Dr Dao is amazing. Had my eye appointment last week and this is the best eye Dr Ive seen in years! Very attention and professional. Hes extremely knowledgeable and makes your appointment a very pleasant experience. The office staff was great - friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the Regency location to anyone looking for a great eye doctor and a complete one stop shop for your vision needs.

Wonderful Experience. Eye doctor (Dr. Dao) was really really great! He has super nice manors and attitude. Talks to you in a nice way, yet gets right to the job of examining with major professionalism. Nice and helpful staff. The ONLY thing bad about getting glasses is the price. Which is the fault of the lens company, NOT doctor. Really happy of Dr. Dao and VisionWorks in my neighborhood.

The optometrist at this location (Arlington) is the only optometrist that I have found that can get my eyesite perfect. Everyone at this location are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to see Dr. Chung Dao for my eye care.

The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Very comfortable and confident with Dr. Dao.We all know how difficult it is when one has to pick out glasses. The staff really and truly gives their full attention and their professional opinion while you are trying to pick out your glasses with you in mind.

Great experience with every person I encountered today. I cant imagine going anywhere else! They took COVID safety precautions but I still felt like I had the full shopping experience when selecting frames. I highly recommend this location and will update my review once my glasses are ready.

Been coming here since 3rd grade, I like Dr. Dao, he is super easy to talk to. My daughter and I are very comfortable around him. I actually enjoy our once a year visit. The glasses side has been better than ever the last couple years.

I’ve had great service here before but this time I arrived 15 minutes early and signed in. At the 40 minute wait mark, they called another patient back who had arrived after me. When I asked the desk what time my 3:00 appointment was at, I got a blank stare. They offered for me to fill out paperwork and renter the line. Instead I’ll find an office that delivers the service I’m paying for.

Just wow!! First of all... the people are terrific. The manager, a lovely lady who’s taken the time to learn Spanish, was so knowledgeable and friendly. But the real showstopper was Radara. Pronounced Ray-dar-uh. RESPECT THE NAME!!This woman is a beautiful soul. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed the opportunity to benefit from her professionally and personally. We got to know each other a bit and actually became friends in that time. I wanted to hug her before I left, but we broke the rules and snuck a kindly handshake.The selection was great and I actually found frames that I LOVED! But Radara is why I’ll be coming back for myself and my family. Thank you Radara!

The girls at the front desk were extremely rude to both my mother and myself. My glasses are broken which I explained to them and while other eye doctors in the past have offered me an emergency pair of contacts, I have been blindly waiting for my contacts to come in. I was told it would be two days and now I will be waiting a full week. The girl didn’t even bother to let me know they were taking a four day weekend when I was supposed to be able to pick up my contacts.On the other hand, Charles was absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t be surprised if my new glasses came in before the contacts.

Dr. Dao is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time answering my questions and ensuring I had the perfect pair of contacts since contacts tend to dry out my eyes. I have had a few exams here now and have recommended Dr. Dao to my friends. The exam staff is friendly and most of the glasses staff are friendly and patient while you take your time finding the perfect glasses. Be aware that a contact eye exam may not be covered by your insurance (even if they are covered at other eye doctors). I was told this after I had already gotten my exam. They should definitely start telling clients this when they schedule their exams.

Dr Dao is very professional, caring and thorough. He took the time to answer questions & concerns I had about my vision. This is my 2nd year with him & I can highly recommend him. Office staff is competent & friendly. A great place for your vision needs.

I have gone here for years!! Even as a child and always..always have been treated with such great care. From check in, the dr, and even picking out glasses. They are all so knowledgeable and sweet. Unfortunately My insurance changed so i can no longer come here. I doubt i will ever be this satisfied with an eyeglass place as i was here.

Went to Visionworks Regency this morning to pick out frames and was assisted by Jaden. She is very friendly and helpful and has a great knowledge of the stock so she was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this location to anyone who needs glasses.

This is my very 1st eye exam since grade school. The entire staff was amazing. I learned so much and got to see scans of my retina. I am sending all my friends and family here. They are the best, hands down.

This was my first time trying contacts; he and his staff were so helpful and talked me through all the steps staying patient until I was comfortable with them. I have worn glasses for 20 years, but I have never had an experience like this. The office is up to date with screening procedures and have a ton of glasses to chose from. I switched over to Dr. Dao bc I always had a wait time at my previous one. They took me rather quickly. The areas were clean. They talked to me about my concerns on contacts and offered two options for me to try out for a week. Extremely helpful, from front office staff to the dr. Will certainly continue to use.

Im pleased to follow up on my original post (below) and note that Visionworks has demonstrated an absolute commitment to customer satisfaction. Because the distortion caused by the anti-glare coating on my lenses could not in fact be repaired, optician Amy Ricciotti addressed the matter directly with a Visionworks regional manager. Visionworks replaced my top-of-the-line eyeglass lenses and frames so that I would not be without glasses while they were being made. The new glasses and (identical/great looking) frames are perfect. Visionworks has certainly earned my ongoing trust and highest endorsement!{ Original Post: I paid several hundred dollars for top of the line hi-index lenses and my frames. The coating on the lenses visibly distorts the optics—creating a blurred halo effect in the upper portion of both lenses. This was confirmed by a VisionWorks employee when I visited the Regency VisionWorks to address the issue. I understand it is a pretty simple & relatively inexpensive fix to recoat the lenses and was told that the manager (who was not in at the time) would definitely call me by Thursday. That was over two weeks ago & I have yet to hear from anyone who may be concerned about the matter. }

Finally found the pair of glasses I wanted!! Honestly, the BEST!! customer service I ever received . After months of searching and not finding anything I liked I was greeted by Lanh Powell from Visionworks Regency location, who was very helpful and patient with my search. Being on my lunch hour I didnt have much time but she quickly gave me the prices and explained to me my options without feeling any pressure to purchase. I noticed it was getting pretty busy but she managed to multitask on her own and take care of everyone. She was so helpful!!! Thank you Lanh :)

Not used to buying glasses, so little did I know. Optometrist Dr. Dao really took his time, listened and gave great feedback. Next..The frame that I first choose and bought did not work for me. It was to weak and made me feel vertigo/ dizzy as the frame kept bending slightly ( little did I know) I went back 2 times to have them correct the position of the frame and they gladly assisted. It kept deforming and back I went again. Charles, Kaitlyn and Horyezon took incredibly good care of me by suggesting and having me pick a different stronger frame and redo it all. Excellent client service, patient and sweet friendly treatment by these great people. My vision is top now. Thanks from The Dutch Guy .

I dont get to write reviews often as I would like so as I stand here this very moment, I thought Id go ahead write a review.Im here to pick up my replacement 3 week old primary glasses that was ran over by a vehicle last week. Yes, my glasses were 3 weeks old 😔 Anyway, to make the long story short. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Lol. Sonya is so knowledgeable and friendly...as were the other staff. Dr. Dao is also pretty amazing.Try not to come here on a Friday rush hour like Im doing right now though. Hahaha!

Just went with my girlfriend to her eye exam. They ran her insurance when we first got there. After waiting for an hour, we were told that they didnt accept her insurance carrier. 45 minutes of the hour we were waiting there was after her scheduled appointment time. Very unprofessional and Im very disappointed.
