The staff was very professional (from the front desk to the check out staff). I wasn’t able to see Dr. Lamba during this visit; however, I saw his ARNP who was very knowledgeable. She listened intently as I asked questions and informed me each step of the way on what I needed to do next.

First of all let me say the staff is wonderfulI went in to see Dr Lamda because I needed to replace my compression socks. I had recently seen Dr Al Sagir from the Fleming Island(over 2 years) to discuss my electrocardiogram results, and diagnosis.I forgot to ask Dr AlSaghir to get a new Rx for new compression socks. Low and behold when I realized FCCI has an office nearer to me in Mandarin I requested to see Dr Lamba to cut down on the drive time. I had no idea I was about to experience quite a shock.Instead of discussing my edema in my feet Dr Lamba jumped into a yelling lecture about my heart disease. Repeating over and over that I have a weak heart. ( I have been going to First Coast Cardio for well over two years so of course I am aware of my condition. For some reasons he took it upon himself to believe that because I was only requesting new socks that I was oblivious to my heart disease and diagnosis He kept yelling over and over: You have a weak heart You have a weak heart You have a weak heart(Ive known this for years)If he had bothered to look at my chart he would have seen the cardiogram, the notes showing the discussion of the diagnosis and the recent prescription refills and Angiogram/Cardiac Catheterization.Instead the good doctor treated me like I was a non-compliant moron.. When he finally looked at my chart and realized his error he calmed down. I received NO APOLOGY. I showed the tag on my socks and Mr Lamba agreed to write a script for and identical pair of new socks with those specific specifications.Instead he carelessly writes the wrong compression level and wrong size(style).THERAPEUTIC sock size. not the MEDICAL size I need for the massive edema I have.i needed to talk to about my edema but instead he runs out of the room to his next patient and did not give me a chance to discuss my symptoms and pain in my ankle joints. Most professionals will ask you if you have any questions or concerns. (With Mr Lamda this is not the case)Since I live in Mandarin I agreed to see Dr Lamba because the office is literally only 2 minutes away. After this experience I will gladly drive the half hour each way to Fleming Island. I suppose Dr Lamba is right I must indeed be an idiot for assuming I would be treated as a compliant patient with a little bit respect and dignity from this Doctor. That indeed was stupid judgement on my part.
