My overall visit was enjoyable. Facilities were excellent clean and modern. Office was a great help staff at the desk was helpful, explanations of forms to be signed, answering any questions about my procedure or anything that I may ask.The technician also very knowledgeable about the surgery,. Assisted me.when needed and departed the room as I got ready. On each step of the way he walked me through the entire procedure when t o move pane management, what each step that will happen what he was or the doctor were doing. Down to the post surgery and wrap up. Excellent young man.From the first meeting with Dr Murthy I left very much impressed with the knowledge he had and to be able too translate medical procedure to a common launage where the patient understands what is going on and where you can provide the information about your surgery to a family member and they can understand.After my preparing he entered into the room introduced himself again and went over all aspects of the surgery that was going to happen. After the surgery he checked to see how I was doi g how I felt answering my questions and went to the waiting room and address my wife what had happened to me and post care.I still have one more surgery to be performed by him and I feel quite safe and assure in his abilities.

The entire staff at the Vein Institute is outstanding, from check-in to check-out and everything in between! Dr. Murthy is extremely professional and personable.
