On the positive side: short wait in the lobby, quick-moving assistants, no referral from primary physician required. HOWEVER, the assistant told me right away I would see the P.A. not the cardiologist and she said: the P.A. had only little time. Wow, for my co-pay to see a specialist I will see a P.A. who has little time… The next day at the diagnostics lab I find out that the assistant/P.A./receptionist had forgotten to fax the order form for drawing blood to the lab. I waited for the fax 1.5 hours – then on the first faxed order form they forgot to indicate the diagnosis in a required box. In the second faxed order form with the diagnosis in the required box they changed the test parameters for the blood draw. How do I know this? I sat across the desk from the lab registration tech and waited for the second fax and she told me that “…they had changed the blood test parameters on her…”. She had to retype those parameters into her computer. A week later the cardiologist office refused to let me see the analytical results of the blood test. I will cancel all my future appointments and go somewhere else.

Hello To All. I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Tse. He saved my life when I was in a process of having heart attack and helped me to see my children grow up... Youngest was two at the time in September of 2014. I learned later that I encountered widow maker blockage of 95% and by his actions at Onslow Memorial Hospital I had less than 1% heart muscle damage. Thank You Dr. Tse and Best Wishes. Now is 2020 and I feel amazed

That doctor is very disgusting I do not recommend him to anyone

Dr. Tse is always gracious and takes time to explain results. His staff is attentive and always do their best to get me an appointment that is convenient for my work schedule. I am middle aged and fit with great blood pressure and cholesterol and he listened to my symptoms, ran one appropriate test at a time and diagnosed me. He didnt dismiss my symptoms as anxiety or anything else, though he considered everything.

I tried for 6 months to get an appt. Each set apt I was called a week or just a day in advance to have my apt rescheduled. By the time I was seen SIX months later I waited 4 hours past my appointment time. I explained to the staff several times I needed to leave in order to be home when my son came off the bus and we lived 30 minutes away. She continued to explain a few times just a few more moments. When I FINALLY got to see the doctor he was very short with me and seemingly made assumptions based on my age and appearance nothing was wrong. Having had high blood pressure for 10 years prior and visiting his office at 29 at a healthy weight he first became annoyed that I was in his office since my new medication was controlling my BP somewhat better. I explained to him I very frequently have chest pains and had for years. I do not appreciate his reaction by assuming I had a broken rib (which I did not) and he becoming frustrated as if I were crying wolf. I believe he is over whelmed with patients and only has patience for geriatric patients with typical heart issues due to age. I will be seeking another doctor who will listen to my concerns and try to help not dismiss me based on appearance. I know my body and I know the pain I feel when I have those episodes of chest pain KNOWING it is my heart and not reflux and broken rib or anything of the sort. He should not assume someone concerned about their heart health is a hypochondriac or stupid.
