to each client. All staff were consistent in following said guidelines. Dr. Linh explains each step of the procedure(s) in a way that is easily understandable—She also provides the medical terminology. Thanks to everyone for taking the risks to serve the Bradberry clients during these uncertain times.

I just had my 1st appointment with Dr. Bradberry and I cant even begin to describe how impressed I am with her and her entire practice. I had been looking so hard for an honest dentist after my last experience with a dentist was anything but honest. She spent a great deal of time with me. We went over my history and concerns and she gave me a very thorough exam. She went over the work that I had done years ago. She is not a dentist who is going to suggest work that you do not need. I was so comfortable and felt so at ease after my appointment. Her staff was so very friendly and her practice was bright and clean. I would highly recommend her practice!!!! Dr. Bradberry is always great! Shes honest, kind and always answers my questions. The office is nicely decorated and the staff are always happy and friendly. I used to get anxiety going to the dentist from previous bad experiences at other offices but I love this office! Everything is explained so well and I never have anxiety.

After several attempts to get pain issues resolved we lost all confidence in these two dentists. We went to another dentist who reviewed the treatment plan, took new xrays, etc. He was able to resolve the pain issue from a poorly specified crown. He also showed us that the dental work specified by this provider WAS NOT needed at all. Very disappointed since this dentist firm was a neighbor referral. Bottom line came down to thousands unneeded spent on crowns and even more that if we did not go for another opinion we would have been stolen from. Tallahassee is being notified.

Doctor Truong-Bradberry is excellent. She sets a great tone for her office staff, who are friendly, helpful and caring. Her skills and dexterity were on full display with my recent dental implants made difficult because of abnormalities in my jaw and space within which she had to work. Coming from a family of doctors, I was impressed with her control over scheduling and her competence as a dentist. I strongly recommend her.

This is the third dentist that I have been to in the last 2 years and while the first 2 clinics were absolute nightmares this was not the case at Bradberry dental. I have been here twice, once for a root canal and once to do some fillings and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The crown that was done here compared to the one done at the last place was a night and day difference. Dr. Bradberry is a delight to talk to and she goes out of her way to explain everything to fill understanding. I am going back again to get some more work done soon. My wife will be taking her business here as well and I highly recommend Bradberry dental!

My first step in the door and I knew I finally found my dentist family. The decor was amazing and it was so fresh and clean. Very humble place. When I first stopped in to make my new patient apt Melissa at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. Then Dr. Bradberry walked up and even introduced herself. Ive been twice so far and both times was pleasant. She explained everything as she went, gave me her most professional advice to save my teeth and has done a few fillings and a root canal for me. She continue to do her magic until she felt I was happy with how the fillings felt. The entire staff was nice and remained patient throughout both my visits and all my questions.

Dr. Bradberry is a very good dentist, and I just had my six months cleaning yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience.The one complaint I have is that they want to do x-rays every other visit which I think is a unnecessary expense. Im 74 years old and I dont believe should be required to have dental x-rays every year. It is not an as needed thing, it is a policy that every other visit they do x-rays.I have brought others into her practice as she does a good job, and I will probably continue doing so; the unnecessary x-rays are my only complaint.

I had what I considered a dental emergency on New Years eve starting at about 9pm...after an extremely fitful night of sleep with a tooth that I felt was about to explode I started calling dentists to try to find relief...no luck...Until I called Dr Bradberry...I described what was going on and she said no worries I will meet you at my office in 1 hour...this was a holiday and she had never met me before....I could not believe it!! Within 1 hour I was in the chair getting a root canal canal from one of the nicest health care professionals that I have ever encountered. I’ve visited Dr. Linh Bradberry’s office on two occasions now and I haven’t had better experiences at a dental office. I’m fairly knew to Jacksonville and after shopping around I’ve found my dental office!For starters, the office is gorgeous. It’s obsessively clean with a modern look and a lobby that features comfortable furnishings and a beverage fridge for clients. They’re clearly invested into their practice and community. Pictures would do it justice!More important is the service and care I’ve received. I’m always greeted by the office managers as if I’m the most important person they’ve seen all day. Because I work 9-5pm, they’ve stayed late on both occasions to make sure I’m taken care of. That shouldn’t be expected but is a delight to have experienced.Dr. Bradberry has always made recommendations that seem like they come from a genuine concern for my health. I’ve felt comfortable considering her advice, never pressured.She’s been gracious with her pricing and her hygienists are so sweet - always happy to accommodate sensitive areas during a clean.I never write this much for a review, but I want them to feel special as they’ve made me feel.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient. I was treated incredibly rude on the phone like the receptionist did not want to even bother with me. She kept taking deep breaths like she was Impatient with me. I was told that they would check the schedule and call me back. Didn’t even want to answer my questions about my insurance. I still haven’t received a phone call. If this is how the phone call was, I know that I don’t want to go to this office. I can’t imagine how I would be treated once I am there. I will take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Lyin is AMAZING she has helped me so very much. I had a horrible tooth that needed a root canal and she had to do half of it to get me out of pain. I was in horrible pain and had made an appointment for 5 PM with a totally different dental group. When I arrived having driven all the way from palm coast they informed me it would be at least a 3 hour wait to be seen !!!!!!I frantically started calling other dentist as I could not wait any longer, I truly wanted to pull my own molar out it hurt so bad.I finally got in touch with Dr Linh Bradberry from Bradberry Dental, ( which amazed me because it was well after hours and all other dentists said they understood the ammount of pain I was in and would be glad to see me on another day ).Dr Bradberry was closed for the day. It was late so I wasnt surprised. However, she gave me the address to her office and told me she was willing to meet me there and relieve me of the pain. I WAS SHOCKED !!!! I raced to her office and sure enough she opened it just for me. This is called Compassion. Not only did she address the pain IMMEDIATELY, she stayed to a root canal on my molar which is usually done in 2 separate visits. She co played the whole thing in one visit.I can never thank this office and Dr enough for what they did for me and would refer any and everyone to them !!! They are compassionate people with cutting edge technology.

