Expert service. Professional , caring and knowledgeable. They worked my 10 year old grandson in, on a Friday late afternoon due to an injury to his eye. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for their assistance. We had never been here before, but will rectify that. Thank you so much !!

Dr. P was great!! He explained everything to me and answered all my duh questions. Jessica helped me pick out my glasses and she was AhhhhMaZzzinG! Not only did she also answered all my duh questions, but she picked an amazing pair of glasses that fit my face perfectly. I love my glasses and I love Dr. P and his staff at 5 Points Eye Association. 🙄❤

I cannot thank Dr. Potochick and the 5 Points Eye team enough for how they handled my eye emergency while I was in Jacksonville from out of town to deal with family medical issues. I received better and more thorough care by Dr. Potochick than I did by my optometrist back home. He not only understood the problem I was having, but explained why it happened and how I can prevent it from happening again. He saw me multiple times over the course of a week to make sure I was responding to treatment and was very patient with me. Dr. Potochick is a very kind person and an amazing doctor. I ordered glasses and waited over one month to receive them.I ordered my glasses June 30th. Received a text that they were ready the 7th. Went in to pick them up and they were the wrong frames. The receptionist asked me if I was sure about them being the wrong frame. I assured her that I had never even tried those on! So I showed her the correct frames that I initially ordered and she told me she would put the order in. I called in a week later the glasses werent ready. One week, no problem. I continued to call once a week for the next three weeks. Still no glasses. The last time I called I demanded answers as to why they werent ready. The receptionist told me that the lab had broke the lens and needed to remake them. Why couldnt they have called me and gave me an update?? She then assured me that they would be ready that Friday July 30th. Friday comes, no glasses! On July 30 I asked for a refund. A different receptionist told me she would call the lab and get a rush order on my glasses.Finally received my glasses today August 2nd. Even though Jessica the receptionist there helped me from Friday to Monday and made sure I got my glasses. I will not be returning. But thank you Jessica you did great.

I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. P after checking their reviews, what services the office offers and if they accepted my insurance. I’ve been going to a different facility for the past four years, but after my last failed appointment, I decided to go somewhere else and I’m very glad I did. Dr. P is the first eye doctor I’ve ever had that has been very thorough and detailed when it comes to explaining my vision strength, my eye sight and answer any other questions I may have regarding my eyes. I’ve been wearing glasses and/or contacts since I was little so that says a lot. Very thankful that I decided to give this place a chance. Overall the staff I encountered (Ms. Patti and Brandon), were very warm and helpful as needed. I will definitely be coming back to to 5 Points Eye Associates for all my vision needs and regular check ups from here on out.

My first visit to 5 Points Eye and I highly recommend them. The staff was so friendly, and I was seen quickly. Dr. Potochick is very thorough and explained my condition very well. I am so relieved with my test results. And a shout-out to Joyce for making me feel so welcome!

Best part was when the doctor set me up with new contacts instead of the old brand I was wearing. I hadn’t been recommended new ones in some time, and his suggestion was perfect. Thank you!!

Joyce at their front desk was a lifesaver when I relocated to a new city and needed help transferring my prescription. Handled everything in one short call. I have to say that my experience here was fantastic! I called on Friday morning around 9am and Patty was able to squeeze me the same day at 10:20! I walked in at 10:15 and had no wait and they performed my exam quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently. I met Dr Potochick and he was very professional and polite and I did not feel rushed at all, I had several questions. I then met a young gentleman named Brandon and he was super patient with me as I browsed and tried several pairs of glasses. I decided that I needed prescription sunglasses first and the ones I wanted were not covered by insurance. So, since I liked my Ray Ban non prescription sunglasses Brandon presented me with several different pricing options for what was available. I would estimate that he spent 45-60 minutes with me to make sure I knew what I was getting and I was very impressed with his patience. It was a difficult decision for me since I would be wearing and working with these glasses on the daily. Later after leaving I received a phone call from Brandon, the sunglasses I had ordered were back ordered and he was calling to inform me of that and give me a different option, same sunglasses but in a different color. We hung up and I got to thinking about the sunglasses and lens combination and so I called him back after about an hour to change the order again. Brandon is fantastic, he said that it shouldn’t be a problem. Like I said, he was very patient with me! I will definitely be going to this optometrist from now on and I’d recommend them to everyone! Much better experience compared to Pearl Vision or My Eye Lab, HANDS DOWN!

The best, hands down! I have been a patient for many years. My contact prescription is very challenging but Dr. P. nails it everytime! I can always call if there is an issue and they resolve it quickly. Beautiful office, lovely and professional staff and awesome eye doc!

Dr. Anthony Potochick is the best Optometrist I have ever used. Not only is he highly skilled as an eye doctor, he also has created the best support staff I have ever experienced in any doctors office. They all work as a team and are efficient (minimal wait times... whoopee!), knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful in making new patient intake a breeze, and so much more.But wait... it gets better! New lenses are made right there in the office by the teams expert which ensures theyre made right AND cuts down on turnaround time.The whole operation is very well thought out, effective systems are in place, and we, as patients, benefit... making every visit a pleasure... kinda like seeing old friends.Bravo to Dr. Potochick and his awesome team! Youve got me as a patient for life!

Wonderful front desk staff, also Jada was wonderful as well and the doctor and everyone was great. This was my first time going there and I can see why they have such high ratings on google. They are awesome, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It is a relief to find a great eye doctor who listens to your needs and helps you.

I switched to this Dr about 2 years ago and has never been treated better at an Eye Dr. From the front office to the examination everyone offers great customer service. Made me really feel special. The Dr even listen to my talkative stories. Ill be taking my grandson to this office as well.

I lost my glasses and needed a new pair ASAP. These guys were so quick and helpful that I was wearing my new glasses within hours of making the appointment! These guys are incredible at what they do - HIGHLY recommend!!!

The optometrist they have here is extremely knowledgeable and was able to break everything down and explain why everything is the way it is. Top quality service with hundreds of frame selections and almost every pair contact lenses you can think of. If I could’ve rated them higher I would’ve.
