Dental procedures have always been an issue for me, but todays visit went really well. This was my first visit to Cooper Family Dentistry and everyone I encountered was great. My dental hygienist was very kind and explained everything as she went along. Provided a very through cleaning and great chair side manor. The dentist explained the next two procedures (crown and a filling) and why they are necessary.All and all I was pleased with my experience.

Southern Hospitality at its’ best! Phenomenal, hip and modern staff with genuine smiles and great personalities everywhere. Everything was explained to me step-by-step, and they discuss finances with you sweetly and responsibly yet directly. I’m scheduling my children and husband an appointment right now!

My 8 year old daughter fears the dentist. However, today was an amazing, friendly and welcoming experience to help her face that fear. Staff, Dental assistant and Dentist were absolutely amazing with my daughter. She left with a handful of goodies and could not wait to come home and brush her teeth!! She even set a timer every night of the week to remind her to brush before bed. So this momma is super happy!! THANK Y’ALL for a great, smooth experience!!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and I’m new to this area! The staff and dentist were both friendly and helpful. Getting some fillings next week so setting up the appointment and the payment amount was all set and clear. No grey areas for the next visit and guessing what I’d be paying and all of that stuff. I was thankful for that. I got seen in my timeframe and the appointment wasn’t rushed. There was a little girl beside me freaking out and they also did very well with her.

CFD was great! I had a unexpected issue that needed an emergency visit and I was lucky enough that they were able to schedule an appointment with me same-day. The first-time patient process was not too bad, only a few pages. Dr. Cooper and his team were able to diagnose my issue quickly and re-assure get me that the issue was not as severe as I thought. They had a coverage specialist review over my insurance with me and explain what all it would cover. I was also able to book another visit. I will be using them for here on out!

Came in to have my lower denture relined with a soft feline! Liz is great and very outgoing and pleasant lady! We love her! Her work is right every time! We have been with Cooper Family DENISTERY for a very long time and never have a bad experience!!!!

Everyone at Cooper Family dentistry is amazing! Our entire family uses Dr. Jordan Cooper and we just love him and his entire staff from Whitney who does our cleanings to Jennifer who takes care of us in the business office! They are all so nice and do an amazing job.

Top notch group. My regular hygienist was out on maternity leave. Her substitute was outstanding! No pain, very light touch and I was out in record time. Give this lady a raise!

Got a cleaning done. The hygienist was super nice and very informative in how I could take care of my teeth better. Very gentle when cleaning my teeth. I am also looking into braces v.s. Invisalign and they told me prices and the time line of how long I’d require them. Very great team!

I have not had dental insurance in years, so I was terrified about going to the dentist, afraid of what they might find. Olivia, my hygienist, was so gentle and sweet and reassuring! The technology they have negated the dreaded scraping of my teeth! I was pleasantly surprised. Almost like a spa day! lol

New to Cooper Family dentistry !! I had a broken tooth they was able to see me that next day. I was able to set an appointment for the next day for a root canal and crown, I was extremely scared. They assured me that it wouldn’t hurt and it didn’t hurt not one bit . They are caring and understanding. I recommend them 100% thank youu guys !!

Felt very safe there and they take my insurance! Which is awesome for me and others like me who literally just got’ real’ dental insurance this year. I’m am extremely happy and thankful for that. This is a wonderful clinic. We have been going here since 1978 with Dr James Cooper and now we have Dr Jordan Cooper and he is working on our grown grandkids and looking forward to him with our great grandkids. Simply put, this clinic and staff are ones to go the distance with. They are wonderful.

I go every 4 months for cleaning by Kasey due to a gum disease. She does a very thorough job, which has allowed me to keep my own teeth. Kasey is proactive if she feels like I need something from the dentist, she alerts him. I have seen other hygenists but in my eyes Kasey is the best!!!

This office is always awesome! Everyone is forever bringing their A GAME and they make a trip to the dentists office as pleasant as it can be! A no stress experience due to personel personalities. Excellent professional care with no false starts.

