Worst customer service ever! Do you realize when you pick up the phone you are the very first impression people get of your business? Horrible Horrible phone customer service both the front desk and especially billing!

Dr Jost has been amazing! Gets back very fast if you have any questions. Explains everything in terms I could understand. Answered all my questions. Amazing Doctor!

Able to get in for evaluation quickly, very nice office staff. Dr Bullington and Deena took very good care of me, I would recommend!

Dr. Skene has taken care of our family for years for back injuries unfortunately. Straight to the point, caring, and efficient, we trust nobody else with pain management besides Dr. Skene at Teton Orthopedics. His nurse, Jennifer, is extremely efficient, timely, and helpful every time too!

I have Seen 2 Doctors there. Dr host and Dr khoury. Both are fine Doctors. Both look and try other options first. It helps to be seeing someone who is good with people. I will add Dr khoury has a great smile.

Horrible customer service throughout the practice. Dr. Beck has extremely horrible bedside mannerisms. Doesnt listen to his patients history or want to discuss your needs/concerns. Pushes surgery as the only option and the most invasive surgery possible. Got a second opinion who agreed with me, no surgery at this time. My deficits are minimal at this time and Im capable of my everyday functions with minimal pain. Ordered more muscle and career strengthening through physical therapy so I can get back to work; Beck was not willing to discuss those options. He only got frustrated when I said no to surgery and stated Fine hell just sign Work Release and send me back to work then!

I have called and been to the office in Jackson and in Lander often. I am so impressed with the professionalism and positivity of ALL persons I have dealt with over the past years. I highly recommend Teton Orthopaedics.

Dr. Khoury and his staff were amazing.Kathy/Cathy that answers the incoming phone calls is somewhat rude, unkind, uncaring and should find herself another position as she has no interest in being helpful to patients.

Dr Beck was amazing , I didn’t realize just how much pain I was in until after my surgery and was pain free I have never felt so good in my life. I recommend Dr Beck and totally trust him he is amazing . If you got any issues with your back I would recommend Dr Beck he will fix you up and he is the man you can trust.

Amazing doctors however their billing staff are absolutely the worst. I was told initially they would not submit my bill to my auto insurance (injury in auto accident), that I would need to do that. I have called 4x requesting the detailed claim info to send to my insurance by Katie and have never received anything. My auto insurance even contacted them and the required information was not returned. I called today to check status and was told Ive been turned into collection.Are you joking me 🤬. Ive requested call back and now when I call I get hung up on by Cathy.I honestly can not recommend Teton Ortho at all as no matter how good the doctors are, if their business office wont work with you, you will end up still hurting & possibly have your credit effected.

From initial appointment with Dr. Beck, to pre-op, surgery, and post op, my experience with Dr. Beck and his dedicated and professional staff has been the best experience I have ever had from any medical provider that I have visited with. I strongly recommend Dr. Beck and his team to anyone for services. Thank you Dr. Beck and staff for everything...truly top notch.

The receptionist staff has always been incredibly rude to me whenever I’ve had to call to make a payment or to even just ask a question. The doctor my husband saw was wonderful! And I guess that’s all that truly matters, but that office staff could use a lot more compassion.

Great staff and Dr. Hill did amazing job. I referred a friend to him and he had back surgery too and is very pleased also.

Front office staff is wonderful. My husband has seen Dr. Yost and her team. We both really appreciated their sincere concern and how she kept him out of surgery. I have now seen Dr. Hill and his team 3 times. I am not impressed. Never felt they were actually listened to the whole problem, in order to achieve diagnosis. Proof they did not want to try to help is that they set me up for physical therapy for the wrong body parts.

Very friendly staff with great knowledge. The woman at the checkout area is one of the most friendliest ladies Ive ever met! Love Dr Khoury and his crew as well. Well worth the drive from Pinedale.

Recently had a total hip replacement. The entire staff genuinely cared for me. Dr. Beck did the surgery perfectly. Everyone was very professional, competent and friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Beck, if in need of a serious orthopedic issue!! Thank you, Teton Orthopedic’s Staff!!! You’re incredible.