Dr Bradberry asked me to take down my review, so I’ve decided to make an updated review.Dr Bradberry is a good dentist. She has wonderful staff (shout out to Lexi) that make the experience lovely. Before I started going to Dr Bradberry, I used to dread going to the dentist. When I went in for my visit, the atmosphere is calming and takes the anxiety of waiting for the dentist to poke and prod at your teeth away. They also have a little cooler with drinks that you can help yourself to.Friendly staff really make the experience easier for you.I had the pleasure of having Lexi clean and X-ray my teeth. She explained how to take better care of my teeth. I really felt she was thorough and took great care of me. Dr Bradberry came in shortly after and took a look at the X-rays and explained to me further areas of concern and how to properly treat it.—My family and I have been going to this dental office for a couple years now and the service has been great up and till a little while ago. It also isn’t the first time my family had a bad experience from the same person.I had a service done last week, and by far this was the worse customer service I have experienced.I walked in at 11:08am for my appointment at at 11:15am. Not greeted but no big deal- she told me I could have a seat. There was another person already waiting.I waited and it was around 11:30 when the front desk lady, I believe her name is Elizabeth, told the person in front of me his wait would be a while because his appointment was later. Apparently there was a miscommunication with his appointment, so I assumed they squeezed him in.When I went to the front desk and asked her how much longer my wait would be because of the patient in front of me and their miscommunication with appointment times- she claimed I was violating a HIPPA regulation. I was taken aback! I was not the one who said his appointment time out loud, I simply heard it and wanted to know if my appointment is being pushed back because of it. How absurd. Then she tells me I have to wait 15 more minutes- no apology, no reason why, just wait 15 more minutes.So I sat down for 5 minutes and I stepped outside for 2 minutes. Elizabeth came outside and immediately asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment! Of course I didn’t want to reschedule.I told her no and she repeatedly asked me, even after I walked back in. She kept asking me if I had plans or other commitments- which is none of her business, because an appointment is an appointment.[Side note- I understood the difficult situation completely, but I believe it was handled incorrectly.]When I was called in and looked at, I explained what had happened to Dr Bradberry and she apologized.When my appointment was finished, I went back to the front desk to pay. Elizabeth apologized “for making me uncomfortable.” However, my level of comfort was not the issue..Dr Bradberry is great and we love her as our dentist. The customer service that day was just awful and something I’ve never experienced before.

Need a tooth pulled come to this dental office. Dr.Bradberry made sure I had no pain and the staff is very kind and friendly.

AMAZING!! Dr. Lyhn and all other staff are so great. I am new to Jacksonville. My 6 year old son suffered a lot from toothache. I took him many other places and had very bad experience. At last Google help me to find this place with very good review. After my experience I assure they deserve for 5 star. Same date my husband also got appointment to resolve all his tooth problem.GREAR JOB DR BRADBERRY!!!!

I absolutely love everyone at Bradberry Dental Southide location. Dr. Linh is amazing and takes time to explain everything to you. She did a beautiful smile makeover for me and I couldnt be more happier with the work she did. As a Mother of 3 I really appreciated that they respected my time, so there was no wait time and a lot of is done in a visit. Melissa was great answering many billing questions, and helping me find the best possible way to make my bill more manageable. I wholeheartedly recommend Bradberry Dental Office Southide.