My wife made me an appointment. Went in this morning, no body in the waiting room and the first thing said to me is “can you please grab a mask” from behind a glass divided room!Behind the glass and a few feet behind her were 2 gentlemen wearing masks either on their chin and under their nose!Then asked me to fill out a 5-6 page “new patient form” that asked for very sensitive information such as my SSN, Drivers License number, my wife’s SSN.Upon returning the form to the receptionist she called me back as I, at the time didn’t realize there several other pages.Went back took off my mask as again nobody around.The next 2 pages were all about how I was going to pay, insurance information, my responsibility to pay, their recourse if not paid etc.At that point I was thinking that if all they want is for me to conform, divulge personal information, and make me sign my life away with no recourse. I don’t need them there are plenty of decent dentists that would love my UNMASKED self!!As I brought back the clip board to the desk as I was leaving to find another dentist, before even handing it back... She insisted, “Sir, would you please put your mask back on!”.I just tossed it onto the counter, took the form and promptly ripped it up in front of her, unmasked, as I walked out the door.Conclusion: if you want to be treated as a person do yourself a favor and find another dentist

By far the worst experience I have ever had with staff at any medical facility! I spoke with the receptionist and she was very condescending and rude! Her tone was totally unprofessional! And when I asked to speak with someone else because of this, her tone and attitude thickened. She proceeded to tell me “They’re just going to tell you the same thing I’m telling you, I don’t see the point” then she followed that up by finally asking for my name! I immediately addressed her tone in a professional manner letting her know it was not okay and it lacked professionalism. I also reminded her that I asked to speak to someone else! She then took my name and number! I received a call and not only did they do exactly what she said they would do, they confirmed misinformation! Only to turnaround and apologize for the same misinformation once I reiterated my statement! It was not sincere, my issue was not addressed! All of this could have been avoided if she simply called with an open mind ready to hear my concerns. Instead I was called by someone with their mind totally made up before even hearing what I had to say! Someone more concerned with backing their colleague, than understanding a patient. Not only was I cutoff multiple times during this conversation, in a polite manner however there is nothing truly polite about being cutoff mid-conversation! The problem was never really acknowledged. The error was on their end and instead of taking accountability I was basically told in so many words, I should be more understanding of their situation, and technically it’s my fault! I would NOT recommend this company solely based on my experience with their frontline service! If this is how patients are treated with a simple scheduling error on their end, I can’t even imagine the treatment a medical emergency or medical error would result in!

Ive had issues with this place since Janurary. I came in for a filling (not on the tooth that I even came in for!!) and ended up having to get a root canal on it. My first permanent tooth didnt fit so it had to be redone. Got charged of course because they had to laser my gum. Its not my fault it didnt fit? I wore the temp and when it broke, I was told it was fine since I had a root canal. Whatever.. when my second permanent one didnt fit, they ground down my top tooth and of course the permanent crown. But my permanent crown looked like chewed up gum and even had a small hole. After three weeks of having it, it broke off into three pieces. Its disappointing how bad of service Ive had there because most of the people are nice. Im just tired of spending money on terrible quality. Its July. Im never going back again.

While getting my teeth cleaned, my baby was having a meltdown due to the tools being used. My hygienist was so patient and offered to put Cocomelon on the tv. While another hygienist tried to help us calm her, but she was not leaving my side. Thank you for working around my baby’s meltdown and giving her a toothbrush to chew on. My teeth feel good as new and she definitely loves her new toothbrush.

I had to use the Cooper Family Dental to have a tooth surgically removed. I called them on a Wednesday and they got me in the very next day at 8:30 in the morning to remove it. I used to go to Dr. Wilkerson here in Jacksonville. Hes sent me to his referred surgens for a few of my internal teeth for years. All of my experiences have made me feel safe and at home and leaving them didnt change any aspect when comming to COOPER FAMILY DENTISTRY.