I wish I could share my experience I would love to go 2 Dr Hills to fix my neck but it seems the VA owes Teton Orthopedics about a half a million dollars so Teton Orthopedics will no longer take veterans isnt that nice

Not a place you choose to visit for fun, certainly, but if you need this type of service, they are certainly the place to go. From the minute you walk in, you immediately feel like they truly care, and that comes from the front desk staff. It carries on the further into your visit. The doctor/surgeon I saw was very much an expert in his field, but explained everything in detail without it being so technical that one would be completely lost. Made it clear and understandable, pointing out what he saw, explaining the MRIs that had been done and then showing the xrays and what they showed. I clearly made the right choice in choosing this place.

Dr William and Dr Mary Neal are the best! My husband had Dr Bill replace both his hips and was one of the best that I have ever seen!! Dr Mary has taken care is Ed for the last 20 years. They both are the most caring and efficient Drs!!!

Went here for an MCL injury. Dr Schenk was great. Office staff arent especially friendly and you can expect to get overcharged about 2x for what youd pay at home.

Great experience. Dr. Bullington the staff are terrific. Healed up real fast and back to normal must faster than I expected.

I recently suffered from a herniated disc in my neck that was causing extreme nerve pain that resulted in requiring surgery. I had been referred to him by other medical professionals as well as a couple of friend who spoke very highly of him. I was not disappointed in the least! Dr. Hills was incredibly professional and thorough in explaining the procedure as well as very compassionate. Surgery went smoothly and within a day, I was free of the nerve pain and back on my feet. I feel extremely fortunate to have such high quality of care in our small community and I highly recommend Dr. HIlls for any spinal procedure.

I came to Teton Orthopaedics from 3 hours away. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. On a visit they worked me in in every department I needed to see prior to my surgery from MRI, nerve study and preop. They are great, kind and compassionate providers. I will recommend Dr Jost again and again. My only suggestion is that when calling the front desk be more patient and kind.

Went to Dr Hills for consultation for degenerated disc L5-S1. He was nice and professional. He sent me to Dr Skene for a series of epidural and facet shots. I LOVED Dr. Skene and the staff at that office. Always very happy and polite.

Im currently recovering from trigger finger release surgery performed by Dr. Hiedi Jost. She and her team were AMAZING! the incision was very small and doesnt look like it will leave a scar. I feel fantastic already! From the day I walked in to meet with her assistant to going in for surgery and even now in recovery, it has been nothing short of a great experience! So far so good! Thank you Dr. Jost!

Dr. Rapheal Williams and his staff at Teton Orthpaedics are absolutely incredible! I recently had shoulder surgery, supposedly one of the most painful joints to have surgery on! Which I would probably have to agree with! Anyway, they have performed above and beyound to help get me back in the saddle! Their attention to detail both in the operating theater and in the recovery process has been much appreciated!

Went to doctor Skene to help me diagnose a neck injury. He told me to get an MRI with out even looking at my neck or asking where it hurt. Went in to follow up on the MRI and basically all he talked about was the different body planes in which the MRI was taken and how the imaging works. Three visits later to Teton orthopedic and still no one even looked at my neck or tried any diagnostic tests. Overall huge waste of money.

Based on my experience, Dr. Bullington is the best in Jackson! Arguably in all of WY. I snapped my ACL (yes I heard the loud pop) and had extensive meniscus damage. Moments after the MRI he told me exactly what I was up against,; the details of the surgery, what to expect after surgery, how the process of recovery would play out, and what I needed to do in the many months after. Im writing this a year later and all Im confronted with is just the memory of the whole ordeal. A full recovery and more. Hey Dr. Bullington! We the sports people of Jackson Hole need you and Im extremely grateful you are part of this wonderful mountain community!

2 1/2 years later back for round 2. Same injury different leg this time. Same doctor for both injuries. Id have to say I highly recomend them. Ive had experiences with both Dr. Beck and Dr. Bullington. Dr. Beck done both my surgerys and seen Dr. Bullington for follow up. If I could give more stars I would.

I went to Doctor Beck because of Low Back pain... he did a MRI.. He was nice but being a young doctor he got side tracked made me sad since he has potential to be a better doctor.. he got caught up on my appearance.. Since I am a plus size person . Yes I am overweight but due to medical condition not lazy and overeating... But he went there said need to go on weight watchers and not what else could be wrong. I tried to get him to look at my neck that could be causing the pain but he stuck on my weight issue. .. He is to narrow minded! There are always exception to the rule and he need to watch for them. I hope that he will be more open minded in the future and not judge by the person appearance or their $$$.. I am sure if you have $$ and are a thin active athlete then he is OK, however if you have a more complicated medical issues he is NOT your doctor.
